Finally a Lebanese bakery in Canberra! $$: decently priced, you get what you paid for Setting: located In Fyshwick markets also has a sitting area. Meal: cooked beautifully, dough is soft and the seasonings are baked pretty well

Literally the only Lebanese bakery in Canberra that does manoush, and they do it really well. Their dough is nice and fluffy and comes out really hot. I’d get the Zaatar with veggies wrap over anything. The guy and girl running the place are also very friendly and welcoming.

I love this place and keep coming back since I discovered it. The first time I tried their yoghurt pizza was one of those truly rare 'light-bulb moments'... when you try something new and realise it's one of those few true favourites that's never going to leave your life from now on. I also highly recommend their zaatar and meat & cheese pizzas, which are also amazing and have very generous toppings. I haven't tried their other pizzas yet and will keep making my way through the menu every time I come back. Their deserts are also great - especially the rosewater desert and baklava. To top it all off, the owners are so nice too. There's been plenty of seating every time I've been. Definitely my top pick for food in Canberra!

Best in the business! I travelled 3.5hrs to taste the new hype in Canberra and let me say - was well-worth the trip. Urban Thyme exceeded my expectations. Not just another "manouch" shop - it's a manouch shop with a hip feel and an explosion of flavours that your mouth will thank you for. Honestly, SO delicious. So good for vegetarians with lots of vegetarian options! They even offer home-made desserts and an option of whole meal pastry! MUST give it a try if you're heading down to Canbi. Otherwise, definitely worth a road trip!

First of all their customer service is the best service I've ever received from a food shop they are so polite and kind and very fast with their service. I want to say thank you because their food was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back to Canberra just to have some of their delicious pizza. Ps they have amazing authentic HOME MADE Middle Eastern desserts it was to die for!

One of the best new additions to the CBR food scene. Nothing flashy or fancy, but finally have a place to go for Lebanese za'atar bread! Last weekend I grabbed half a dozen to feed a group of guests coming for breakfast.
