Food and atmosphere is good. Service is great too. Biggest issue is the portions are small. It's never enough. Even the sirloin steak leaves you hanging. They should just add more mashed potatoes or fries. Its affordable and much more value. It's not just the steak. All their dishes are 30% too small. Ordered two dishes. The burger with fries and Sirloin with mashed potatoes. I'm a bit too full now. 4k is too much to get full. The spot is pretty. Service is really good.

My review is LONG overdue. The food is amazing! All of it!! Sushi is my favourite ! One of the best places in Nairobi that offers many cuisine options ! We have visited every week! We absolutely love the food and the place is beautiful

Urban Eatery was a really relaxing place to dine. The service was amazing — the waiters were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. There was a wide variety of food and dessert options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Great spot to chill and enjoy a good meal.

Had a great experience at Urban Eatery! I ordered the buttered chicken curry with naan, and it was full of flavor—really hit the spot. Portion size was decent too. The ambience was one of my favorite parts—especially the outdoor seating, which was super cozy and nicely set up. Plus, the service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the mood for tasty food in a relaxed setting. Will be coming back!

This was my first time trying this place. It was suggested by my friend, whom I hadn't seen in quite some time. She mentioned she had a good experience here before. The waiter was pleasant, and food tasted well. I had fish and prawns. There was a bit of confusion when taking the order, and lilipop chicken was brought out instead. Mistakes happen. Good experience, the prices could have been a tad lower. Other than that, I liked it. I love trying new places.

The restaurant is quite accessible and large. Our server Derrick was attentive, giving excellent suggestions whenever we asked. I started with the rum based cocktail: Black is back! It was just right: not too sweet and not too savoury. It packs a punch! The menu was quite vast: continental European, some Italian staples (pasta and pizza), Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Indian. The food was great. The Indian dishes were spicy though - exactly to my taste, but could be a little hot if you aren’t used to it. I’ll be back for that creamy baked cheesecake. It’s a nice hangout for friends - and it closes late: at 11pm Mon-Thurs, at wee morning hours on Fri and Saturday, and at 10pm on Sunday.

Very good location close to the beach. Good staff always welcoming and smiling. Restaurant could be more improved. I had a sirloin steak that didn’t look like it. It was dry falling apart. Breakfast could’ve be better with more choices too. The water in the room was salty but it’s fine for me. I would still return to this hotel cause the rooms were priced well and the location was just perfect.

The customer service first of all is tops! Once we ordered the kind server called Sam came to ask if all was to our liking. He even suggested a drink which we loved, a ginger and pineapple based mocktail. Sweet and tangy! The salted caramel milkshake was YUUUMY! Their rice wt pork meal was dipped in the sweetest stew, loved it! The lamb chops wt sweet potato accompaniment had a very nice dip sauce that completed the meal. Only gave 4stars for food coz we asked for well done lamb and it was 90% well done.otherwise i would definitely recommend it any day!
