Perfectly placed hotel for a 6 day visit to Ibiza. Very short walk to restaurants and bars, the port and the old town. Clean, comfortable rooms with great beds and constant hot water. Antonio and Daisy on reception were so helpful. On arrival we were taken to our rooms and shown how everything worked.They answered all our questions, and gave recommendations for restaurants. I would not hesitate yo stay again.

great location - easy walk to Dalt Vila, the port, the shopping, beach and promenade and should you need to visit the hospital it's a 2 minute walk. Beautiful light and spacious individually styled rooms with the added bonus of a balcony. Very clean throughout and really comfortable beds. Yet the superb accommodation isn't what makes this place it's the amazing staff - welcoming, kind, caring, friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and that you matter. I will never forget their amazing hospitality and I know full well there's only one place I would stay in Ibiza Town.

We stayed just one night and it was already enough. The location is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful, to be honest they are the great asset of this hotel. However, once we got into our room we noticed a very strong small of cheap hotel (more like sex hotel), at first I thought it could be the bleach used to clean the room, but not so sure about it. The bathroom had a strange design as to get into the shower you need to squeeze yourself between the sink and the shower box. It had also a terrible smell of urine, and later we also found out some condom in the trash, so clearly it was not very well cleaned. Although I really liked the location and the staff I would not return to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super nice and helped us with every request we had. The interior has a unique, artsy, and cool style. We even got a free room upgrade and could check in earlier. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here many times. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The manager Arne really understand customers needs. It’s a great location for the old town and such good value for money. I highly recommend Urban Spaces.

The rooms are amazing and spacious for mid-level + travel. The thing that stood out for me was the service. The employees act like they are the owners in that they LOVE WORKING there. We came late and forgot our room card, the taxi was late so one guy even drove us to the club.. I mean service was 11/10, very family style. Completely recommend. Thank you Urban Spaces.

This place is fantastic . The Art Deco is an amazing adventure . Can't wait to come back. I recommend staying in any of their hotel rooms as each one is different .

Urban Spaces is a really cool hotel located in Ibiza Town, so you're pretty close to everything. It looks small and rather unassuming from the front but when you get inside you realize it's got a very good size to it, but it's not a huge resort or anything. It has a bit of a hostel feel when you enter the lobby, which i like because it feels very friendly. And the staff are really nice. Like REALLY nice. everyone i spoke to who worked there had such huge smiles on their faces the entire time i spoke with them. We checked in and went to our room, which of course has a different art design than any of the other rooms. All the rooms (and the walls in the hallways, etc) were designed by different artists, which is really cool. They have a dinner plan available but I booked the breakfast for the next day, which was very good. The fridge in the room is stocked with beer and liquor for purchase at pretty cheap rates as well. If I had to come up with some reason to not give this place 5 stars, it would be that the walls are super thin. I was asleep and heard the people in the other room on our floor loud and clear. They weren't even being particularly loud or anything, but they did wake me up. That was a bit annoying, or really as annoying as people making noise in Ibiza can be! I didn't think it was a huge deal though because I would definitely stay at this place again.

Love this place, cool people. Good vibes. Location is close to the happening part of town but not too close - you can sleep through the night.
