Google
Wow, this is some of the best Beef Noodle Soup (Beef & Tendon) I've ever had. Thick noodles were perfectly made, and the beef and tendon were extremely tender and very well portioned. Even had my mother and father-in-law and nephew, stateside, from Taiwan, and the nephew said ,"回到台灣了." 😂 We also really enjoyed the Chicken Cutlet Combo. Tasted like Taiwan, more than any place we've tried (in Seattle) thus far! Dim Sum items were pretty good too. Thank you! The menu is large, and we need to go back to try more things. Would even make a trip across the border just for more!!

Wasn't expecting a lineup on Mother's Day—but hey, c’est la vie when it comes to popular spots! We arrived around 12:20 PM and sure enough, there was already a queue forming. We were told the wait would be about 40 minutes, and they were spot on. After soaking up some sunshine on the bench outside, we were finally seated just after 1 PM. Totally worth the wait. Everyone in our group raved about the beef noodles—rich, savory, and soul-warming—and the bubble tea was on point. I’d definitely come back, but next time I’ll be smarter and hop in the virtual line via the Google link before heading over.

Google
It's best to come early to avoid being waitlisted. Surprisingly I enjoyed the Dumpling in Hot & Sour soup more than the Beef Noodle Soup (A3)! Great value for money as the portions are very reasonable. Service is quick and accommodating. Also, the washrooms are very clean! :)

Google
Tried the spicy beef noodle soup & popcorn chicken and it was very tasty! Both super well made and nice texture too! Would definitely love to come back in the future! Very clean space too

Google
The food here is pretty good. The noodles are good , with a soothing soup and chewy meat. I did find the texture of the noodles a bit off though , I can't quite put my finger on it . The meat roll tasted good too, the roll part had a really nice texture and flavor but there was not enough meat inside . I tried my friends cutlet and fried chicken, which also tasted good but nothing too standout. The service was really good , and they always had enough staff on-hand to answer any of our concerns. I found the prices to be a bit on the higher end compared to other places.

Google
Came here based on the great ratings and I t did not disappoint. I had the spicy beef shank ramen and it was absolutely delicious. You know it’s good when you don’t know if you’re eating butter or beef. Extremely tender meat, smooth, silky broth and perfect noodles. There were enough greens to add freshness and tang, without overcrowding the rich and deep flavours of the soup itself. This will go down as a favourite for me and I will definitely be back!

Google
This was one of the most disappointing bowls of beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. The broth tasted like nothing more than salty soy sauce with a bitter aftertaste — no depth, no aroma, just unpleasant. The noodles were overcooked and bland. The only redeeming quality was that the beef was relatively tender, but that alone couldn’t save the dish. On top of that, the restaurant was noisy and chaotic, making it hard to enjoy anything. I left feeling completely unsatisfied and regretful. I strongly do not recommend this place.btw the beef tendon is terrible and disgusting .

Google
Easily just became one of my top beef noodle restaurants. Great portion sizes and the broth was very flavourful. The hot and sour soup was excellent as well!

Yelp
Great yummy beef noodles but the Broth was kinda oily ! Great service on the staff that kept us in check. Would go back just for regular noodles

Yelp
Found this on yelp near our hotel. Restaurant has a small parking lot in the back. There's also street parking in the front of the restaurant. Ordered A12 Beef, Tendon, and Tripe noodle soup ($18.45) with thick noodles and side appetizer of fried calamari tentacles. The noodles soup is delicious and has the right amount of flavors. Noodles have a nice chewy texture. Beef, tendon and tripe were very tender and soft. Fried calamari was crispy and delicious also! It came with a sweet dipping sauce. I would highly recommend this place. I wished I order more appetizers but I was so full from the beef noodles soup. Will be back if I am visiting this area in the future.

Yelp
First restaurant we ate in Vancouver and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The service was fast and nice. The ambiance was nice. There is a bit of a wait because the restaurant is small. The spicy stinky tofu soup was delicious. It wasn't too stinky and the intestines in it was a great add on. We also had the beef roll which is a must try appetizer. Definitely a must go to in Canada.

Yelp
First time visiting this place, apparently this is their second location on No.2 and Blundell. They have another location on No.3 road. The place is new and clean. Lots of tables to accommodate the seating area. The server is pretty nice and friendly, we felt welcomed. It's a nice place for a quick lunch bite in the winter. The restaurant offer their signature noodle soup and other type of noodle soups, as well as some lunch rice combos. I ordered the spicy beef and tendon noodle soup, and beef slice chinese pancake. The soup was nicely sauced, not too salty and not too rich. There are 6 different type of noodles to choose from, based on your liking, which is nice. The chinese pancake was made fresh, crunchy and not so chewy. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the meal. The price range is reasonable with the portion they gave. However, the appetizer could be cheaper.

Yelp
Omg do yourself a favor and eat here!!! First visit today and it has become my FAVORITE beef noodle soup. The soup flavor profile and high quality meat makes this the best - add the giant portions making it great value and the complimentary osmanthus oolong tea makes me so very happy!! The noodles were perfectly cooked - there are 5 choices for types of noodles. We chose the thick noodles and they were the perfect springiness for the soup. Service is friendly and prompt. No reservations but they have waitlist to add yourself while on route. It's busy so there might be a wait - glad they have benches outside. Ambiance is modern casual, bright inside.

Yelp
Amazing meal. Got the A3 Spicy beef noodle soup with thick noodles, as well as 1. Soup dumplings, 3. Pork and shrimp dumplings, and also tried the pork chops (not like tonkatsu and just ok). Noodle soup was on point, perhaps too much noodle compared to the beef, but still awesome. Nothing to complain about, I was just super fill by then. Dumplings were awesome. Loved the #3 which I've never had, they were wrapped long ways and crispy. Unfortunately we are everything before I was able to take pictures. Food was just disappearing into our mouths. Loved the meal. Staff was super helpful. Glad I experienced this gem while visiting Vancouver!

Yelp
Yeah, that hit the spot! Looking for a good beef noodle place? Look no further than Uno. Got the Uno steak with thick noodles. Perfectly chewy noodles in a rich delicious broth with tender morsels of beef. In a bright and cheerful place with friendly staff. Warms the soul on a cold winter's night.

Yelp
Fresh food, friendly service. We arrived 5 mins after opening and it was packed. We got the last seats. It was clean and bright inside but it was quite small. Service was phenomenal. They were attentive and double checked our order to get it right. They refilled our waters and were quick when we had a question. Pork belly in Chinese bun 4/5. Bun was soft, flavour was good. My mom said it was too sweet but I like it sweet. Pork belly was a bit lacking. If they had one more piece of pork belly it would have been a bit more worth it. Beef and tendon with thick noodles. 5/5. Lots of noodles, beef was tender and melted in my mouth. The broth was delicious (got a bit salty once it cooled down, but was really good again when I brought home the leftovers and reheated it. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Get there early or you'll have to wait!

Yelp
I came here with my family for a quick bite to eat. I didn't have a reservation, but was able to put us down on the waitlist. The restaurant was packed, but we were able to be seated relatively quickly. My family and I ordered the beef and tendon noodle soups, Taiwanese fried chicken, and pork belly bun. Everything was delicious! For the noodle soups, you can choose the noodle type based on your preference. I like that different noodles are available. I preferred the thick wide noodles. The beef and tendon were both so tender, and soup was very flavorful. The portion is large, and they give you plenty of noodles. I thought Taiwanese fried chicken was done really nicely. It was light and crispy, flavorful and tender. I was surprised at how good the pork belly bun was. Not only was it huge, the mustard green had a nice strong mustardy flavor, which balanced the pork belly nicely. This is a casual restaurant, but service is efficient and friendly. Parking can be found in the lot behind the restaurant. Be sure to list your license plate info with the restaurant so your car is not ticketed or towed.

Yelp
A great place for soup in Richmond. Interior is bright and inviting, but there's actually a huge selection of dishes in the menu. Staff are polite, quick, and it is easy to get their attention when you need something. Had the "A1" (beef soup with steak) with ramen-style noodles. Rich broth, lots of meat, served at the perfect temperature. Also had the custard buns, which were a nice treat at the end. Will definitely come back to try other options.
google avatar

Lee Y.

Yelp
Love this place! It is small restaurant but lot of demand. The noodle soups are delicious! The beef and tendon very soft. They have a waitlist but if you call ahead, you can get a table in 15 minutes.
google avatar

Ken D.

Yelp
The popcorn chicken was okay, nothing mind blowing but I do appreciate the portions. Hmmmm I have mixed feelings about this place as I'm used to SGV beef noodle soup. Maybe I should've ordered the beef shank instead but I got the combination. I thought the broth was a little on the heavier side since there was so much oil in the beef noodle soup.. The noodles were perfect.. when I say perfect I mean as in al dente. Would I come back? If I'm around the area yes but it wouldn't be my first choice.
google avatar

Yelp
I was staying at the River Rock casino and wanted to eat near by. There is a reason why there is a wait. Great broth, bouncy noodles, and tender meat.

Tim F.

Yelp
The beef broth here is very flavorful but the noodles and toppings were a bit disappointing. The big flat noodles were clumped together and the beef, tendon and tripe topping dish only had 1 piece of beef while there were plenty of tendon and tripe. Seems a bit lacking in quality control.
google avatar

Natalie W.

Yelp
We were seated promptly. If parking in the lot, make sure to let them know if they don't come around to ask. They'll register the license plate. It was our first time here, so we wanted to try a few different items. Beef and tendon noodle soup- original and with thick noodles. This is a pretty big portion and reasonably priced. The beef and tendon were both tender. The noodles were chewy. The broth was flavourful and although it was original, it did have a slight spice which was nice. Popcorn chicken- okay and probably won't order again. Portion was alright but not all the pieces were meaty. It wasn't as crisp. Beef in Chinese pancake- the pancake as flaky and not too oily. The sliced beef was tender and I appreciated that the green onion and cucumber was sliced thinly. Although I wish this dish had come out hotter. Overall, the meal was satisfying. My favourite dish was the beef noodle. I'd definitely come back again. Service was pretty quick. We did have an early dinner so it wasn't too busy.
google avatar

Ladi H.

Yelp
Be ready for a wait but it is worth it. The broth is a cut above the competition for the beef noodle soup in Richmond, actually I would say even in the Bay Area too! The noodles are the perfect consistency with that nice chewy texture. I prefer the thick noodles but you can choose from four types. The beef has a hint of warm spices and firm but melt in your mouth. Food comes out quickly. The mushroom rice is a great dish if looking for something small. The popcorn chicken is on point, so flavourful. The fried shrimp with pineapple is decadent! The spicy cucumber more garlicky than spicy. So far I've been three times that is saying something. It is worthwhile! Decor is clean and modern.
google avatar

Michael K.

Yelp
This place has great noodle soup, and service was fanastic! We over-ordered and the portions are big as well. The spicy beef noodle soup with wide noodles was delicious, and we added some spicy peppers that we requested to make it a bit spicier too :)

Yelp
Authentic Taiwanese place. Nice friendly service. Def worth coming, especially if you're staying at nearby Versante boutique hotel
google avatar

Beverly A.

Yelp
Lots of typical Taiwanese food options. Extensive menu. Service was fast. Great staff. Nice and neat decor inside. Delicious food. Couldn't have asked for more. Only thing is we waited an hr for a table for 4 on a Wednesday night. I guess they're that busy all the time as the food is good, but be prepared to wait. They also have automated the waiting line so you check in using the QR code to put your name on the list. It will show you your spot in line and text you when your table is ready. Ordering at your table is also online (servers can take your order too but if you want to order without waiting for them, you have this option).
google avatar

Evan C.

Yelp
Finally was able to come here to dine in. In the winter when the line isn't as long. Advice: they have some way to reserve a spot in line. Use jt. The beef noodle soup remains really good. Very tender meat, perfectly chewy noodles and great soup base. Had three appetizers too: - spicy pigs ear. This is my favorite. - fried squid tentacle. Pretty nice and crispy with sweet and sour sauce. - fried Mantou with condensed milk. Good though it's not the best mantou I've had. Definitely worth coming back. It's a good place.

Yelp
YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!! We got the 2 most common beef noodle soups, the beef wrap, taiwanese sausage, popcorn chicken, and the house veggies. The noodles were SO good. We got one with the thick noodles and one with thin. I personally prefer the thick noodles. The beef wrap is pretty tiny, especially in comparison to the ones we have in LA, but great flavor and texture. House veggies were delish. Popcorn chicken + Taiwanese sausages were decent but nothing special. Service is pretty good. Everyone is friendly. We came on a Sunday right when they opened for lunch and it got crowded real fast. definitely recommend coming when it opens. Parking is a legit nightmare, we had such a hard time with the small lot and a TRUCK being parked in the middle of the lane so cars couldn't get in or out.
google avatar

Alisa B.

Yelp
Clean (new?), fast and attentive service (even during the lunch hour). Had the hot and sour dumpling soup (very large portion), won tons with chili oil (delicious) and their popular beef pancake. Very please and reasonable prices
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
Amazingly tender beef and tendon soup. It was almost melt in my mouth. And the flavor was nice, spicy but not overwhelming and very traditional. The appetizer I got the marinated bean curd and tendon which was good but not amazing. The tendon was definitely still nice and the flavors are on point. Also tried the popcorn chicken which was nice and tender and well breaded. Realized how good this place was when they had tons and tons of take out order and was essentially filling up starting at like 5pm. Ordered the brown sugar milk boba as well and it was somewhat disappointing. It was definitely fresh boba since I think I saw them making it but it didn't taste properly drained (super bland and watery) and didn't taste like it retained any flavor. The brown sugar flavor was fine though. The entrees were def 5 star but the appetizer and drink was just average.
google avatar

Miss S.

Yelp
Really good bowl of noodles, tender beef and super satisfying broth. Perfect level of spice in the spicy beef noodle soup. Next time we come I would try the side dishes but to be honest, the portion is so large I couldn't do it this time small spot but people seem to be in and out fairly quick, didn't wait long. Parking is behind the building
google avatar

Yelp
I heard great things about this place so I decided to give it a try. Going in I was quickly seated at the bar table by the window. Shortly after I waved down one of the servers to order the spicy shank beef noodle soup with extra preserved vegetables. The shank was 10/10, but I don't think they gave extra preserved veggies. Typically for Taiwanese beef noodle I would expect to have bok choi, but for some reason they served it with one piece of romaine lettuce ripped up into small pieces. I was quite disappointed in the soup, it was a bit sweet for me personally. As I left, there was a huge line up waiting to get in. I honestly don't know why people would be willing to line up for this place, if I had to line up for what I had I would have been very disappointed.

Yelp
A little expensive imo but pretty good food. Beef noodle soup without egg, thick noodles: as others said the soup itself is very good, very flavourful. I drank a lot of it. The staff said the thick noodles is the most popular, but they seem like maybe dry noodles you can get from grocery stores. Some noodles sticking together like if you cook boxed linguine and there's not enough water. It was also a little bit bland, it doesn't take on the flavour of the soup even at the very end, I would avoid the thick noodle and try a different one, personally. I was a bit shocked this is $12.95 when there is no meat, only noodle and soup! Marinated egg: $2.50 but you do get a full egg. Again very flavourful. Popcorn chicken: there's no fried basil but otherwise standard. Meat is mostly juicy, batter and seasoning are good. Portion might be a little small for sharing. Lu rou fan: so good! I didn't order this for myself but I kept taking bites off this plate. Good value considering you also get a whole egg. Banchan roasted tea: staff said this is the most popular along with the roasted oolong. It's good but not the best. I would probably go for roasted oolong or ceylon next time. For adults, 50% sweet is probably just right. Service: they are so nice here. One of our teas came after the first and the staff apologised profusely even though there's no need to. And then apologised again when we paid the bill. They proactively ask if you parked in the back so you can register your vehicle for free parking. They were patient even though I asked for recommendations a couple of times. The restaurant is a little small and seems some people do like to loiter, so prepare for some wait. There is a QR code inside the the door to queue. I think some people save this webpage and remotely join because there were still many parties behind us in the queue but only one person physically showed up the whole time we were waiting.
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
The noodles were good. Service was nice. Place was a little crowded but it was still nice.
google avatar

Haley H.

Yelp
Food is so good. The best beef broth. I like that you can choose the type of noodle you like. They are always busy.
google avatar

Lydia X.

Yelp
Delicious beef noodle soup place with generous portions and great broth. It doesn't taste like straight soy sauce and there was a lot of umami. We tried the wide noodles and ramen noodles and they both had great texture. The popcorn chicken was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. The koushuiji (mouthwatering chicken) is a cold chicken dish, no bones (which we loved) and surprisingly spicy. I would say this place isn't shy about their spice so be prepared if you order it. -1 because we ordered the steak noodle soup and the steak was pretty tough. It was peppery and flavourful but the texture made it not worth the price. I enjoyed the online ordering experience (don't have to flag down a server) and the food came pretty quickly. Servers were responsive. The restaurant is clean but small. I highly recommend using their waitlist feature prior to arrival and also to register your license plate if you park in the back.
google avatar

Rohan K.

Yelp
Without a shadow of a doubt the single best bowl of Beef Noodle Soup I've had in North America. Every single thing about it was flawless, the deep flavor of the broth, the cook on the meat, the chew on the noodles, everything. The service was quick and friendly once you're seated but the wait times can be long. They also make sure to ask you about your parking so that you don't get towed. Can't wait to go back here again; worth the 3 hour drive for sure.
google avatar

Feliza C.

Yelp
Small place with big flavors! Arrived shortly after opening and we were seated right away. You place your order by scanning a QR code at your table. Food came out quickly which was great as we stopped here right before our flight back home. Staff was accommodating with extras that we needed and didn't originally order. The braised pork belly was a little too sweet for me but was super soft! We also ordered the spicy beef and tendon noodle soup which was one of the best we've had! 10/10! The pork soup dumplings were so good, we had to place another order. Would recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in the area!
google avatar

Karmen L.

Yelp
Uno beef noodle has the best Taiwanese beef noodle soup! This place does get busy so I recommend you join the waitlist when you can! The beef is so tender you get so much! Has a great portion that will definitely fill you up! I love the greens they add and cabbage in the soup everything is cooked nice and long it's a hot bowl of soup. I would gladly drink it up and the noodles you can choose the type of style you want. The Taiwanese nuggets were really good too.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here on Friday afternoon after hearing great reviews about the food. Overall, the food was so comforting and tasty. We got the pork soup dumplings, absolutely tasty and filled with a generous amount of soup. The beef roll pancakes are so light and refreshing, but I would say it was too oily. The beef noodle soup was so spicy and savory and the noodles were chewy and cooked perfectly. We ordered the braised pork lunch set and I definitely wouldn't get it next time. The pork belly was dry and had no flavor what so ever. Maybe it wasn't marinated enough, but even the sauce had no flavor. The dish wasn't anything special. We waited 1 hour for our table and it was definitely worth the wait. Beware though, the staff lacks customer service and they're super slow. They brought out my boba drink after the food came out, even though it was a simple brown sugar boba. The staff walked past us several times and didn't think to remove our empty plates, given our table was so small and also wobbly. Inside was super crowded, but overall was a decent experience.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Ordered the spicy beef noodle soup. Broth was amazing super flavorful and seasoned. Spice level was pretty high. Service was fast and ordering was done through a QR code. Restaurant was busy inside at night when I went close to closing.

Yelp
Do you enjoy being left speechless by asian noodle soups? If so you need to come here. These are by far the best Taiwanese beef noodle soups in Richmond (and possibly Vancouver). The broth itself has an incredible umami that only comes from hours of cooking, and the noodles are customizable - I chose the traditional thick cut noodles while my dad got the thin rice vermicelli. My noodles were incredibly bouncy and springy, yet hearty and satisfying while his were lighter and perfectly cooked. All our meats were melt in your mouth soft and perfect. The noodle bowls came garnished with the traditional Taiwanese parsley & pickled veggie topping combo, which provided great freshness & slight sourness that contrasted so well with the rest of the noodle bowl. We also got fried squid and steamed xiao long bao but ate them up too quickly before we could take a photo. All in all, do NOT miss this place!
google avatar

Melissa P.

Yelp
Delicious, authentic Taiwanese dishes!!! Came by on a rainy evening and the beef noodle soup and hot and sour soup really hit the spot. Super friendly service and clean ambiance. Street parking outside is reserved for the Richmond night market, but the servers were very attentive with asking if parked on the street then informing us that they could register our license plate so we could park in the back lot. Definitely would come back!
google avatar

Michelle K.

Yelp
Very delicious traditional Taiwanese beef noodle. Definitely hit the spot on a rainy day. The noodles were nice and chewy and the broth was rich without being oily. Only complaint is that the portion is a bit small.

Andrew S.

Yelp
This place is good, but overrated. It's kind of a bare bones restaurant, with ordering on your phone (which is OK with me). The restaurant was clean and well lighted, but more like a snack shop than a full blown restaurant. We got the cucumbers (just OK, not much flavor, not very spicy), the Uno beef noodle with steak, and the beef shank noodle soup. The Uno with steak was better, but both dishes were maybe 3.5 stars. There was no subtlety in the soup and just a sprinkling of cilantro, no baby bok choy or spinach, which I would normally expect in a beef noodle soup. I ordered rice noodles but they gave me vermicelli. My wife ordered thick noodles, but they gave her thin noodles. The black sugar boba was completely basic and maybe 3 star at best. However, it was super popular, and we had to wait 20 minutes to get in ... not sure what the fuss was about ... all in all, just kind of disappointing given the rave reviews ...
google avatar

Majestic P.

Yelp
Maybe the best beef tendon noodle soup I have ever had. Tendon melts in your mouth. Beef is soft and tender. The broth is a piece of heaven.

Yelp
Nothing says love & comfort on a cold winter evening than with a bowl of hot Taiwanese beef noodle soup. I think I have found my new favourite place for beef noodle soups. My friend and I arrived at 7:30pm on Sunday and noticed 2 groups ahead of us. The waitress said it would be a 20 minutes wait and we could sign in on a waitlist app ourselves or she could enter our name on an ipad. We selected the in house ipad as we are not savvy waitlist app users! Upon being seated we could use the QR code or hard copies of the menu. My friend and I selected 2 dishes to share: Beef Shank Noodle Soup and Popcorn Chicken Rice Combo. The noodles were chewy and wonderful to slurp up. The soup was flavourful and had nice size chunks of beef shanks. The boneless popcorn chicken were crispy and freshly fried. It included a half boiled egg and 3 sides: spicy pickles, green choi and cabbage. Enjoyed both dishes and great portion sizes. Under $15.00 each so a fast and affordable meal. Will be coming back to try other noodle soups, the beef wrap and tea drinks. Some free street parking out front and nearby. Also walkable from the Bridgeport Skytrain Station (shortcut: there is a walk-through passage by Bay 12 in the bus loop and will lead you to a lite walkway). There is always a line up so be patient or call and ask what their waitlist app is.

Yelp
The best Chinese beef noodle eatery in town hands down . Broth is rich and so tasty . Top notch beef and tendon . Expect a 30 min wait to dine in though . Some fee parking out back . Best to come on weekdays

Yelp
I stopped by for dinner this evening and the place was super busy around 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday. The parking lot behind the restaurant was completely full so I had to circle around the block for some street parking. Ordering here is done via a QR code online and you pay in person. There's a menu with pictures as well that you can reference once you sit down. Since my wife and I are huge lovers of Taiwanese food, we had little restraint when it came to ordering. We got spicy pig ears, intestines, beef pancake, and beef noodle soup with extra noodles. Across the board, the food was delicious. Very generous portion sizes as well. I loved how spicy the pig ear dish was, as well as how crunchy each bite was. Beef roll pancakes are hit or miss depending on where you go, but this place makes a really great version of it. The beef to pancake ratio is perfect, and there's a generous amount of plum sauce with each bite to keep things moist. Fresh crunchy cucumbers are refreshing with each bite. The beef noodle soup has good depth of flavor. Lots of beef in the soup and the texture is perfect: not overcooked to the point that the meat falls apart as you're bringing it to your mouth, but cooked perfectly where the beef has just enough of a bite to it. Noodles here are cooked perfectly al dente. Overall, delicious meal. I would 100% stop by again and order the exact same items.
google avatar

Vivian L.

Yelp
The beef noodle soup here was to die for. This is a must try. Stop here in Vancouver. The service here was amazing. We ordered food and it came out in five minutes. Something to know is that the way was a little bit longer than expected as a restaurant is pretty small, but trust me the weight is worth the delicious beef noodle soup that this restaurant has to offer. I would also recommend getting the appetizers like cucumber salad, and popcorn chicken as those were delicious sides to the beef noodle soup that we ordered at this restaurant.

Yelp
No need to comment on the food. Everyone else has already. But there's one thing that no one has mentioned. When they clear the tables, they do a REALLY EXCELLENT job of cleaning the tables. They wipe down every bit of surface of each chair and they even disinfect the walls! The staff is clearly trained very well.

Yelp
My partner was craving intestines so we came to Uno Beef Noodle. I'm not a fan of eating any kind of organ, but the intestines were pretty flavourful (I liked the sauce it was in). We also ordered the beef wrap and minced meat with sauce on rice (one of my partner's favourite dishes). I found the minced meat with sauce on rice VERY addictive (I couldn't stop eating it) and was very delicious! It could have used a tad more sauce, but I still enjoyed the dish. Staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and the price of their food is very reasonable.

Yelp
Heard good things about this restaurant. It was a true delight in terms of food, vibe and service. I would give a 5-star if it wasn't the MSG. This is a great addition of another Taiwanese beef noodles place, which also serves good boba milk tea. They have a wide range of menu from marinated pork intestines, pot stickers to beef noodles and boba milk tea and specialty tea. - Brown sugar boba milk (paper straw provided) - Marinated chicken gizzard - Half beef brisket half tendon ramen (chilli sauce on the side by request) I really liked the brown sugar boba milk. Without personalizing the sweetness and all, it came out as perfect sweetness and coldness with the right amount and chewiness of boba. Paper straw was provided. The marinated chicken gizzard was delicious. They still tasted good for a couple of days when I packed them home. They had the crunch to the bite while still tender. The beef brisket and tendon were in a very nice bowl of broth. The taste was authentic. The amount of brisket and tendon (total of 5 to 6 pieces) were very reasonable for its price. They were very tender, and I wish there were more! You can choose the type of noodles you want. The servers were very attentive, friendly and hard working. You can place your own order through the QR code, or the server can take your order. The place is cozy yet bright and clean. The chair was oddly comfortable. They take reservations of 6 as a reservation sign was placed on a table of 6 after a group had left. They were busy with takeout orders the whole time while the dining room was full. Parking is on the street.

Yelp
Came for Sunday dinner around 6:30 and had to wait because we didn't have a reservation. My friend and I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes, surprising. The restaurant is definitely on the smaller side, with a couple of 2-4 person tables on each side of the restaurant. Not a place you want to visit with a large group. We shared two dishes, and both really hit the spot: A6 beef and tendon noodle soup with ramen noodles ($14.95) - the meat was super tender, the broth flavorful, and the noodles nice and chewy. Only complaint was that for the price, I would've wanted more than 4 pieces of meat, especially since I was sharing D8 pork belly with rice comby ($14.95) - the pork belly was marinated with a nice flavor and went well with the rice. I also appreciated that it was on the leaner side as far as pork belly goes, so each bite was only 30-40% fat. I also got a jasmine milk tea ($5.75) to drink with the meal. Parking is all street parking in the area. It wasn't hard to find, but we did have to park 2 blocks away and walk over.

Yelp
Scan QR code upon entry to get on wait list. Came on a Saturday night and wait was about an hour. Once seated, food came quick. Service was nice and friendly. Clean space. They have seats outside while you wait. Ordered the minced pork sauce with thin noodle (good), popcorn chicken with rice combo (meh), pork belly on Chinese bun (meh), brown sugar pearl milk tea (good), and the beef with tendon noodle soup with thick noodle (so good). Beef and tendon noodle soup was the best of all the dishes we got. Broth was light and full of flavor, noodles were soft with some chewiness, the beef was flavorful and so tender.

Yelp
It was our last day in Richmond and we found this restaurant, which was nearby the hotel we were staying at! It was quite busy and it was hard to find parking even though there is a decent sized parking lot and street parking available. We had to wait about 15-30 minutes for a table to clear up. The restaurant is small so be cautious if you are planning bringing in groups larger than 4 people. We were pretty hungry by the time we got seated and placed our order. We really liked the pickled cucumbers! With the noodle dishes, you are able to select what type of noodles you want. So, it is customizable for each customer. Overall, we enjoyed eating here!
