My partner purchased quite a few things from here during the Christmas sale. A wide variety of items were available on huge discounts, so we did end up buying quite a few items. What made the visit memorable was the very friendly and helpful staff, even during super busy timings. I would also like to thank Isobel for clarifying all our queries regarding to the discounts on different items in a friendly yet professional manner. She was polite all through the interaction and I even noticed she helped out other staff members around her. Kudos to her energy and her attitude! We'll be back here during the next sale period :)

I had a really pleasant experience at this store back in August with Steph. I was after a particular game which I couldn't find in the shopfloor, it was for my birthday celebrations and I had left it until the last minute, I don't think Steph knew this but nonetheless she went above and beyond to source this from the storage room and make my day & birthday extra especial, thank you!

Fantastic staff and excellent customer service. Shame other stores don't have the same levels of service. Clothes are also fab !!

I know being at work and customers suck- but some of the people working at the till make you feel bad for just existing. Genuinely felt sad

Today I visited UO's store in Covent Garden for the first time and I am very impressed! The shop assistants were very friendly and welcoming, the lady that assisted me with my click and collect order was very kind and polite and the whole process went smoothly, the bag that I picked up is just amazing, I am in love, great quality, very beautiful design with lots of pockets! My overall experience was fantastic, brilliant service! And I also love how clean the store was and everything was in order.

It's a little pricey but such good quality. There's a wide selection of different brands there. Such as Calvin Klein, champion, Juicy, Adidas, ect... The home & lifestyle range is amazing. I'd recommend most of the home accessories. The store is aimed towards teens or young adults but still has something for everyone.

I know that a lot of people complain about the prices at Urban Outfitters as do I, and they also state how much cheaper it is in the States but it must also be noted that the UK collections are 10 times better the the US. I do love this store and the day that I will eventually reach a higher pay bracket, you can be sure that I will be raking the store down. I have never walked into an Urban Outfitters without wanting to buy one or more items. The style they serve here is right up my street. I especially love their dresses and as a coat-fiend, every winter I get very excited about their new LUX-designed coats. They also often have some great leather jackets which I would love to get my hands on. The designer sections are inspired although, I dont' allow myself to venture there too often because I get slightly depressed when I read the price tags. Moreover, they also usually have an amusing gift section which is not too pricey and has provided me with some good ideas for birthday treats. I do however, get a bit weary about their jewelery. Not only are they priced too high, but the quality never reflects that price. I recently bought a metal bracelet which I wore once I got home and I actually managed to snap it in two as I was trying to tighten it... and I'm really not that strong. Infuriated as I was, I still can't help but love this store. Bring on the sales.

Everyone loves a bit of Urban Outfitters, it's managed to stay pretty cool and trendy despite popping up all over the place. This store is particularly good. Spread across three floors, the ground plays host to menswear and home stuff, and the second and third to women's wear (us girls need extra clothing space). Despite the staff looking too cool for school, they are actually really friendly, and on several occasions I have needed assistance with a size/item and they've always been happy to help out. The Covent Garden store also stocks some ready-to-wear designer selections - Vivienne Westwood Anglomania and ACNE being a couple, so this is great for those who want a taste of designer for a lower price than the couture would usually cost. I must also say that I love the selection of accessories in here , the necklaces in particular. There are so many unique and funky pendants, which also make great gifts! OK, so UO is a little overpriced - I think you can get very similar clothing from H&M for a fraction of the cost, however just stepping in here makes you feel cool and 'urban'. I just can't wait for the long awaited Brighton store to open!

Before it became a significant chain in the UK, the only Urban Outfitters I knew of was on Neal Street. The layout of the store is well thought out, with menswear and gifts on the ground floor and women's wear upstairs. I always imagine that this is because guys are less willing to search for clothes they like, and would therefore assume it was a women's store unless the men's range was made obvious immediately upon entering the store. During sale time, Urban Outfitters is a great place to pick up interesting kitchenware such as Joseph Joseph cutting boards, which make great presents for people who like to cook.

This store is awesome when they have sales, but they are overpriced. Even though they're all over in L.A., when I was in London they had a couple different things. The employees kinda looked "hipstery," but the cashier was very nice & helpful. I wish they had more London specific items, like more Marmite themed products. They're in a great location, and should add more homewares. Oh, I noticed when I was in London, and tried to log onto their website from my laptop, there was no website. What was going on? Anyway, take advantage of any sales they may have, if not, why not just save your money?!

This place is my bolt-hole for present giving to male friends and brothers. The clothes are excellent and affordable (they always have a sale rail),the staff friendly and the place is big enough that you feel relaxed in your browsing. I wish I could afford to buy more stuff here myself, as some of it is gorgeous, but if you're looking for urban cool and well made garb, especially the excellent trousers and t-shirts, then pop down to UO and grab yourself some style.

This is a place I always make sure I visit on my journeys southwards. Urban Outfitters sells a variety of clothes from classy to funky and a wide range of kitsch items for the home. The moo-ing alarm clock continues to make my other half jump out of bed now! It's always worth checking out when there's a sale on because you can get some real bargains - buy one get one free t-shirts are particularly worth checking out because the quality is top class. If you like to scout around for things that are a bit different, just go to Urban Outfitters, because they've done all the hard work for you.

A lot of choice, good music and very pleasant atmospher

Excellent mix of funky clothing and unusual, imaginative and creative books, gifts and home-pieces. This is the sort of place you pop into for a couple of minutes and leave 40 minutes later and £100 lighter, but very happy with your purchases. We bought some fantastic gifts that we know will hit the spot we'll be returning for creative Christmas gifts!

I only really discovered this place when I lived in New York and this branch is the probably the best in London. Situated on the main shopping drag in Covent Garden this branch offers a range of men and womens clothing to suit all budgets as well as quirky gifts and home wares. On Saturdays they often have DJs playing which helps to get you in the mood for evening antics. You can always pick something up that is little more quirky than most high street stores and you rarely spot someone wearing what you have purchased which is always good. The staff are very attentive and the layout is clear. They are currently stocking the cutest floral mini skirts for less than £50.

This shop is lovely due to its brilliant surroundings. It is a very large store compared to those found in Kensington and Oxford Circus. Urban outfitters in general sells nice clothes and great quirky, modern gadgets. The stuff in there can be a little on the expensive side but compared to other overpriced shops out there it is reasonable especially if you are canny with the sales.

This Urban Outfitters store is in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden. It sells men's and women's clothing as well as homewares, gifts and CDs. The clothing is quite varied and can be expensive but there are also some more mid priced brands on offer. They have a nice selection of homeware items that are unusual if you are looking for something you won't find elsewhere. The gifts are great if you are present hunting with some cool books and other quirky items. They also stock as small range of CDs which are by some great artists that may not be that well known but are generally brilliant.

Urban Outfitters is a great shop where you can find a whole range of clothes to suit a variety of tastes. You can buy some really pretty jewellery, dresses and skirts etc but I find that some of the products are not worth high prices sometimes charged. They have really good sale sections where you can buy items very cheaply, for example I bought some moccasin slip-ons for £10 that originally cost £40. This shop in Covent Garden has a good range of clothes for men and women but I was quite disappointed with the recent changes to the second floor because they changed the sale section which now is not as big and does not have as wide a variety of items to choose from.

Good range of clothing and knick knacks, will definitely back if not to wonder around , very amusing!
