Urban Cabana

Let me start of by saying that this place is amazing. The rate was very good. The staff was very trustworthy and very good people. The hotel is very safe!! If you like to be in the heart of the city. Look no further.. You do not need a rental car, everything is in walking distance. Even the beach is like a 8 min walk. The hotel have a South Beach Miami vibe with a bar, lounge, and restaurant. The decor was on point. Wait!!! I cant forget the rooftop. Adults only!! You can not go wrong!!! Will be back soon.

I did some research and it brought me to this Hotel! Awesome location that provides and Oasis in Sosua! Eco friendly hotel in Sosua! Friendly staff, great security, perfect location if you don’t want to be far from the action. Beach is a 5 min walk, breakfast is a 1 minute walk. Truly enjoyed this oasis in Sosua! Internet, bar, occasional pig roast! Just an amazing property! Thank you Mike (Hotel) and Danny (Bar) and staff for an excellent and refreshing stay!

Thank you to the management and staff of Urban Cabana Hotel for making my stay the a very pleasant one. Prior to my arrival I contacted the hotel to inform them that due to a late flight, I would not be getting to the hotel until 2:13am. I was assured that arrangements would be made allowing met o check-in without any problems. Unfortunately my flight was delayed and I did not reach until 5:00am. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only were all the arrangements in place, I was met by a smiling hotel staff member who Had me in a room in under five minutes. I found the room to be comfortable, clean, stylish and aesthetically pleasing. During my stay, all my requests were handled in a professional and expeditious manner. The location and accommodations fit my needs. A big thing for me is getting the most for my dollar and Urban Cabana gave me more "Bang for the Buck" than I could have expected. Thank again to the Management and staff of Urban Cabana. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is in the heart of all the action in Sosua. Two different beaches are a short walk. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a shot of Mamajuana. The chef will prepare anything you like. Hot water and air conditioning in all rooms. The best part of this hotel is the proximity to all the night action, like the discos and casino. The owner is full of tips to help your stay. Overall experience: Totally awesome.

The UrCa is in a great location, just off the main strip.The rooms are very spacious but the decor could do with an upgrade. You also have to ask if you want your room cleaned but they will sort it after that. The showers are hot and ok but do "run out" after 10 - 15 mins so just make sure you get on with it. Thats not a criticism of the hotel but just how Sosua is in this hotel price bracket The bar was great for me because it wasnt very crowded so i could always get a drink and even put my own music on. The staff were very pleasant and some spoke a little English. The breakfast is ok and used to be included in the room price. They used to cook it for when you woke up and the time didn't seem to matter. As far as i know they no longer provide this anymore in house but you can get a priority seat at breakfast next door at Rockys. Another good thing about this hotel is they take your safety seriously if you bring back a "companion" to your room. They have a blackllist of "troublesome chicas" so helps prevent future problems. Another important issue is car parking. If you park on the hotel side of the street...BEWARE....at certain times, the Police will come along and give you a ticket and if you don't get down the stairs pretty quick they will tow the car away to the Pound. This nearly happened to me but hotel staff came to my room at 10.30am and said officers were ready to tow it and had written me out a ticket. To pay the ticket is RIGHT LOAD OF HASSLE so just make sure you park on the opposite side of the street. To conclude this review I think the UrCa has a little way to go to become great but its definately a good place to stay on a budget. The rooms are not luxurious but you don't go there to spend all the time in the room. I would stay there again and i would advise you give this place a chance.

Excelente hotel for the price. Right on top of the action but just far enogth away to have a decent night's sleep. Andy I great very helpful and a real super star. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners, also very nice people who want to help with advice, recommendations etc... if you get the chance to meet either of them don't wast it. Great guys. Five stars 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 . The only place I would stay in Sosua considering I'm an old party animal who still thinks he is 20 years old.

This spot is not the spot to stay if you want peace and quiet. I love it because I feel like I am on times square especially on the weekend. The place is 30 seconds from the action. It is a small boutique hotel with a great staff. Mike the owner is super cool from Boston. But it is in the heartbeat of the action and you will hear it all night long. I have stayed here 3 times and I know going in get your 5 hour energy because it will be electric all night long. Only thing I caution is that because of piping system you cannot put toilet paper in toilet. Needless to say now I understand how babywipes work.

This place is located nearly on the strip of Pedro Clisante. The night life is all around this location. My brothers and I stayed here and we booked four rooms and it was amazing. The beds are comfy and we had no complaints. The staff is really helpful and good. there is a bar down stairs in the lobby. It is recommended by me.
