I was looking for a florist downtown for a quick, local delivery. Blanca caught an error in the delivery address and reached out immediately, keeping in touch during the entire process. Outstanding customer service and communication. I went with the florist’s choice option and the arrangement was stunning! My friend was so happy. Thank you, I’ll definitely be back!

It’s my first time writing a google review, but I just had to because this place is the perfect place to get incredibly cute flower gifts!!! I ordered the “Serenity Bloom” online a day before, and went to pick them up today, but couldn’t ask for a better bouquet! The florist very politely explained to me she had made few modifications from the website pictures due to availability of flowers, but as you can see, the results are nothing but amazing. Will definitely order again!

Blanca put together the MOST STUNNING floral arrangements for my wedding-- table centerpieces, bridesmaids bouquets, flower children bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and my bridal bouquet. Myself (and my guests) were blown away by the gorgeous in-season flowers Blanca chose...yes, even the most beautiful peonies ever! I put all my trust into her with a loose description of the "vibe" and color palette of the wedding-- with just those key words and inspiration photos, Blanca worked her magic and made my wedding day decor memorable. I didn't question her even once and I was more than happily surprised when I saw my flowers the day of. Everyone deserves florals like that on their big day.

This place is amazing. Bianca is so good at what she does!! She is caring, always has a smile on her face and puts in tremendous effort (I walk by her shop everyday). I have ordered from Urban Flowers many times and have never been disappointed and each time I am amazed at the result. Only place to order flowers from in Chicago and South Loop.

I ordered my wedding bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets as well as centerpieces for the reception from Urban Flowers Chicago. The flowers were incredible, very fresh and long-lasting. Blanca did an amazing floral arrangement job. She is very responsive and detail oriented when discussing alternatives. I would definitely recommend her.

The shop is on the South end of the building. So, walk on through to this small piece of flower heaven. I didn’t get the name of the florist that helped me out, but she was amazing and helped me pick a good welcome back to work plant for my best friend! Fast, efficient, well priced and she packaged the plant beautifully and securely.

I needed to send flowers to a friend in Chicago (we are in Cincinnati). I found Urban Flowers through a google search that was close to her apartment. I placed an online order. It was very simple with the opportunity for same-day delivery. They were there within the hour and are beautiful! I chose the Designers Choice arrangement and really appreciated that they noted the types of flowers that would and more importantly wouldn't be included.

I did a walk-in before heading to the train to grab some flowers after I found out that a competitor close to them was closed. What a lovely experience! I was able to grab a bouquet of premade flowers and was able to add a couple of things to personalize it. Super friendly and helpful staff. The wrapping was complete with a wet foam enclosed with plastic that would ensure the flowers would make it on my journey. I will always love a bouquet with the tissue and brown wrapping paper secured with a ribbon. Definitely will be going back!

10/10 service! We were able to secure a bridal bouquet for a marriage at City Hall with only 2 days notice! Very kind and very affordable.

Received a beautiful arrangement as a Christmas gift and I love it! It matches my cozy Decor this time of year perfectly, and the vase is gorgeous and will be reused.

Incredible level of detail and communication throughout process. Selecting flowers for a head of interior design who was just promoted requires more thought and the team at Urban Flowers was fantastic to work with.

Urban flowers is my favorite florist. Flowers are always so well arranged, fresh and nicely presented. I had them on special occasions, my wedding and for families and friends. Every time the flowers were beyond expectations. I've moved out from Chicago for two years and still miss urban flowers, can't find any florist as good . Still call them to send flowers to my Chicago folks, every time I got great responses for the flowers.

I absolutely love the arrangements here. And the customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this lovely shop.

Tried calling and nobody answers. Trying to order flowers, but they won't answer the phone or return calls.

I don't live in Chicago but wanted to send flowers to somebody who does. I spoke with Bianca on the phone, who worked with my budget, reassured me she doesn't use baby's breath (phew!), and got a sense of what I was looking for. She e-mailed me my receipt, and even snapped a photo of the arrangement and texted it to me before delivery. I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, the $10 delivery fee to be affordable, and her customer service fantastic. And, perhaps most importantly, the arrangement turned out quite beautifully. I will definitely call upon her again next time!

The greatest. So friendly and so helpful. Always willing to help with a smile and the arrangements are beautiful. They do not do balloons but the flowers are super fresh and the prices are super reasonable for being in the financial district. Ask for Blanca!

I've gone to Blanca on a number of occasions for flowers and she always does a fantastic job. She's friendly, professional, and seems to have a natural knack for flower arrangements. I also like that she has been willing to work with me to customize my bouquets. I'm going to keep coming back. Their convenient location in the CBOT is an added bonus.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy 3 flowers that were clearly marked with price but when they rang me up they decided to change me extra. When I told them it didn't match their sign the lady blamed the new guy. If something is marked a certain price, customers go up to the register with that price in mind. Honor the price you posted. I asked if the lady would rather lose a customer or honor their posted price, she wouldn't honor it.

Absolutely gorgeous, artistically arranged, affordable fresh flowers! Thanks to all the reviewers on Yelp, I chose Urban Flowers Chicago to send an arrangement to my daughter in Chicago for her opening performance at a legendary theater. She loved the arrangement, as did all of the cast members who saw it. I placed my order online through Urban Flowers Chicago website and they handled my entire order perfectly as if I had personally visited the store. Thank you Urban Flowers Chicago!

If I could give 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate! Incredible, beautiful flowers arranged with skill and care. I was ordering long-distance for family and had searched for days for a Chicago-based florist that specialized in fresh, fashionable arrangements that mix eclectic plants and big bloom flowers (and don't deliver in a shipping box, yuck). Urban Flowers met my every expectation with impeccable white-glove customer service-- see below. Blanca sent me pics of the bouquet when finished and called my family personally to let them know a bouq was on its way! A definite must if you are looking for an impressive center piece, gift or pick-me-up that won't break the bank.

Fresh cut flowers that stay gorgeous way longer than anywhere else I have gotten flowers from. If you are looking to grab something for someone while in the loop, I highly recommend this place.

I was incredibly disappointed at the arrangement they provided. For $40, they provided 7 stems of flowers - nearly $6 per stem. I had selected this florist because I wanted to shop locally instead of through a major online florist, but I was sorely disappointed.

Vased Flowers always has great flower or plant arrangements. I can ask them for a color scheme or general idea for an arrangement, they put it together and comes out beautiful. To top it off they are very friendly and have great service!
