Always love to stay at Urban House when we visit Bangkok! The hosts are so kind and welcoming! They give really great recommendations of places to eat in the area as well as directions to the nearby attractions! The rooms are clean and comfortable! Overall this place covers all the things I need! Laundry, AC, and water dispenser on site as well! :)

I loved it - clean and new and staff was so friendly as well. The location is also fantastic - close to Silom station but in a quiet side street. I would definitely book again 😊

This is my favorite place to stay in BKK! We’ve been here many times over the years and I love how they upgraded the rooms to suite style. The service is friendly and accommodating. This place is conveniently located to public transit. Definitely the place to be, when you are in Bangkok!

Amazing room and friendly service. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Staff is super helpful, polite, and courteous. Very easy to get around a minutes from the BTS and MRT. Every time we come to Thailand this is the only place we stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban House in the heart of Bangkok, and it was an absolute gem! They were incredibly helpful, offering great local tips and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a modern yet inviting aesthetic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from fresh towels to bottled water and a well-equipped bathroom. What really sets Urban House apart, though, is its unbeatable location. Situated right in the heart of Bangkok, it offers easy access to public transportation, including the BTS Skytrain and MRT subway, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. Whether you’re heading to the bustling markets of Chatuchak or the vibrant shopping malls, everything is just a short ride away. And let’s not forget the food—Urban House is surrounded by an abundance of local eateries serving up delicious Thai dishes, so you’ll never run out of tasty options. From street food to cozy cafes, there’s something for every craving just steps from the door. Whether you’re in Bangkok for a few nights or an extended stay, I highly recommend Urban House. With its fantastic location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service, it’s the perfect base for anyone looking to explore all that this incredible city has to offer.

Clean. Quiet. Convenient. Rooms: Simple, clean and much bigger than expected. Resembling a modern studio apartment, the clean look felt relaxing. A shower big enough for two, a large fridge and huge bed only improved the comfort. Usb port Chargers next to the bedside table were a convenient touch, eliminating the need for power converters. Service: The staff were amazing. Friendly and welcoming, they were quick to offer helpful advice; not only were they familiar with opening hours and directions, their advice extended to the most cost effective way to get from point A to point B. Though they were modest, their English skills were excellent! If nothing else, the warmness of the staff make the stay worth while. Location: Tucked away in a quiet street, Urban House provides convenience AND security. Within a few minutes walk, we had access to a 7/11, pharmacy, train station and shopping centre, whilst avoiding the noise usually accompanying central areas. All told, I highly recommend!

We loved this little spot tucked in amongst the bustle and high rise buildings of Bangkok. It was like coming home to your own little oasis after a busy day exploring the city. There was a BTS and MRT station very close to you within easy walking distance so accessibility was great. Lumpini Park was also just a 5 minute walk away through the ground floor of a nearby apartment high rise where a 7/11 was also located although it closed at about 6.30. We loved all the little extras eg a cloth to put on the big sitting bench to protect it from your bags; special cloths to wipe your luggage down. |Although it wasn’t serviced you had access to clean towels should you have felt the need to change yours. The room we had was spacious with a separate little lounge which was great to relax in rather than just sitting on your bed. The shower was just perfect and separate from the toilet which is often not the case in more affordable accommodation. I love a space with windows on to a view and this was on to the little lane where the locals went about their daily routines. Quin was so hopeful and organized transport when it was needed and was able to give advice when needed. We would definitely stay here again

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The team is very welcoming and the lady at the desk answers all questions and gives advices what to visit, when and how to get there. The room was big and super clean! Airconditions was working perfect. They also offer 2 bottle of water every day for your stay. You are near for both MRT Station and Sky Train! You can get everywhere so easily. Street Food and Restaurants are all nearby. I really loved my stay here and would recommend it to everyone to stay here for a few nights when visiting Bangkok!
