Well worth the walk up for the spectacular views of San Sebastián’s coast line. Would expect to pay more but one of the cheapest places we have visited. Small selection of food but disappointed they had sold out of Gilda.

Honestly the best place to get a drink in Donostia. Stunning view, somehow not overpriced, nice staff, lots of seating Be aware minimum card spend €10 so if you’re just 2 people you’ll likely need cash, or just get lots of drinks and snacks!

Super nice hidden gem in San Sebastian. Amazing to enjoy some drinks after a little hike. Beautiful views and nice staff. Totally recommend! Ps. Take some cash

Worth the walk up, came here multiple times! Personally didn't like the sandwiches, cocktails & wine were great! Amazing views & atmosphere!

A magical place at the Castillo de la Mota fortress. An ideal setting to recover from the hike to the fortress and a view that can be consumed for hours. Pleasant music and decent prices are all you need in this place.

Come for the views, stay for the Sangria. Perfect spot on the way down from the walk up Mount Urgell. You get incredible views of La Concha Bay. An outdoor bar set amongst the ruins with shade for the sun. Whilst on the Mountain keep your eyes peeled for sunbathibg lizards.

San Seb’s true gem of a place. The drinks were amazing and affordable too. The views from this place is amazing. I’d recommend to drop by for sunset although it may be hard to get a great seat. Just note that cleanliness might be a small issue but the view and drinks makes the visit worth it.

Must see!!! This is a casual bar atop the mountain with a stunning view. After a short scenic walk up, you can enjoy a tinto verano and the best olives. It is ideal to go before dinner as the sun is about to set. There is a decent amount of seating but in the summer months it gets understandably busy so it is best to not go when you are in a rush.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this bar as our last stop before heading down the mountain top. It's got some of the best views you can find on Monte Urgull. We saw the pirate flag ‍ waving on the outside, reminded me of a pirates of the Caribbean fortress or something to that effect. Husband ordered 2 sodas and 2 anchovies pinxtos for us, so good & reasonable prices. We sat at an outdoor table with great views of the ocean. Definitely a highlight for us on the hike to see the Christ statue. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. It was open today and the weather was so nice. We are in autumn season already but this place was still open! :)

Yelp
We found this hidden gem climbing up the mountain, looking for the statue of Jesus Christ, by chance. The views up here are beautiful! Apparently this bar has been here for at least 20 years! WOW. They serve local beers here, and some food, but no table service. Everyone pretty much mingles outside or head up some more steps to relax at the park, which is just above. (The bar is tiny and hot, so you really don't want to hang out inside.) Staff is cordial but not much for conversation. No hard feelings, though. Bathrooms are co-ed, and kind of gross, but they are free. There are two stalls (with doors) and a urinal for the men. Use the bathroom or use the trees outside, lol! (No, don't flash people.) There are two ways to get up here, one being a much steeper climb. Be careful if you decide to go down the steep route. It is much easier going up than going down. TRUST ME. If you decide to drink more than is encouraged, go down the safe and longer route. You have been warned... Cheers! :)

Yelp
The name may sound unpronounceable. It means "Urgull Place Powder Keg" in Basque. That's because it is located next to a battery of canons near Mount Urgull's summit. Great little surfer-vibe terrace bar near the top of Mount Urgull. Some of the best views in town. Grab a table with a view and enjoy the surfer-pirate vibe. Enjoy the retro-rock music playing on their speaker system. Depending on the time of year, they may have live music playing during the late afternoon hours. Run by a young couple. They wait staff looks like they just came up from surfing at nearby Zuriola Beach. They offer sandwiches, potato salads and other simple fare. A fitting reward to your trek up Urgull.

Yelp
Very rude! The views are beautiful, but you don't have to go to the bar to see them. You can bring your own drinks on the hike and not have to go to the bar. The staff was hateful, and before you get there you see signs that say, "tourists go home." Not inviting or nice at all. If you're from out of town I'd recommend not spending money here.
