Urban Valley

Fantastic stay! The hotel was located perfectly, with it only a short taxi away from Valletta. The complementary shuttle service was generous too and very easy to use. The room & pools were clean and had plenty of sun throughout the day. The pool side bar had delicious food and cocktails, and the staff throughout were kind and helpful. ||We stayed for 10 days but would’ve loved to stay longer. Highly recommend.

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional - genuinely welcoming, attentive, and accommodating in every way. Martina at the front desk was an absolute delight at every encounter, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly, both with guests and with each other, which created such a warm, positive atmosphere. We visited in October, so it was very peaceful and most days we had the pool entirely to ourselves. Breakfast offered a great variety, and sitting outside in the sun to enjoy it was the perfect start to each morning. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I’d stay here again without hesitation when I return to Malta. We felt completely relaxed and cared for from start to finish. Huge thanks to all the staff, especially Martina and Obi, for making our stay unforgettable.

Lovely hotel, with staff who were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The rooms are very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large, the shower wasn't the most powerful but it was fine. Pool areas lovely and quiet. Breakfast a decent selection each day. Plenty of space to park at the hotel too. Also visited the spa which was great for a rainy day and had a relaxing treatment. It's about a 20 minute walk down to Gzira, 30 min to edge of St Julians and Sliema, but there were bus stops closeby if you fancied heading to Valletta, etc...and Bolt was readily available too. Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to return

The bed were very comfortable! The staff is so friendly and lenient. We asked for a late checkout and they agreed directly. We were still a bit late after that and they came to our room, but they were still so nice. The staff really wants you to enjoy your stay! The location is a bit far from any bus stop, so you have to take bolt everywhere. But I would still recommend ! We also did some archery, which is right next to the hotel (6€ for 45min), so fun!!!

We booked a week here and our room was described as being superior with a patio or balcony but it was not superior just average; no patio or balcony , couldn’t really open windows as on ground floor and facing out onto road , so no privacy , plus it was next door to the lift which was noisy at night. |So next morning we requested a different room , they said they’d speak to manager and get back to us but no one did ; so mentioned it again following day and they said no problem they would change our room so we had some outside space ; but when we telephoned them to inform them we were ready to move it took another 2/3 hours before it actually happened ? Not sure why they said there were technical problems with our new room - it was perfect , apart from a fridge which badly needed defrosting .|Overall our experience was good - extremely clean hotel and grounds were spotless and staff helpful .|Breakfast buffet was adequate we didn’t eat Buffett dinner as too expensive for us . Did have some good meals at poolside cafe though . |Can’t really call itself a spa though as no steam room or sauna were working all week and indoor pool tiny with no separate jakuzzi .

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a suite with a south facing balcony which was fantastic. Small snags were dealt with immediately. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and tidy. |Slight downside was the location as there was nothing locally but the free shuttle bus into Valletta helped with that.|Recommended if you’re not looking for night life

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff always there to answer any questions. Good breakfast, great pool area, rooms very spacious with comfortable beds, large bathroom, good balcony and quiet. Minor negatives, bottle of water in the room only on the day you arrive and not replaced and location is about 20 min walk to harbour. Having said that, I would happily stay again.

Nice Hotel but in the middle of private houses no shops nearby. The rooms are nice and ours was a suite so plenty of room the breakfast was ok plenty of choice but the evening buffet wasn't good some nights we came down at 8pm and the dishes were empty or the food was dried up one night we ended up just eating the cheese and ham buffet
