I was hesitant before checking in because of some comments on Google Maps, but the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was decently clean, tidy and bright too. My kids enjoyed the spaciousness. I made great use of the washing machine, oven and stove. This apartment has everything a family needs too. The location is great. It's convenient and close to everything. You don't need a car or a lot of walking to get anywhere. I highly recommend booking here.

1 star for the location and view. Everything else is minus. On the fifth day with no cleaning service. How is this even called SERVICED apartment? No AC by the way but full of rudeness at the counter. You actually would have better welcome and service at 1 star hotel. To my surprise, there are well known international chain hotels (5 minutes walk) with same price. Extremely dirty apartments and word hygiene is unknown word in their dictionary. I highly advise who appreciates standard minimum hygiene requirements to steer clear from this property.

⭐ 1/ 5— Only one star for the view, everything else was a disaster. We booked a studio apartment, and it was absolutely run-down and dirty. The furniture had visible stains, the bed was stained, the kitchen was stained, and everything felt unclean and neglected. Even the walls and the floor were dirty, and the floor looked damaged and strange. The balcony felt unsafe — it wobbled and made us feel genuinely afraid to step out. It was the kind of place that instantly ruined the mood of our trip. It was our first impression of Rotterdam, and we felt like running away the moment we saw the room. We tried staying for one night, but felt so uncomfortable sleeping in those beds that we checked out the next morning. We didn’t feel safe or clean in that space. On top of that, the reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. This place was not worth the money at all — we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

A great place. Apartment has all that is needed. Very nice big balcony but too cold up there to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with turning on the cooker. 10 minutes later one of the staff showed us how to use it. So I would say you definitely need instructions to operate it. The place was clean and the cleaners came in everyday. The apartment was spacey and cosy all at the same time. The location was on point. If you're fit you can walk to many places from here. Transport was a little walk away. It was my first time to rotterdam for my birthday. It did not disappoint. Plenty of beautiful places to walk to. We cooked a lot so the kitchen is well equipped. It was quiet and we slept like a log. Comfy beds.

We had a nice room with a lovely view. When we checked in the room was dirty. We went back to the reception and the front office manager, a wonderful asian lady whose warmth and hospitality impressed us deeply. She offered us another room but we decided to stay in the same room. The next day they clean the room very good. The lady always greeted us with a warm smile and give us the feeling as if we were home away from our home. The view was amazing. We promised the front office manager that we will definitely come back with the whole family for my daughter's wedding. Truly heartwarming hospitality.

I have stayed at Urban Residences for more than 10 years for length time periods. The location it’s super central and the hotel it’s very modern. Unfortunately you can’t easily check in after 9pm because the reception it’s closed. Recently I had an unexpected experience for a 2 nights stay they want to charge between 300-500 euros per stay and only return it after 14 working days if everything it’s fine. I got frustrated because I am a recurrent guest and I never had any problem. I have raised this with them and they told me they have a new management. Couple of months ago I booked with them directly with the option to cancel and I had to cancel. They reimbursed my money 3 weeks later after many calls and emails. It seems that they are not in the hospitality business but making money from deposits. Too bad.

Great location and view, but disappointing interior and unfair deposit policy The apartment in 16th floor was big & in a fantastic location — central, walkable, and with an absolutely stunning view. It’s also modern in design, and from the outside, it really looks like a premium place. However, once inside, the experience was underwhelming. The furniture had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the sofa was stained and even torn in places. For a place that’s marketed as high-end, the condition of the furnishings was really disappointing. On top of that, they also charged us a €500 deposit “in case of damage,” despite the apartment already having visible wear and tear. We later found out that there were better, cleaner places with no deposit required. In short: the location and views are great, but the value for money just isn’t there. It felt like you’re paying for the address, not the actual comfort or quality. Wouldn’t recommend unless they improve the interior and revise the deposit policy.

Location is absolutely great, the skyline amazing, and the fact the apartment has a separate toilet and a kitchen is why I mainly have booked this. However, the studio I stayed in this time was really not up to par. 1. The couch had a large disgusting stain. 2. The curtains not properly fitted, opening both at the bedside as well as in the shower, so in the evening with the lights on people from the apartment across could potentially see you. 3. Bins in toilet and bathroom not workinh. 4. The bedding always smells, so I bring my own extra perfume to sleep with a proper smell. 5. You have to book a minimum of two nights, where you could previously book for one night. Staff is nice, location great, but for this amount of money charged staying in such a worn down studio it's just not worth the money. I've stayed in hotels that charge less or even half the amount where these issues do not occur.

I stayed at this property for a conference I had in Rotterdam. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very generous in size, plus a great balcony overlooking downtown. The price of the room per night is great value and it's right in the heart of town. If you rent a car or have a car, you'll be thrilled to try out the car elevator! It's a weird sensation, but cool nonetheless... I'd give this 5 stars, but the shower was horrible, with the water dribbling out at full blast. Allocate 30 minutes for a simple shower. Based on bathing, I'd give this Hotel-Apartment 1 Star, but again, the property is great and the staff are great.

No A/C, we had a very difficult time staying at the apartment it was pretty hot, and the bathroom sink was not draining properly. However the staff was friendly and the place was clean and in good shape.
