Universal Boutique Hotel

It was a great experience, shout out to the lady on reception called Carla. She's absolutely stunning, with a great smile and warmth you feel welcomed instantly. She's a great asset for the organisation. Nice room with decent price, proximity to the beach makes it amazing. It was a short visit but for sure figueira da foz is a hidden gem and it will pull me back again.

The reception staff were so very welcoming when we arrived on our bikes, wet, dirty and exhausted. Their friendliness and helpfulness added so much to our delightful stay. The hotel had an old world charm and is steeped in history ( many photos and articles adorn the walls in public areas). Our bed was roomy, all very clean. A fridge and tea and coffee making facilities were all in our room. Shower over the bath was a bit tricky to get out of. The location is great.

This is a well situated hotel and the room was light and airy.|The reception staff were excellent - very helpful, knowledgable and willing assist with all requests.|The lounge area is a very relaxing space to sit and unwind; drinks were served with the minimum of fuss but with very good presentation.|Breakfast was simple with reasonable choices - always space available and staff on hand to replenish supplies.|Easy access to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. We arrived and departed by taxi to the station - 5 minutes and as many euros.|Thoroughly recommended.

Nice little quant hotel with very helpful staff . Intially we were put into a very samll room not even enough space to lay down a suitcase flat but we asked for a better room and got one much bigger for 15 euros extra !|Nice little lounge bar and secure parking just down the road for our bikes . Breakfast was fine and its in a great location

Such a lovely hotel great staff, never had any problems during my stay. Always clean and great access to the beach and amenities

In general a nice Hotel, without view but close to the sea. But: very basic breakfast and only one servant and it doesn’t fit to the image and standard the hotel is aiming for that you have to pay the bottle of water and the capsules of the coffee machine in the rooms.

So clean , comfortable, very nice reception , in the heart of the center , so clean lication , 2 steps to the beach

Lovely & recently updated Boutique hotel in a good yet quiet location. Super breakfast, great rooms & attentive staff make this a fabulous choice when staying in the area.
