Our party checked in from December 2nd to December 6th. It was an incredible stay. Soleil, Austin and Brianna were very welcoming and personable especially with helping us choose the perfect designs for our Room Keys! (Harry Potter and Jurassic Park of course) The atmosphere was pleasant. Although we didn’t have time to use the pool, it was stunning from our view on the 7th floor. I definitely would like to point out that the gym is great! It has adequate equipment and an actual locker room with showers. Perfect for when your party is all getting ready at the same time, you can shower right after your workout! There’s sufficient elevators where you never wait long at all, unlike some hotels I’ve stayed at previously. The room’s are a bit small, but still comfortable. There is also a Universal store conveniently located in the lobby stocked with a wide array of merch and gifts! Lastly, The shuttle services are an absolute necessity and convenience! They ran smoothly and everyone was so polite!

The hotel is brand new and it shows. Plenty of space in the lobby and outside by the pool. The café and bistrot offered good choices, even catering for my food allergies (gluten and dairy). The Grill was closed so we didn't try it. Room was spacious and nice - I would have enjoyed a bit more toiletries. Convenient to go to Epic by bus.

My husband and I were celebrating our mini moon. Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by hotel staff. We were lucky enough to be accommodated for an earlier check in. Our room was so nice and clean and the views to pool was our favorite. The bartender at the pool bar was very attentive and friendly. Hotel atmosphere was nice, surprisingly quiet being that there were many families, and we enjoyed the many amenities the hotel offered. Transportation to the parks was easy, seamless, and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus.

When I left something in my room during checkout, I was not allowed to back to get it 5 minutes later. They said they would send somebody to look but wow, would you believe it, they didn’t find anything. It’s just like my expensive item just magically disappeared into thin air. I do not recommend going to this hotel to anyone based solely on forgotten items being claimed as their own. If they would have allowed me to go back upstairs to my room with anyone right then, this would not have happened. Even the manager told me to pound sand. Worst hotel experience ever. I will NEVER go back there again, and me being a Florida resident, my family enjoys going there and staying for a day or two just to get away. Did they offer me any compensation you ask? Of course not. Although the hotel is nice and clean, the service was revolting. Stay away!

We stayed 2 nights and did 1 day of universal studios and islands of adventure and the other day was Epic. It was a great facility. The staff was attentive and amazing. The servers at the bar always made sure to ask for our names and we're personable. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long park day. I do wish they would've made rooms with king sized beds though but we managed. We used the bag hold service on our last day while we were epic and came back to collect them after the park day. The gift shop has a good mix of everything from epic. Our room was a view of the Stella Nova hotel across the street and you could even see epic from our room. Very cute theming.

I was very disappointed to learn that parking for hotel guests is not included and costs $30 per day. This means an additional $90 for a 3-day stay or $210 for a week, which feels unreasonable for a hotel stay. Guests should not be charged separately just to park their car. In addition, a deposit of over $110 was charged when I checked in . The overall stay was uncomfortable. The soundproofing is extremely poor — you can clearly hear people using their key cards in neighboring rooms. The hallways are very long, creating excessive echo and noise throughout the corridors. There was no complimentary water in the room, and surprisingly, no blanket provided — only a sheet. The air conditioning was set to 65°F upon arrival, making the room very cold. In order to bathe my children and put them to sleep comfortably, I first had to warm up the room. Overall, the lack of transparency, comfort, and basic amenities significantly affected our experience. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were great but a little lacking in storage so it felt a bit cramped with our luggage and other items about. The service at the cafeteria was good. The pool felt very clean and is huge. The shuttle service is frequent and getting to universal walk felt pretty quick - Epic Universe is right around the corner and only takes ~5 minutes by shuttle. When booking this was the cheapest of the Universal hotels and I think it’s great value for what you get.

We enjoyed our stay at this brand new hotel in Universal. This resort is located very near to the new Universal park Epic Universe. The hotel had a sleek, contemporary style with common areas that were clean and comfortable. The pool area was great with plenty of lounge chairs available. There was a grab and go market as well as a quick service grill for food options. The food was cooked to order so if you are in a hurry, you may have to wait a few minutes but the quality and portion sizes were excellent. Parking was on site for $30 per day. Buses came frequently for Epic Universe and it only took a few minutes to ride there. Buses for the other two parks seem to come less frequently and it was about a 20 minute ride over to Citywalk. As an official Universal hotel, you get the perk of entering certain parks one hour early. Housekeeping comes every other day to service the rooms but in our case they did not come until day four, which was not ideal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay at a clean, affordable hotel close to Epic Universe!
