Very breathtaking view. A nice unexpected surprise, even though I ended up going the wrong way. As pleasant and country like as you can get.

I love driving through this area—the scenery is incredible, and there’s no traffic to worry about (during every season but the fall). This place is a hidden gem: clean, scenic, and definitely worth a spot on your bucket list. Whether you’re into hiking, rafting, or or anything else, you’ll find it here. There are too many great spots to list, but if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Roebling’s Delaware Aqueduct is in this park and is a fascinating historical bridge with stunning views in every direction. You can walk or drive over it, and there’s plenty of parking, maps, and even an old toll museum.

One of the best drive to experience fall color.

We've lived here for 20 years. It is a beautiful place to visit. Please remember to take care of our natural, beautiful, clean water and do not litter! The plastic litter has become a huge problem. PLEASE be kind to the environment... if you bring it in, please take it back with you to dispose of it! THANK YOU

I love this area very much. Why it's classified as the upper Delaware scenic and not a part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation area I'll never know. There's too many spots to name in this review, but if you're looking for peace and quiet and surrounded, there's so many places you can go to find that. For the somewhat experienced kayaker the stretch from shahola/berryville down to Port Jervis is 18 mi of great water. Lots of eagles. Lots of wildlife. Great smallmouth bass, fishing and a full day of adventure.

Beautiful, original train trestle over the Lackawaxen River. It's worth a look if you are driving by but there isn't really a good place to pull over. Watch for trucks going to and from the nearby quarry.

The Hawk's Nest is always a spot I go to when visiting my family in Sparrow Bush, NY. The day I went it was beautiful and quiet, although it was a Saturday morning.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the outdoors and the clean part of the Delaware River where you can see bottom in 20 feet of water. This area encompasses more than just Beach Lake.
