TL;DR? Here’s the pull-quote: We crossed an ocean for Upgrade Labs Bellevue, and they were worth it!
Now for the high-nutrient version.
My wife and I were in town for one day only and since Upgrade Labs is yet to appear on our shores (Australia), stopping in at UL Bellevue was mandatory. Hopes were high; what we found was even better.
This place must be one of the best, or indeed the best, Upgrade Labs out there. You’re getting not one but two red light beds; an electric cryo chamber (for full head-and-body cooling and that’s important - some places you have to keep the head out of the chamber so you’re missing out on half the benefits); two AI Cheat Machines for next-level resistance training (a lot of Labs only have one); two AI bikes (do the Tiger protocol on the bike - it’s fun and terrifying); two vibe plates instead of one; plus the usual metabolic trainer for altitude stimulation; a dedicated area for the neurofeedback brain training; and FREE use of Illuminati-level tech the BioCharger (which you don’t get at other Labs at all).
Owner Kevin, a deadset mensch, gave us a tour and a PHENOMENAL deal on a 9-upgrades package and we proceeded to prance around the place trying out everything like kids in a lolly shop.
Big shout outs to staff members Kaden, Reba and a legendary young lady whose name I’ve already forgotten even though I asked her. *shakes head at self* Anyway, she, and Kaden and Reba, were sharp, knowledgeable, on-the-ball, full of verve and ready to serve.
We loved Upgrade Labs Bellevue and so will you. If not, come find me and I will fight you. That’s no lie.
