Urgoo 3 IMAX

Best place to go for movies, best part, it isn't a LIEMAX, it's a real one, sound has proper bass, quality is good, popcorn is good too, highly recommend the caramel one. Although a bit overpriced if you're fine with that. Also, the gaming room is good too, but if you're getting hungry, there's a lot of restaurants at the floor. Also, the ads are short, usually 5 minutes, maybe 10 sometimes. TLDR: Very good theater, highly recommend from experience. 5 stars.

Can't decide if it is a 4 or a 5 stars as it is not perfect but all good in many aspects. The cinema is ticketing is self service, had a vip lounge, sitting/waiting area and food/beverages kiosk. Ticket is reasonably cheap, likewise for the popcorn and drinks. Highly recommended!

I have nothing to say.They treated us bad i mean BAD.Whe played only 3 games and theres supposed to be 7k left but it was emptied and we didnt got any magnets or smt like that but we wanted refund but they waited us like so long but the cashier said no if i type it fully it will never end its so ridiculous and even one game glitched and no refunds the glitched game wasted our time but took our money this is bad and i mean really bad and we were supposed to be happy but left unsatisfied

I watched Getaway to the West with my parents and the theater was great! Just a little mess - the arcade screens were broken (some) and a little bit too noisy, but aside all that, great!

Normally cinema but should not be showing age inappropriate trailers on kids movies. My daughter who is only 8 was terrified!! Also all of the cubicles in the men’s toilet were locked forcing my 10 year old son to use the ones in the shopping mall.

Good IMAX cinema. I don't give 5 stars because the sound is really too loud . I put ear plugs when I go there.

Good IMAX screens. Easy process to get tickets. Only issues I had were, the machines in the front were having a hard time recognizing my QR code and the front desk didn't seem eager to help me.

Seats are not comfy in 3rd hall, and quite hot
