The seats were pretty uncomfortable. The seats did not recline whatsoever. The backs were very straight. Not very good for a two hour movie. The popcorn was not very fresh, quite dry and a bit dry and cold.

Good atmosphere, high quality speakers and tasty salty popcorns and unexpectedly full of fingerprint glasses hope they will clean it for other customers

I don’t understand why an additional payment is required for 3D vision glasses for people with poor eyesight.

Way too long line. Just to get popcorn and soft drink i stood there like 20 mins. Average display and sound but one of the best in mongolia

Really enjoyed spending time here. Usually not so crowded. Parking is too expensive.

I watched AVATAR in the IMAX VIP. The movie started, but their VIP gate was still closed and had to get in the long line with the none-VIP ticket holders. Before the movie started, I begged the service to turn the AC on because the room was too hot, and AC was off. But even with their AC on it was not cool enough. I had to take off my boots, and undress everything. The room was hard to breathe, it was too hot. It was a three hour long torture. Very low service!!! PS: This is the only movie theatre in the world without a parking discount.

They should work on their online booking system. They cannot just blame the system or IT. It's their responsibility to check their system mistakes, not the customer is responsible for their system error. The automatic games were a bit noisy. There was imax and laser option. I didn't find the explanation of laser option what it is. I was bit confused between laser and 2D if it is same or not. Watching movie is okay interms of comfort.
