I came here with my family for a quick bite to eat. I didn't have a reservation, but was able to put us down on the waitlist. The restaurant was packed, but we were able to be seated relatively quickly.
My family and I ordered the beef and tendon noodle soups, Taiwanese fried chicken, and pork belly bun. Everything was delicious! For the noodle soups, you can choose the noodle type based on your preference. I like that different noodles are available. I preferred the thick wide noodles. The beef and tendon were both so tender, and soup was very flavorful. The portion is large, and they give you plenty of noodles. I thought Taiwanese fried chicken was done really nicely. It was light and crispy, flavorful and tender. I was surprised at how good the pork belly bun was. Not only was it huge, the mustard green had a nice strong mustardy flavor, which balanced the pork belly nicely.
This is a casual restaurant, but service is efficient and friendly.
