Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After booking (and paying upfront), we discovered we couldn’t stay due to their age policy. We tried resolving this directly with the hotel and called reception three times. Each time we were met with rudeness, no clear information, and staff who seemed rushed and uninterested in helping.
• The first time, we were told simply “yes you’ll get your money back” but no further details, only that we should email.
• We emailed, got no reply, and when we called again the receptionist claimed she had never received our message, sounded very annoyed, told us to email again, and then abruptly hung up.
• On the third call, a different staff member suddenly told us we wouldn’t get any refund at all.
The communication was completely inconsistent, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. They are clearly disorganized and do not take customer service seriously. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in and handled the situation properly. the hotel itself was no help at all.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
