Unplug Meditation

Thoroughly enjoyed Kyle Lam’s Sound.bath at Unplug studio. Great way to start the New Yesr.

The sound bath session itself was nice. The problem is that the studio is right on Wilshire boulevard, and if you are near by the windows (which are covered by blinds, so I didn’t realize they were windows), you will hear every single noice from the street- cars, people walking by talking, etc.. Which kinda takes away “the unplugging” experience.

Absolutely beautiful space. Kristina led us through a sound bath meditation that was healing and expansive on multiple levels. It was transcendent and I highly recommend the experience.

I’ve taken several classes here, and really enjoy it! Xavianca is my favorite sound bath guide. Her meditation was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had.

I took two of Kristina Joy classes and she is an amazing teacher and a beautiful human being. She really cares about your well being and guides you through the process to unburden yourself with the trauma that you carry not only day to day but ancestral. I absolutely love and adore her and I highly recommend taking a class at unplug preferably one of her many classes that she teaches.

Unplug Meditation has changed my life 180!! I’ve received huge positive change in my life full of blessings. I came to unplug after a break up , dealing with my grandmas lost to find peace. And boy did I find so much harmony in my life.Now thanks to Unplug I have alchemist my connections and my finances for the betterment of it thru their soundbath and breath-work.People constantly ask me , how are you so calm? So I know others see in me too. I truly found more healing and love than any church or talk therapy. Forever grateful for this little peace of heaven on the west side 💕✨I also met the owner Suze and she is an angel 😇 happy to support a female owned business!!

So I just recently been dealing with a personal issue, and I’m trying not to stress about it. I've been looking for different ways to help relieve stress, and one thing that I found that helps is meditation. I’m not really a big believer in meditation, but because of the situation I’m in, I am open to it. I came across Unplug Meditation and signed up online for their sound bath meditation in-person class. The class was $24, and you pay when you book the class. The website was very helpful in regards to booking, parking information, and what to expect. My class started at 8:00 pm. The website mentioned their strict on-time policy. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to park and settle in. I arrived 20 minutes early so I could find parking and check out the little store they have. I was able to find street parking right in front of the place. I went in and was greeted by the receptionist Lucy. She was so welcoming and went over everything. I had a lot of questions, and she was able to answer them all. Before the class, I did a little crystal shopping. Right before the class started, we were reminded to take our shoes off, and no phones were allowed in the room. We were able to leave our phones at the front desk. When I entered the class, I quickly found a mat and started to settle in. The instructor did an intro, and we began. The class itself was really great. It was exactly what I needed. I can see myself returning. After the class, I was able to get a cup of complimentary herbal tea and headed home. It was a way wonderful experience.

I had such a wonderful experience with Sam this evening – he created such a calm and focused space. The music and the space are beautiful!! 🙏🏻
