I have attended the weekly sound bath (Wednesday, 17:30, 60 minutes, Rs.200-400) here twice and thoroughly recommend it: a medley of beautiful sounds are made as the musicians wander around the sea of bodies lying, eyes-closed, around the room. The recent "Art for Land" exhibition was also amazing and featured some of the best art I have ever seen.

Wednesday evenings there is a sound bath conducted by Svaram here. It's so peaceful and always a moving experience. There are also meditation sessions conducted here from time to time.
