We did the 7-day European Christmas Market cruise from Vienna to Nuremberg aboard the S.S Beatrice. The ship is both modern and elegant. The stateroom with French balcony was extremely comfortable and well appointed with amenities. The food is incredible and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are both comfortable and pampered.

Paris to Normandy Seine River cruise had both good and bad aspects. The food and meal presentation were above average for the most part. Early in the cruise food quality was better than the latter days. As with most tour cruises, we endured numerous meetings discussing daily itinerary schedule and excursion upgrade options. Our assigned Butler cabin service was great. Downsides included long bus rides to some excursion sites, excessive nightly noise with crew moving furniture and erecting awning covers on the top deck and general boat cleanliness. Avoid the level 400 numbered cabins if you don't like pounding on above deck waking you very early each morning. Certain excursion tour guides talked incessantly on the bus before/after each venue visitation. Uniworld is more expensive than other Seine River cruise operators - the same level and itinerary experience can be had at lesser cost from other river cruise providers.

My Uniworld Italy cruise was absolutely unforgettable. From waking up in the heart of Venice on the elegant S.S. La Venezia to exploring Burano after hours, every moment felt magical. The excursions were thoughtfully curated—wine estates, farmers markets with the chef, Murano glassblowing, and even a private lighting ceremony at St. Mark’s. Onboard, the service was warm and personal, the cuisine a true taste of Italy, and the ship itself felt like a boutique hotel on water. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of culture, food, and relaxation, this cruise is second to none!

Experience of a lifetime with a great, well planned/organized itinerary catered to you, and an incredible staff. The Uniworld team makes all the difference. Everyone was so wonderful, accommodating, friendly, patient, etc. A few amazing staff members that come to mind are Anthony, Jose, Vasil, Miguel, Wiktoria, Blagoj, Daniela, Krasen as well as the rest of the fantastic chef and restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, captains, really everyone.

They don’t refund deposits on a timely basis like they stated. Not honest to deal with. We have booked a river cruise with Uniworld cruise because it is one of my husband’s bucket list. He then diagnosed with cancer and sadly we have to cancel our cruise. We canceled in April for the October cruise and was promised refund within a week and still no refund in June for our deposits. We called many times with no success. We have finally to dispute charges with our bank. We will never book Uniworld cruise again.

We just completed our Enchanting Danube cruise on the very elegant SS Maria Theresa. It was truly a top notch full service trip from start to our (ended-too-soon) finish. This is our 3rd Uniworld cruise and they are just getting better all the time. I have to say, while the ship was elegant, the food exquisitely prepared and served, the wines very good, it is the staff who make your adventure perfect. They are really good at what they do, without being obvious. Your wine glass is filled, your towels refreshed, all the usual services, but they do it with class and a lovely attitude! We will continue to recommend them to all our friends and we are already looking into our next opportunity with them.

My husband and I did the Castles on the Rhine cruise in April on the SS Antoinette. It was a beautiful ship. Our cruise director Rik was so helpful and insightful. He gave us great local recommendations for after-excursion wanderings. We had amazing food and wine. Everyone was very friendly onboard, both staff and other guests. Our deluxe balcony cabin was beautiful, comfortable, and clean!

I have taken 7 Uniworld River Cruises and they used to be excellent but unfortunately, they have changed tremendously. We did Easter Europe on the SS Beatrice. The food and most of all the excursions were not good at all. Every tomato that I had on the ship was bad. The service in the dining room was not attentive. They seemed understaffed. Everyone we spoke to on the ship was very disappointed The worst of all, is that Uniworld will not answer my emails. I was hoping for an explanation or an apology They just don't care It's a shame because we would have been life time customers and we live in Encino where there headquarters are.
