Very good clean and comfortable. Great location near the centre with lots of food and wine bars near at hand. Access was easy and a lift to all floors was very helpful with luggage. Would certainly use again. |We found it noisy at night to begin with as it is above or near a busy evening social areas. It took a few days to realise that we could simply shut the windows and turn ac on. Totally our silliness and nothing to do with the room.

Our stay at the Urbanauts apartment in Trieste was excellent, with the space impressing us through its smart functionality and spotless cleanliness. Everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, making it easy to feel at home right away. We especially appreciated the quick and effective support via email when arranging our stay extension and payment options, which made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free.

This is effectively a hotel but does not have any stuff at site, which means that you are left alone with any problems you have, my e-mail messages got ignored. Our room was under the roof which looked very different than those on the photographs. The ceiling was so low, that only a small part of the room was actually usable. We banged our head on the ceiling multiple times when trying to sit up in the bed. Also, the roof has very poor insulation both with regard to temperature and sound. This could be a very nice place with better management, but I cannot recommend going there at the moment.

We discovered URBANAUTS STUDIOS Minelli. We stayed with friends for one night in the Comfy and Cozy apartments. We were very satisfied. Great location. Clean. Everything you need is provided. Quick online communication and support. Excellent value for money.

Ideally situated in the heart of Trieste, this wonderful apartment had everything a solo traveller or couple would need. Immaculate throughout and with a welcome gift of chilled wine and water, initial impressions were extremely good. Over the next few days this extraordinary building yielded more welcome surprises- the library was an oasis of calm in which to unwind at the end of the day. Remote staff were excellent at responding promptly and efficiently to my request. I’ll definitely stay there again when I find myself in this beautiful city on the shores of the Adriatic.

UrbanHauts was a great place to stay for 3 days while visiting Trieste with my family. The online check in means there's no front desk and the hotel is more of an apartment stay. The kitchen comes with all the glassware needed to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine, and the bathrooms have lotion, soap, and shampoos. The hotel has been recently updated, so about half the photos on TripAdvisor aren't correct. Additionally, we had a great travel cot set up on arrival for my two-year-old complete with fluffy bedding and pillow. The location cannot be beat as you are a 5 min walk from the main square, a plethora of restaurants, and 2 min from the ferry port to go explore other ports of Trieste. Only downside was little to no A/C, having the windows opened proved impossible on a Saturday night as the party goers were still loudly coming home until at least 2am. Sunday and Monday nights were much quieter. Would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future!

Our booking was confirmed but the PIN they have provided didn’t work and had to wait more than 45 minutes before getting in. The emergency contacts were not available since I they never replied. It seems that I had to speak italian since the operator don’t answer when you choose english.On top of that, a super angry guy woke me up early to collect the city tax and did not care about us not being able to access our appartements and was very rude and threatened to call the police, which I agreed upon, and blocked the door with his foot. So I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND any non italian speaking tourist to go there, it’s a nightmare.
