Nice comfortable rooms that were tidy with a spacious bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet but we had a lot of noise from the outside being on the ground floor, from traffic and people walking past. We found the breakfast great with lots of options for vegetarian and vegan. There was a great Japanese restaurant Flavours about two blocks over. Easy walk to the station to get the bus or the train to the centre.

Great hotel! Located just outside the busy city with amazing transport links, staff really friendly, hotel and room warm and clean. We opted for the breakfast on arrival, plenty of choice hot and cold. On arrival the safe had a battery missing but a quick call to reception it was sorted. The downside was, when I arrived home from an early morning flight, I noticed a few of my personal items missing, a small bottle of perfume, a moisturiser and a makeup item that I’d semi packed away the morning before. After reading reviews I noticed a few others had had the same problem. Pretty low in my opinion, the hotel policy is they are not responsible for missing items in your room. Take that as you will! After this I won’t stay again.

One train station from Amsterdam. Five min. Train station five min walk.|We liked being away from all the noise and crowds of Amsterdam.||All the staff were very friendly and helpful.|Nice lounge area downstairs.||Our room, 410, was quiet and spacious. |However, the walls were so dirty, especially the one right by the bed, which was very off putting.|It’s strange, because everything else was clean.|Comfy bed.|Quiet.|Towels a bit old.|Would be nice to be able to open windows.|Also a bar fridge or water would have been nice.||Breakfast downstairs was a bit expensive, I thought, for what it was.||Overall, a very nice spot to stay for visiting Amsterdam.|There’s nothing else really around where the hotel is fyi.

Just spent 3 nights here for my husbands 40th birthday. It was a lovely stay. It’s not central at all but the train station is literally 3-5 mins walk up the road and so cheap on the train to get into central station and one stop on the train. The train is is so easy and every few mins. The room was lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. We had breakfast included and it was fine. Some mornings called but Buffett style so plenty of choice. Reception really helpful. Make sure you check the tax as we weren’t aware and was just under 50 euros and you have to pay this on check in. Not much around the hotel either just a couple of bars and a local spar (very expensive). Overall we had a brilliant stay and would stay here again and defo recommend.

This place was excellent!! Very nice staff at check in. The general ground floor area was pleasant and welcoming. With a sitting area and loads of board games to choose from, an electric fire pit to enjoy a drink around and a lovely full window wall to have breakfast at. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of items for whatever you are used to having in the mornings. The room was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.

Recipients are very kind and gave a detail service. A Buffet restaurant is good and diverce menus. And the room is so balanced and clean, and the traffic is close to use to get to the destinations. This hotel added the attraction of the Amsterdam to me.

Nothing special, certainly not for a 4 star hotel. Room was quite dirty in some spots (marked walls, generally grubby). No instructions on how to use safe. Hairs on the bed. Paid for bed and breakfast, the cooked breakfast was nothing exciting and did cause a bit of stomach upset. The lounge area was very nicely decorated and the staff were all wonderful. Good walking distance from Sloterdijk station with easy bus, tram and train links. If I were to return to Amsterdam I’d probably opt for a different hotel.

Stayed here for a week, had a lovely time! The staff were all brilliant, very kind and patient. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast, best buffet I have ever had. (See photo) The rooms were quite clean and well made up. We were on the top floor in a king sized suite. There were USB plugs as well as EU ones, so I didn't ever have to use my adapter plug. Shampoo and conditioner were provided, which was good, as we had only packed small containers of shampoo. The location is perfect! The train station is only a short walk away, and next to it is a Spar where we got breakfast each morning, and snacks each evening. It's only one stop away from the centre, so we would walk down when we felt like it, and hop on the next train. There is a vending machine in the lobby, with a decent variety of snacks and drinks for midnight snacking. I only had 2 negatives, and they were both VERY mild: we weren't provided with a remote for the TV, and when I went to ask for one, the replacement didn't work, but that gave me more motivation to finish my book! Also, our room was next to the lift, so we did hear a lot of mechanical noise in the evening, but it was like listening to white noise really and didn't bother us once we figured out what it was.
