We used Uniworld to charter buses for four days during a Youth baseball tournament in Queens. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and far exceeded our expectations. From the ease with booking the reservation with John to the drivers who were punctual, professional, friendly and accommodating, everyone from Uniworld made our experience truly enjoyable. The buses were impeccably clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The team's dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is clear that they strive for excellence, and it certainly shows in the quality of service provided. Highly recommended!!!

I was boarding your bus in front of the Midtown at 6th Hilton and I could NOT believe the disrespect and unprofessionalism your driver expelled upon a young lady. The driver was speaking to me as the young lady approached from behind me on the stairs. I will not be returning great company though, there was just no regard for us on the bus or even the passengers waiting to board the bus of the lady he was yelling at and calling names.

Bus driver can not drive cutting people off merging last second forcing others off road and blowing red lights, ridiculous do not purchase tours from here if you care about your family
