Location: Amazing! The hotel is in the center of the city right in the middle of the shopping district, so it doesn't get any better than that. Everything you need is within walking distance- shoping, groceries, restaurants, sightseeing. Parking: Having the paid parking garage on premises was a huge plus. Very convinient to have the car elevator to take you the the parking garage from where you can take the elevator to take you to the front desk or your designated floor. Rooms: We stayed at the 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor and the view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing, unbeatable! Great, modern design, huge comfortable sofa. There was also a huge balcony to enjoy the view and the fresh air, although it could be a little windy as expected on higher floors. Huge living room with fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the room were provided and proved to be very useful for our stay of 2 adults and 2 kids. However, the bathroom and the toilet definitely needed some attention from the cleaning stuff and maintenance. The bathroom was very bare, paint was peeling, there was mold in the shower and around the sink. There was no carpet/ rugs on the floor , so the cracks on the concrete floor were visible. Front desk: friendly and qvailable 24/7. Overall very good stay!

Rented an appartment last week Friday for €429 euros a night with a €500 deposit ! When I got there I was told that the previous people had left the appartment smelling of fish and that they that to open all the windows and doors in the appartment. Mind you this appartment was on the 14th floor with an amazing view but it was absolutely freezing in Rotterdam and the appartment was really cold because they tried to air out the bad odour. The heater wasn’t working ! And we was forced to spend out evening in the appartment with a fishy smell and with our coats on because it was super cold ! The reception couldn’t help me get an electric heater either ! When we checked out I asked if someone could come inspect the appartment while we was still there to make sure we would get our deposit back and they said they was 2 busy ! I later noticed they deducted almost €200 from the deposit because they said we didn’t put the cups on the dis washer and smoked! Which wasn’t correct at all ! Send an email on Monday and still no reply! I

We rented the penthouse on the highest floor for a couple of days. What a great experience. The view is magic and the view out of every room was awesome. This was a ticking the box experience!

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After booking (and paying upfront), we discovered we couldn’t stay due to their age policy. We tried resolving this directly with the hotel and called reception three times. Each time we were met with rudeness, no clear information, and staff who seemed rushed and uninterested in helping. • The first time, we were told simply “yes you’ll get your money back” but no further details, only that we should email. • We emailed, got no reply, and when we called again the receptionist claimed she had never received our message, sounded very annoyed, told us to email again, and then abruptly hung up. • On the third call, a different staff member suddenly told us we wouldn’t get any refund at all. The communication was completely inconsistent, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. They are clearly disorganized and do not take customer service seriously. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in and handled the situation properly. the hotel itself was no help at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was hesitant before checking in because of some comments on Google Maps, but the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was decently clean, tidy and bright too. My kids enjoyed the spaciousness. I made great use of the washing machine, oven and stove. This apartment has everything a family needs too. The location is great. It's convenient and close to everything. You don't need a car or a lot of walking to get anywhere. I highly recommend booking here.

The apartment we received looked nothing like the pictures online. The entire unit is very worn down stained sofa, broken and uneven mattress under the topper, heavily calcified and unhygienic water taps, and an unpleasant smell that comes back even after airing out several times. Cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. Even the trash bin tips over when something heavier is placed inside. Overall, the room feels neglected and poorly maintained. When we tried to address this at the reception, the staff was defensive and uncooperative. There was no apology or genuine effort to help just generic answers and no real solution. Being told that new sofas were “on order” or that another topper could fix a broken mattress only made the situation more frustrating. For the price and the photos shown online, this experience was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here until the property has been properly renovated and the staff trained to handle guest concerns professionally.

LOCATION|Right in the centre of the shopping district. Minutes from a supermarket. Good coffee shop minutes away. 10 minutes walk from the main station. Onsite parking. So basically 5* for this.|APARTMENT|Actually better than we expected - it was huge. Very modern and stylish. Seperate areas for eating, sleeping, and relaxing.|Very quiet - with the windows shut we could hear virtually nothing. |Very clean.|ISSUES|The bathroom was seriously in need of renovation. Plaster coming off the wall in the shower and the surround was rusty.|The dishawasher leaked brown liquid when we used it; reported that 3 tines but never fixed.|No instructions for using the oven - spent ages trying to understand it.|OVERALL|Good value for money; better than AirBNB we've used in the past. Just need to tackle the things we've mentioned.

A great place. Apartment has all that is needed. Very nice big balcony but too cold up there to enjoy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with turning on the cooker. 10 minutes later one of the staff showed us how to use it. So I would say you definitely need instructions to operate it. The place was clean and the cleaners came in everyday. The apartment was spacey and cosy all at the same time. The location was on point. If you're fit you can walk to many places from here. Transport was a little walk away. It was my first time to rotterdam for my birthday. It did not disappoint. Plenty of beautiful places to walk to. We cooked a lot so the kitchen is well equipped. It was quiet and we slept like a log. Comfy beds.

Yelp
I stayed at this property for a conference I had in Rotterdam. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very generous in size, plus a great balcony overlooking downtown. The price of the room per night is great value and it's right in the heart of town. If you rent a car or have a car, you'll be thrilled to try out the car elevator! It's a weird sensation, but cool nonetheless... I'd give this 5 stars, but the shower was horrible, with the water dribbling out at full blast. Allocate 30 minutes for a simple shower. Based on bathing, I'd give this Hotel-Apartment 1 Star, but again, the property is great and the staff are great.

Yelp
No A/C, we had a very difficult time staying at the apartment it was pretty hot, and the bathroom sink was not draining properly. However the staff was friendly and the place was clean and in good shape.
