Great location and view, but disappointing interior and unfair deposit policy
The apartment in 16th floor was big & in a fantastic location — central, walkable, and with an absolutely stunning view. It’s also modern in design, and from the outside, it really looks like a premium place.
However, once inside, the experience was underwhelming. The furniture had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the sofa was stained and even torn in places. For a place that’s marketed as high-end, the condition of the furnishings was really disappointing.
On top of that, they also charged us a €500 deposit “in case of damage,” despite the apartment already having visible wear and tear. We later found out that there were better, cleaner places with no deposit required.
In short: the location and views are great, but the value for money just isn’t there. It felt like you’re paying for the address, not the actual comfort or quality. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve the interior and revise the deposit policy.
