Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was covered in mold, forcing me to check out immediately. They promised a full refund, but never delivered. After I asked about the refund, they blocked all my contacts. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious concerns. Facilities were old, poorly maintained, and unhygienic. Cleaning was nonexistent, and the entire place smelled awful. It’s shocking that a hotel could treat paying guests this way. I demand a full refund immediately — this is completely unacceptable. Do not stay here unless you want a nightmare and to be ignored.

I was taken to hospital from San Antonio by ambulance but got were stuck in Ibiza town because of the floods looking for some accommodation. Because of the circumstances there weren't any rooms left but I would like to say how helpful Lara was. We had a coffee and she tried to get us a taxi but obviously none were running. We eventually found another hotel which Lara guided us to. She was so lovely and so accommodating trying to help us. Please pass this onto her.

Be aware of this scammers. I'd checked out as the room condition affected my health issue and they promised they will return money back. However after 1month I still haven't got any single refund back! The room, vibe, workers are all disappointing. Never recommend for your Ibiza holiday!

Thank you so much to all the attentive staff who looked after us in our stay in Ibiza! Particularly to Antonio for the middle of the night coffees and chats and giggles. The room was always pristine and the location perfect for us( we rented a scooter and drove all over the Island)

Perfectly placed hotel for a 6 day visit to Ibiza. Very short walk to restaurants and bars, the port and the old town. Clean, comfortable rooms with great beds and constant hot water. Antonio and Daisy on reception were so helpful. On arrival we were taken to our rooms and shown how everything worked.They answered all our questions, and gave recommendations for restaurants. I would not hesitate yo stay again.

Horrible experience. Old fashioned, full of dusts everywhere and the vibe is ghostly there. I'd ended up checking out but they don't refund money. Horrible service.

My wife stayed here and says what a gem of a find. Great location - easy walk to Dalt Vila, the port, shopping and promenade and beach and should you need it 2 minutes walk to the hospital. Beautiful light and spacious individually styled rooms with the added bonus of a balcony. Very clean and a super comfortable bed. Yet the superb accommodation isn't what makes this place its the amazing staff - welcoming, kind, friendly, helpful-they make you feel at home and that you belong. I will never forget their amazing hospitality and know that next time I'm in Ibiza Town there's only one place to stay.

Beautiful light and spacious individually styled rooms with the added bonus of a balcony. Very clean throughout and really comfortable beds. Yet the superb accommodation isn't what makes this place it's the amazing staff - welcoming, kind, caring, friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and that you matter. I will never forget their amazing hospitality and I know full well there's only one place I would stay in Ibiza Town.

This place is fantastic . The Art Deco is an amazing adventure . Can't wait to come back. I recommend staying in any of their hotel rooms as each one is different .

Urban Spaces is a really cool hotel located in Ibiza Town, so you're pretty close to everything. It looks small and rather unassuming from the front but when you get inside you realize it's got a very good size to it, but it's not a huge resort or anything. It has a bit of a hostel feel when you enter the lobby, which i like because it feels very friendly. And the staff are really nice. Like REALLY nice. everyone i spoke to who worked there had such huge smiles on their faces the entire time i spoke with them. We checked in and went to our room, which of course has a different art design than any of the other rooms. All the rooms (and the walls in the hallways, etc) were designed by different artists, which is really cool. They have a dinner plan available but I booked the breakfast for the next day, which was very good. The fridge in the room is stocked with beer and liquor for purchase at pretty cheap rates as well. If I had to come up with some reason to not give this place 5 stars, it would be that the walls are super thin. I was asleep and heard the people in the other room on our floor loud and clear. They weren't even being particularly loud or anything, but they did wake me up. That was a bit annoying, or really as annoying as people making noise in Ibiza can be! I didn't think it was a huge deal though because I would definitely stay at this place again.

Love this place, cool people. Good vibes. Location is close to the happening part of town but not too close - you can sleep through the night.
