Um this was the most epic hidden gem spot ever. Like just incredible. You could spend an entire day here between coffee & matcha and lunch and bars. Overall stunning experience. Can’t wait to go back and try all the restaurants, sit in the peaceful oasis and mingle around the different bars in the evenings or on weekends!

The name "retail sanctuary" fits! This is a relaxing zen-like small intimate mall of boutique shops and has cool restaurants and beverage stores. It's unlike anything I've experienced. As a wedding and event DJ in Miami I was here to visit nearby Miami DJ Academy (since I'm always tryna step up my game lol 😆), and came here after a Google search for coffee near me brought me here. So glad I found it! This was voted Miami's best mall by the hip Miami New Times, and with good reason. Be sure to visit and relax here in the heart of Miami's Design District!

Upper Bonavista is one of my favorite spots in Miami. it always gives me a bit of that Tulum vibe I love. We went back last night for sushi at Yoshi Sushi and had such a great evening. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the Monday night DJ added a fun touch, and the owners were genuinely sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It's the kind of place where you can relax, read, or simply watch the world go by. Later, I decided to dine at Turcos Restaurant, and it was a fantastic choice. The moment you step into Turcos, you're transported. The atmosphere is vibrant yet intimate, with a decor that beautifully reflects its Turkish inspiration. The menu offers a tantalizing array of authentic dishes, and everything I tried was bursting with flavor. From the spices to the fresh ingredients, you can tell there's a real passion for Turkish cuisine here. The service was also excellent – attentive and friendly without being intrusive. What makes Upper Buena Vista so special is its overall vibe. Beyond the specific establishments, it's the carefully curated collection of independent businesses, the towering Banyan trees creating a natural canopy, and the general sense of tranquility that sets it apart. It's a place where you can easily spend an afternoon wandering, shopping for unique finds, and enjoying excellent food and drink. It offers a much-needed escape from the typical Miami hustle, providing a serene and charming environment. Whether you're looking for a great meal, a perfect coffee, or just a beautiful place to unwind and explore, Upper Buena Vista, with gems like Fincas Coffee and Turcos Restaurant, is an absolute must-visit. Lovely restful area to eat, drink coffee or tea.The bulgar pomegranate salad at El Turco is amazing as is la Fina coffee and blue tea. Beautiful trees, everywhere. Relaxing music. A true sanctuary

Mellow music. Very close to the Miami Design District.

This place is magical. I have been here three times and I never want to leave! I have not seen anything like it before in terms of a shopping/dining experience. Have to see it for yourself.
