Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre

Great place. I’ve seen improv only outside of USA and i didn’t care for it. Until I saw it done correctly. It was so smooth and funny: I loved every minute of it. I didn’t want it to end. If you like to laugh, definitely check it out. And buy tickets in advance.

Went to a Tuesday night Harold show tonight and it did not disappoint! I have rarely been disappointed over the course of several years. Highly recommend.

Got to see Natasha Vaynblat here and it was a great show! We would definitely come back for future ones also!

Good show demonstrating UCB style improv. Restrooms are combined genders so it won't take long to get in and out.

We ended up getting there early and they gave us these tickets that we could use at near by bar/restaurants for 10% off an item. I didn't try any food while attending but what I can say is that the show was really funny. I really enjoyed the sketch comedy a lot.

Welcome back!! I used to frequent the UCB Hell's Kitchen and have missed it dearly since it closed during the pandemic. The new UCB theater is tucked away in an unbecoming spot on 14th st, and the space itself is larger than it looks from the outside. I believed this before and still believe it now; this is thr best place in the city to watch comedy. The performers are wonderful and hilarious and the cost is super reasonable. I cannot recommend this theater enough!!

UCB’s new home feels like its been here forever. Yes, it is better than the old Chelsea space. And yes, they still do attract and crank out amazingly talented performers

I’ve always wanted to see a UCB show, and having the theater open this trip to NYC was a treat! The Stepdads were riotously funny. Would highly recommend their show. Outstanding improv. Can’t wait for a bar to open, then this will be perfection!

Such a fun and still cheap night out. Haven't been to this location yet but it's spacious and well-run, with an easy to navigate space. Also they have one of those water fountains that also let you refill your reusable water bottle which is so handy. Bought my tix online. There's a general admission line that's on the sidewalk in front. Someone checks in everyone while they're on the GA line outside and hands you a temporary ticket that's laminated, which you promptly return once you file into the building. Venue is small enough that there's no real bad seat. I've been kinda hesitant to go to comedy clubs since COVID because I still mask a decent amount and don't want to feel like the only one. In case others care about that as well, there were other people still masking in attendance which made me feel less self-conscious.
