A little bit of a wait but given time of day and day of week, not bad. There is a sports bar or mini arcade to kill time. Crab legs were cooked perfectly and pulled clean. Seafood alfredo was much desired with shrimp, scallops, and lobster. Great view from the deck.

Great for the experience not so great for the food. I had ordered the fish of the day it was over cooked. My boyfriend’s steak was over done and the crab balls were average. For the price you pay you would think the food would be better. However, the view is incredible and wait staff were very friendly and quick. I personally would look else where for waterfront dining due to the food. There was an arcade as well. It was disappointing because we had very high hopes for the food.

Urie’s Waterfront Restaurant – Wildwood, NJ If you’re looking for the ultimate seafood dining experience in Wildwood, you need to visit Urie’s Waterfront Restaurant. This place is more than a restaurant — it’s the full dockside summer vibe: boats drifting by, live music filling the air, and even the Silver Bullet boat flying across the water while you enjoy cocktails right on the marina. The food was outstanding. We started with juicy sliders, their famous crab bites appetizers (a must-try!), and a refreshing summer salad topped with chicken. The tomato flight was something special — with Greek, Mediterranean, Italian, and Mexican flavors all on one board. For mains, the stuffed lobster was fantastic, but the real star is the All-You-Can-Eat Crab Feast 🦀 — endless Dungeness crabs, Blue Claw crabs, and Alaskan Snow crabs. It’s paradise for any seafood lover. The drinks sealed the deal: a perfectly mixed Bloody Mary, a refreshing Orange Crush, a smooth Espresso Martini, and a tropical Blue Hawaiian that felt like a vacation in a glass. The atmosphere is unbeatable — laid-back, lively, and perfect for summer nights. Inside, Urie’s has a great party space and a fun, lively bar. Plus, as soon as you walk in, you’ll see Sliders Bar, another huge spot that keeps the energy going all night. ✅ Delicious seafood (especially the crab feast) ✅ Fun cocktails & lively bar scene ✅ Dockside dining with marina views & live music ✅ Perfect for families, parties, or a casual night out If you’re visiting the Wildwoods and searching for the best seafood restaurant on the water, Urie’s Waterfront is hands down one of the top spots. This is a true Wildwood summer tradition you don’t want to miss!

You don’t get any fresher than this place!!! We got all you can eat crab legs for my granddaughter who loves her crab legs they were excellent also had stuffed lobster tail was also excellent best seafood we’ve had in a while can’t wait to go back next year!!! Yummmmmm We come for the seafood so when I see people complaining about too much lettuce or a toss salad it’s just people that like to complain because we had great service and the seafood was superb!! Definitely didn’t require a sharp knife to pull lobster tail out we just pulled it with our fingers came right on out 😂 But that’s what we like we don’t even eat the other stuff it’s all about fresh seafood for my family 😊also my mom is handicap and we had zero issues finding a handicap spot or getting in and out no issues whatsoever

My family took a once in a lifetime trip to the ocean, from Texas. Hand picked a specific restaurant to have dinner and choose Uries. We were seated and given lunch menus. What we wanted to eat was on the dinner menu. So we wanted to wait until 4pm to order. We had an appetizer and drank our waters and waited. At 4 others were being seated all around us. Tables were prepared for All you can eat crab with brown paper table clothes and we were ignored. Noone ever came back to our table. I counted 15 wait staff lined up on the wall looking around and talking one even pointed at us while talking. After waiting until 420pm we finally got up threw $20 on the table and walked out. Not one single person spoke to us on the way out. Not any of the 15 waiters, not the bar staff, and not the 2 hosts at the front podium. Not even a Thank you for coming. Definitely felt like they intentionally did not want to serve us. Oh also every single question I asked about the menu was answered with short yes or no answers no suggestions were given no pleasantries at all. No specials were told to us. No "catch of the day" was told. I cant even imagine a reason for any if this behavior, I usually will make an excuse like oh they were busy or maybe shes training. No non of the above is excusable and completely ruined the dinner plans we had made. And to top it off it was my husbands birthday!!

Everytime I vacation in wildwood Uries is my go to for dinner! Been getting the all you can eat crab legs for years and it’s always yummy! Highly recommend! Plus the great drinks and awesome views makes it a great dinner experience too. One of my favorite restaurants since I was little. :)

Google
The food there is good even we waited for the food for long time. I was first one to get there. I order crab (1 pound). I advice you not to get crabs. They don't provide you food with the crabs unless you pay extra money to have food with it. The crabs didn't have a lot of meat in it even though waitress said one type of crab has more meat than other type. I went in hungry and left out hungry. The waitress is nice and kind.

Google
Great service and nice view. Food was very disappointing. We paid $14 for glass of wine that would have cost $10 for the whole bottle at the liquor store down the street. The Mac and cheese was microwave quality and the crab cakes were so salty we couldn’t even eat them. It’s sad to say we will not be back. Great view though.

Yelp
Great place for the kiddos, arcade games in the front. Huge bar inside across from the arcade, then a huge deck with outdoorsy sitting and another bar. The outdoor seating is covered so even on a rainy day you can enjoy the view. They do have an early bird meal option that comes with 2 sides, salad and rolls. We had a larger party of 8 and we were sat right away outdoors. Waitress had a little mix up with one of our drinks but to be honest I don't think she as old enough to drink so besides that the service was good and she was attentive. Salads, apps, rolls and dinner all came out in a good timeframe and was good. They have a kid menu and highchairs. Downside: Parking lot was a bit crowded as it appears 3 restaurants share the same lot.

Yelp
All Hype, No Quality - Spend Your Hard-Earned Money Elsewhere We paid $60 for entrées that came out cold, dry, and with the same uninspired sides for every plate -- either mac and cheese or bland boiled "vegetable of the day." Service was just as bad: our table was still covered in dirty appetizer dishes when the mains arrived, so the food sat on a tray while we waited for them to clear the table. Then we had to wait again for clean utensils. Nobody ever checked on our table -- and it's obvious why. They're too busy to care, and ownership clearly has no interest in quality or customer service. High-end prices for cafeteria-level food and high school-level service. Believe me, don't waste your time or your money. PS I I love my dogs and I wouldn't serve this food to to them !! They should be embarrassed serving this food do better people work hard to be treated this way.

Yelp
Avoid this place at all cost. Over-priced seafood. Waitress has no idea what she is doing. Appetizers came after main entrees. Main entrees were the size of appetizers. See the picture: $45 for 3 pieces of scallops, 2 pieces of shrimps, two bake clams, and one tiny crab cake.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place. A little bummer we didn't get an outdoor seat since the weather was perfect but next time maybe. We just did a bunch of appetizers since we didn't want to spend that much time inside. I plan on going back for ayce crabs. Everything was pretty good.

Yelp
Food is always pretty good here. Used to love coming for the all you can eat snow crab legs but the price has unfortunately gone up significantly. The most recent visit I got the Seafood Alfredo. The sauce was pretty good and had a fair amount of shrimp, scallops and lobster. My boyfriend had the fried seafood combo which was very filling! He seemed to enjoy it. He got Mac and cheese as one of his sides but was a little disappointed it tasted just like stouffers. I tried their watermelon crush which was a tasty drink. Service was good, not the most upbeat but she took care of us. The atmosphere is always nice because they're right on the water. I'd say it's worth checking out if you're in town.

Yelp
Well deserved 5-Star Review for Urie's in Wildwood! Stopped into Urie's in Wildwood and everything was sooo good! Service efficient, Ordered crab balls, a soft pretzel, shrimp cocktail, and bang bang shrimp--and it was all so delicious that we immediately had to order more bang bang shrimp and crab balls. Portions were generous, flavors were spot on, and everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely a must-stop when you're in Wildwood!

Yelp
A very chill spot by the pier with an arcade for the kids at the front and bar(s) for adults. Service was wonderful, hardworking servers and attentive hosts, which makes it better. The only reason for the low rating is the taste of the food however, respectfully, I felt like the Mac and cheese was equal or even less than that of Kraft Mac and Cheese. The French fries were doable, cold but edible. I ordered the fried shrimp which was to be safe however still felt like I was eating 10% shrimp and 90% batter. The salad with the entree was probably the best thing. The soda/ginger ale taste a little funky? My group of 9 enjoyed the food however felt like this place will make you full; rather than give your taste buds a dance battle. To each their own on taste of food, however for me it's a miss. Ambience however was lovely. Also my nephew's snow crab boil had corn that was white/pale yellow which was giving me an impression that it was frozen.

Yelp
..many years ago - fresh out of HS - I went with a couple'a friends to Wildwood & as the keeper of the Mobil Travel Guide® (there was no Yelp/Internet back then) I narrowed our 'big dinner choice' between what was then called Urie's Fish Fry & the Lobster House in Cape May - I chose the latter for us...beginning a long run of spending more time in CM ...sooooo anyway - fast forward to now - after countless visits to Cape May County and curious about the alternate timeline, I finally decided to stop here - especially since after 45 years it's still here! Located in a great spot, just off Rio Grande, we showed up about a half hour before sunset on Memorial Day. No issues getting seated with a good view of the water. Drinks came quickly & we placed an app order which admittedly took awhile as did our entrees ...but it seemed to be a small staff working a holiday ;) the app wasn't the best I've had, but the Steak & Tail entrée was pretty good as was my Girlfriend's Shrimp Scampi (I managed a sampling;). Always enjoy dining by the water & this experience was a good one - any regrets not coming here before?...nah - but I'm glad I finally checked Urie's out. I'm sure it would be a great place to hang out on the weekends!

Yelp
Bottom line... there's nothing wrong with it here. Thankfully we ate during early bird hours for a better price. I went for the fried flounder since it was advertised as local and it tasted fresh enough. People at the table seemed to enjoy the crab cakes. Sides were prepared well and service was attentive and friendly. But I can't say that there's anything special here that would make me want to come back. It was good but not memorable.

Yelp
So I went here against my better judgement as I'd seen the many reviews panning the food etc. My daughter really wanted crabs so we went. There was a bit of a wait so we waited. We were texted saying our table was ready but then had to wait in another semi line to be seated. We unfortunately were seated in an area with a table of about 4 young girls and 2 adults. The girls were not only extremely loud but the one kept tilting her chair and making the legs smash the floor over and over again. I thought something was banging above us until I realized. What happened to keeping your children at bay while out and having consideration for those around you?! I know children are children but this was nuts. I asked to be moved after ordering drinks because there was NO way I could deal with this or should have to while having dinner. (Never thought this would take almost 3 hours). We were moved however our waitress changed unfortunately. The first one was nice just like our new one. So the new one comes over and asks if we need drinks we advised we already have drinks. She asks about ordering. We ask a few questions about things on the menu. She advises us, we order. 3 of us got the broiled seafood combo, 1 got the chicken parm the other the all you can eat snow crabs. She advised that the crabs would be the first to come out and was that okay. My daughter said sure thats fine. We also ordered mozzarella sticks, crab balls and mussels. While waiting we see people get bread also just having drinks so I ask for bread she brings us bread this was after us sitting for a while and we are hungry. We wait and wait and wait. The waitress comes by and says I'm sorry we are waiting on your mussell's. We say I thought you said the crabs would be out first. She says no usually we bring the apps out first. We were super confused as she totally just contradicted her original statement. Mind you the crabs are all you can eat and she now has very limited time to get her monies worth as it is $90. Finally they bring out the sticks, mussels and balls. The mozzarella sticks literally taste like grease and 4 of the 6 had absolutely NO cheese in them. At this point my hsuband was starved so he just said screw it and ate them. The balls left a lot to be desired and the mussels were good. Finally my daughter gets her first batch of crabs. She is eating them at a rapid pace as she doesn't have a ton of time to enjoy and get her monies worth. We then get our side salads they were super skimpy but I ate it I was starved. Then I wait again. Finally our main meals come out. I'm like this looks ok even the flounder which I advised I didn't eat and asked for a substitute such as another few shrimp or something and was told THEY DON'T do that. So I start eating the shrimp have NO flavor nor does the flounder. The scallops were OK but had to be drowned in butter. I didn't really like the clams casino or deviled crab. My daughter's fiancé agrees and says she isn't eating hers the entire things has NO flavor. My son says I'm starved I have to eat something and eats his. My husband ate his chicken parm as he was starved as well and literally refuses to complain about his meal at a restaurant but he also wasn't thrilled with his. My daughter liked her crabs but literally was skarfing them down because it took almost 40 minutes before she got her first bowl. I tell our waitress about the issue with the 2 of our meals. I had eaten some scallops and shrimp but told her they had no flavor but I was starved. Also told her that the other person wasn't going to eat theirs to please remove from the bill. When she gave us the bill she said we were able to remove hers and yours. When I looked at the bill I noticed they had only removed half of mine.. We trully should have just left after waiting way to long for anything to arrive at our table. When all was said and done half of us still had to leave here and eat something else as we didn't have dinner and were less than satisfied with anything we were served. Bottom line Urie's don't let children run all around the place. Serve food in a timely manner and at least serve quality and savory good not the flavorless stuff we received. Besides my daughter's crabs the entire meal should have been comped. I would personally skip this place just a heads up!.

Yelp
We ate here last week. It was awful. My daughter and husband got the prime rib and both were full of gristle. I got lobster and it was very tough, I couldn't cut it with a steak knife it was so tough. My baked potato when I cut it open was black rotted on the one side so I showed waitress and sent back. My veggies were good tho! My granddaughter got chicken fingers and she didn't like them said they were like rubber. Very disappointed and won't have to go back. Very high price for not good food. Get better quality people!!! Two seafood meals last week and both stunk. Very sad

Yelp
I went there for steamed crabs. They had small, medium, large and jumbo, but they would not serve the jumbo at lunch time only after four. Which truly did not make any sense. And the rum punch had a bleach aftertaste it was not worth it. I sent it back. The bang bang shrimp was nothing to brag about. I wish the food was better because the woman who was singing was doing an excellent job.

Terry M.

Yelp
I'll give 2 stars for scenery, it would be one for service and price. Meals showed up 25 minutes apart, expensive, weak drinks, I walked to other end of table of 10, my plate was taken away with half my meal left. In at lunch time, 2 shrimp scampi were ordered, they said they are out of lunch shrimp scampi.....really, put 2 less shrimp in and 10 less strands of linguine, then you have lunch size, wtf. They want to churn the tables. Restaurant is owned by large investment group that has several restaurants in the area, tourist trap. To add insult, the blue claws were overcooked, meat was stuck to claw shells, short order cook on the crab steamer...tourist trap...

Nate S.

Yelp
This is hands down the worst resturant I've ever been to in my entire life. First I received a stale beer then I got a New England clam chowder and it tasted like I was sipping salt and the clams were from a freezer bag. So then for an appetizer I got the mussels in the so called white sauce and it was the worse quality mussels sitting in a dirty dish looking liquid. Then I get the crab cake entree that came with Mac and cheese and fries and first off the crab cake was all dough and the crab was most likely imitation crab then the Mac and cheese was worse then the craft Mac and cheese you make in the microwave and lastly the French fries even sucked. Prices went up horrible I don't know who's paying for this place. To top it all off I went to the bathroom to throw up halfway through the dinner. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to eat at this place.

Yelp
Me and my fiancée took a trip down the shore and she wanted to stop here for dinner. She's gone here several times with her grandfather, and wanted give my take on it. We were greeted by the staff right way when we walked in. They had an open bar both inside and outside. The view outside was beautiful. When we were seated, our waiter Ben took our orders and made sure we received everything in a timely manner. He was very professional. We both ordered the crab legs special and it was delicious. It was a little on the pricey side, but it was definitely worth the price. They also have an early bird menu if you get there at opening, if you're looking for a good deal. When I come down to Wildwood again, I will definitely come back here again. I recommend it highly.

Yelp
The main attraction of this place is that it's right on the water and has nice views at sunset. Service was great, our server kept checking on us and was attentive. Entrees come with salad, bread, and choice of two sides. I ordered fried crab cakes, which were delicious as was the baked potato. The mac & cheese was a bit cold and reminded me off Wawa mac (if you know you know), which I do like except not when I'm at a restaurant! We had orange crushes, which weren't anything to write home about.

Carol F.

Yelp
I ordered the blackened tuna with sauce on the side, but it arrived covered in sauce. The blackened seasoning was mostly salt, and after just two small bites, I couldn't eat it. The green beans were fresh and cooked perfectly, but they were smothered in butter, which made them inedible for me. The baked potato was the only part of the meal I enjoyed. What surprised me most was that our waitress never asked why I didn't eat my entrée or take it home. For the price and reputation of this restaurant, I expected much better quality and attentiveness.

Patrick M.

Yelp
No! Bland no taste scallops. Portion pathetic! Ordered "steamers and I got a bowl of sea shells smaller than the size of a dime. I could use a toothpick to pull them out. Do not do it people suggest The Warf near by when I discussed it with others on vacation.

Yelp
Restaurant is very nice and clean, however i was told the wait was 20-30 mins and waited 45 mins. Then was seated at 8:12 after being told the table was ready at 8. Seated next to a group of children that were slamming their chairs. We got our drinks and asked if we could be moved due to the disturbance. Table was changed at 8:20, it's now 9pm have yet to be served our food that we ordered when we first sat at 8:20.. i had to ask at 850 for some bread thankfully it came right away, took 40 mins to get the appetizers... got mozzarella sticks, 6 in total with only 3 having cheese in them! Mussels in white sauce were okay. Dinner was not brought out until about 9:40 and they "close" at 10... 3 orders of the Broiled seafood combo and had absolutely no flavor. All you can eat snow crabs were very good and are the only reason I'm even rating a 2 star. Waitress was nice and accommodating as well but definitely not worth it. Would not recommend. Will never be back.

Yelp
8/17/2023 I honestly wouldn't have even considered going back here after the abominable experience last year. My friend, who has a home in the beautiful Grande, gave Uries a second chance and she really enjoyed it. If it wasn't for her I would've assumed they would be shellacking customers again this year. My husband predicted Uries would feel the pain of their stupid business decision of last year eliminating early dine, eliminating salad, choice of sides and eliminating bread too. I think they are still suffering. There was no line in peak season and the restaurant wasn't busy. I got prime rib it was good but needed au jus sauce. Our server, Matt was excellent. My party was happy with what they ordered. I'm glad I chose not to burn my Uries shirt last year because the shirt selections are pretty bad this year. I will probably go back if they continue to hear the customers. I think a lot of business will be lost for good because of the fiasco in 2022.

Joseph C.

Yelp
This might be the worst restaurant in the tri state area. Not only is the food horrendous, but the management (short haired woman) is somehow even worse. Save yourself the minimum of $70 a head, you could make better food on your electric motel stove top in 15 minutes

Abdallah X.

Yelp
2 stars for location/view and a good crab cake! Other then that all the food here seems very mid and a half attempt at cooking. This place needs a menu rehab! Mac&cheese is from a Kraft box. Shame shame shame
google avatar

Tina F.

Yelp
Massive restaurant with mediocre Assembly line food. Soup wasn't hot. Corn on cob was horrible; like it had been boiled hours ago and sat in water. Urie's was crowded and short staffed at the end of season but our server was pleasant and apologetic. Not likely to return.

Susan W.

Yelp
Lobster and steak overcooked. Lobster was black and tough. Service very slow and incorrect. I asked for my own bill twice and still didn't separate also did not give me a bag upon request. Not happy with Jordan at all or the food !!

Yelp
First impression...ambiance...the restaurant was a bit dark, but I got over it. Our waitress was lovely, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I started with oysters. They were the biggest I've ever had. They had manhattan clam chowder, New England clam chowder and a corn chowder on the menu...I didn't k whip to pick...but I didn't h to choose because they had a flight of soups and I got to try them all. I wish all restaurants had this! For my main meal, I had the 1lb mussels in marinara from appetizer menu. I loved my meal. I would go back.

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Disappointing. We had a group of about 15. While the prices were reasonable, the ribs and crab legs were dry/overcooked. The crab cakes were more filler than crab. The service was ok. They were friendly, but very slow getting our check. And unfortunately they do not split checks for large groups. Overall, we were not impressed. The kids enjoyed the arcade, though.

Yelp
Part of me thinks that when my partner and I came for an early dinner we were the youngest people here. We both got a bit of a giggle from this since we're not super young ourselves. I looked up reviews for places to go with good shrimp on the menu. From the reviews this was the place that was open that we went to. And it was not what I expected at all. We were seated in what felt like an open air patio right by the water. Because we got there so early we were able to get a table right on the water. They do have sun shades which helped keep the glare out of our eyes. The menu had a variety of things not just seafood. I will say most of their kids menu for my 2-year-old consisted of fried items which really didn't tickle my fancy. But the waiter helped us navigate that which we really did appreciate. My partner who is not always seafood forward opted for steak and potatoes. It's his main go-to so of course I didn't really expect anything different. He did say that he was thinking about adding on crab cakes if he was still hungry after the steak. I decided to go big. After reviewing the menu I decided that the seafood Alfredo was what I was getting. And man it was delicious. I could not believe how much seafood was in it and the taste was incredible. It had a lobster tail, scallops, and shrimp in the dish. I will let you know that I did not eat all of it and I was able to take some home for the next day. For my daughter we got the peel and eat shrimp the 1 lb appetizer and that fulfilled her delicious need for shrimp. Or shrimpies as she calls them. I wish I would have left a little room for a dessert but after eating my meal, what I could of it, there wasn't any room. I would suggest going early to get a nice table by the water. The view was spectacular and the food was pretty great too.

Yelp
*BE WARNED: CHARGES A 3.5% CREDIT CARD FEE* Came here for dinner on a weeknight. We didn't have reservations and requested a table for 6. There was a slight wait. Thankfully there is an arcade you can wait in which my kids enjoyed. We were seated shortly after. We sat out on the deck on the water which is really nice. We put in an order of shrimp lejon as an appetizer. We then ordered our entrees shortly after. I ordered the Urie's crabcakes as my entree. Probably about 20 minutes later, our entrees came out. We never got our appetizer and didn't say anything because didn't care at that point. All entrees came with complimentary rolls and a salad to start. You could pick from a bunch of different dressings for salad and I opted for the raspberry vinaigrette. My entree came with two sides and I got the mac and cheese and French fries. My crab cakes were a good portion, flavorful. They did have a good bit of filler but for $32 I thought it was a good deal still. My husband got the tuna Marie and we both thought his was great, better than mine. My kids split a kids meal. The chicken fingers looked really good and not just frozen ones. Their kids meal also came with an ice cream. Overall, we had a pretty good experience but I personally wouldn't come back because they charge a 3.5% credit card fee. I personally am against businesses doing this at all and puts a bad taste in my mouth. But, if they are going to do this it should be made extremely clear beforehand. I checked their website after leaving and there is absolutely no indication on their website that they do this, nothing saying the menu prices are actually cash prices etc. They only have it on their physical menu and at that point what are you going to do once you are already seated? Too late to take out cash. Feels like a bait and switch and a bad way to treat customers.

Yelp
You know what's interesting? Urie's wasn't my choice for brunch at all, of course it is due to the mediocre food reviews. Me and hub wants to revisit a restaurant we dine at last time in Wildwood but they were only open during dinner time. We were starving so we chose Urie's instead. As we enter, the hostess told us it would take 30 minutes, I was like great because they have a mini arcade room where the entrance is at. We spend our wait time inside the arcade room winning many items, at least my little one had a great time in there lol. Most of our entrees were mediocre, nothing to oohs and aahs about except for one. Can you guess? Well it is their crabs in a garlicky fingerlicious sauce. I had order 6 and wished I had order more! Definitely a MUST try if you like blue crabs.

Yelp
Accessible family seafood restaurant. A good mixture of fried and broiled options that can appeal to most members of your family. The fried seafood combo/fried shrimp is a popular choice, especially with younger kids, as is the shrimp scampi. I also enjoy the clams casino, the crab imperial and fish tacos. If there's someone in your family who isn't into seafood, or is a picky eater (I feel you parents) there are plenty other options as well. The crab cakes are tasty and the crab leg offerings are always fresh, plentiful and prepared properly. In general, shellfish (lobsters/crabs) tend to be the biggest draw here. I've always found Urie's to provide above average value when it comes to crab offerings. As you'd expect, the location off the water can make for a very enjoyable experience - especially around sunset or dusk. Being a popular family spot, Urie's can get a bit loud during the peak tourist seasons. It's never unenjoyable, but might not be the destination of choice if you're looking for a romantic evening for two. However, for larger groups or family dinners, this is one of your best bets, without breaking the bank.

Yelp
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Loved the waterfront views and access. Definitely will be coming back soon. The all you can eat crabs were delicious also.

Yelp
Love the setting, but can't say much else. First arrived at 4 pm (start of dinner) but there was a wait to eat on the deck. Plenty of space/table, but still has to eat inside. Right there you loose the setting. Anyway, food is just not good. Never had prime rib that was tougher than the soles on my shoes. Daughter's steak was just as tough and shrimp chewy. Best thing was the broccoli.

Yelp
First off our waiter was called and he was just a fantastic waiter, couldn't be any better. We both got the clam chowder soup and it was fantastic my wife got scallops that she said were very good, she also is an appetizer got the clams which she said was one of the best she's had. I got the crab cakes, they were mostly filler and the filler didn't even taste good, they were terrible.

Yelp
Steamed clams were crazy good .. I drank the broth, that is how good they were. Meals were very good as well .. broiled flounder and crabcake both were enjoyable.. served by a young man (Billy?) very attentive service and very nice young man.

Yelp
The view can't be beat and the food was great. Would NOT recommend the crab cake. Mostly filler, little crab. Drinks were weak but ok. Everything else was very good. They have early bird specials and don't skimp on portions. Where most places have gone smaller, their entrees come with a salad, rolls and 2 sides. You won't leave hungry. Would definitely recommend for dinner.

Yelp
We didn't eat dinner here we just had a snack and a few drinks to watch the game. I had pick and peel shrimp and the menu says it's a full pound. Honestly I think it was way more than the pound. My wife being the adventurer that she is had the pretzel...... it was soft and fresh with a really good dipping sauce I'm not sure what it was but it was sorta sweet The service here is excellent. Our bartender was about 11 foot tall and the nicest guy you would ever meet. This place is huge with both boat parking and car parking. There's a small arcade for the kids with a prize counter. For a place this big and this wide open at the shore on the water it's hard to believe how clean it was. It was nearly as sterile as a doctors office. We will back for actual dinner next year.

Yelp
Today was my birthday and I was really craving crabs so we made the drive to Wildwood. I'm so glad we tried this place. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly. Our server was Cole. He was so patient, attentive and helpful . We weren't sure which crabs to order so he took the time to explain the size and prices. He went above and beyond with our special requests and even taught us how to crack our jumbo crabs. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was great and the entertainer/guitarist was very talented. The only downside to this restaurant is that they no longer serve bread with your meal. NO BREAD available at all!!!! LUCKILY we saw this in a previous Yelp review and we stopped by a bakery to BYOBread. It really makes no sense (especially to Italians). Overall, we will definitely be returning but I will have to bring my own bread .

Yelp
Unlimited crab legs, unlimited crabs, all you can eat crab legs-that's all my hubby and son kept talking about during our 6 day stay at Cape May and Wildwood Crest recently. They are both die hard fans of crab legs and well Urie's was on their go-to list. We attempted to go twice and there was a two hour wait both times. (There was No way we would wait 2 hrs with a kid.) Lastly on our final night there, we decided to go to Urie's early. We arrived at 4:30pm and we got super lucky! It was also a Monday night which was an extra plus! We got in right away and out server was super sweet informative, quick and attentive. She wAs a doll! I am giving this place a 4 because we really had a peaceful experience and it was my son's favorite part of the trip. My hubby wasn't too thrilled with the thin crabs legs. According to him, they lacked meat but what do you expect for $51 a person for unlimited crab legs? He also wished they offered a price for kids-like an unlimited crab leg price less than the $51-JUST FOR KIDS. I guess not many kids are crab eaters. LOL needless to say, they both opted for the unlimited crab legs. Both my son and husband did enjoy them. The refills kept coming to our table. We didn't even have to ask for a crab refill-our server must have been keeping an eye and wanted to make sure the boys were happy-they totally were! I ordered the crab cakes as appetizers and the early dinner special-the crabcake. Yes. I love crabcakes! My cakes were good but the Mac and cheese I ordered on the side were gross. (I chose them for my son and he didn't even like them!) the tools they offered with my meal were very meh and the veggies seemed frozen. I really wanted to have a lobster roll but they were out-my luck :( Overall, I enjoyed my crabcakes. I would return and try something else next time. The view was nice, the place isn't fancy by any means but if you enjoy crab legs and enjoy sitting on the water then check this place out. If you want a romantic, delicious innovative meal-then you will be disappointed.

Yelp
We had a delicious meal and a view of the harbor! The prime rib is abundant! The salmon is perfection. Very short wait. Our waiter was friendly and prompt with our food. You will love Urie's!!!

Yelp
Wanted tasty seafood and a water view and Urie's was awesome for both. Very attentive service and quick too. We all enjoyed our meals. There was complimentary bread to start. Got the mussels for appetizer which had a nice sauce. Fish tacos had nice big pieces of cod with Cole slaw mixture on top. Very good slaw but was a little sweet for fish tacos so added Added some horseradish and had the spiciness I like. Also ordered clam chowder which was yummy.

Yelp
We had a nice meal here during our 17-person family trip to Wildwood during Covid. The outdoor covered deck was able to accommodate our group at 3 nearby tables of 8, 5 & 4. No reservations! We ended up getting there around 3:45 when they open for dinner seating at 4:00 and I'm glad we did because there were already people waiting! They have a great $16 early bird menu from 4-6pm. I ordered the fresh catch of the day - cajun red snapper and it was delicious. My sides were broccoli which was a bit over-seasoned and somewhat bland mac and cheese, but others at my table enjoyed all you can eat crabs, steak, chicken parm, oysters & clams. Everyone enjoyed their food. One gripe, we were a party of 17 but sat at 3 different tables with multiple different checks. The gratuity was added but I found it a little odd since my check was only for 3 people at a table of 5. I get the adding of the gratuity, no issues there, but the server could have done a better job of pointing it out. I ended up double tipping our waitress $28 on $65 check, not cool.

Yelp
We had an excellent experience at Urie's! We came as a party of 7, which for summer night in Wildwood is a recipe for a long wait for a table. They quoted us over an hour wait, but we were seated in 45 minutes. Our server was very sweet and attentive, despite the fact they were short staffed. Everyone was very happy with their meal. All of the fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. It is also worth noting that this is the only place in the area that offers AYCE snow crab (all other places offer King or Blue Claw). The staff is so great about the AYCE experience. There was a couple that had been eating crab before we got there and continued as we were about to leave. When we asked our waiter how long they had been there, he told us 5 hours! None of the wait staff seemed annoyed, but instead was very accommodating, which is a nice change of pace for AYCE!

Jeannette S.

Yelp
Server was very attentive. Nice space right on the water. We ordered the AYCE blue crabs and snow crabs. The blue crabs were ok. Not seasoned well, no MD style. Gave you a nut cracker instead of a hammer or knife. No paper on table, gave you bowls. My friend really enjoyed the snow crabs. Only place we found with AYCE blue crabs in Wildwood. I would go again but probably get the snow crabs.

Yelp
I Can't waste any more of my life on this place. So quickly. There are no positives. Food and service were horrible. Prices high for what you get. Don't go there. Eat at McDonalds

Theresa M.

Yelp
The prime rib was not good. The meat tasted more like seasoning. It had no flavor at all. Don't eat meat at a crab shake is really the key here.

Yelp
if I could give it zero stars, I would. This place's only good thing is the view. The food is terrible, and I mean terrible. McDonald's beat this place and is very expensive. Literally, my mom ordered the 7oz lobster tail and I got a catch of the day special. My mom got her food within 5 minutes and I got mine in 10 minutes. She complained and got another one, but it was the same thing. No way can that be possible unless pre-cooked. The baked potato was hard, the macaroni and cheese was cold and Mahi(catch of the day). I don't think it was done all the way, as I noticed it was a little pink and stopped eating it. Afterwords, I got very sick and had to be in this place. Stay away! I would recommend anything over this place. I have no idea how anyone can give this place a good review. Did they get something different? Nothing at all was good that we got.

Yelp
Enjoyed a beautiful night outside on the deck! The service was above and beyond! The service world needs more Bridgets!!

Yelp
[963] 7/2019 This large restaurant is located on the waterfront. We visited during lunch and early bird (yes twice) so it was easy to find parking. I didn't see a big lot so not sure how it is to park for dinner. We sat on the deck outside which also had a nice large bar area. We enjoyed the fresh air while watching the boats leave/come into the area. We had the $15 early bird special. It came with a salad but it was blah and really could have skipped it. Hubby had the mini fried seafood combo which he enjoyed. I had the broiled crab cake platter which was amazing. The special came with two sides which I enjoyed (squash and mac and cheese). Lunch New England Clam chowder was good. Had the shrimp cocktail which was also good. Kid had chicken tenders and fries which he enjoyed I had three tacos which were all fried. Wish it was baked (fish, chicken and crabcake). It was taco Tuesday so I HAD to try one of each. Hubby enjoyed the crab legs so he had them each day. Kid was suppose to come with ice cream or a voucher to get one from the arcade. Neither meal was it offered or given. Not sure what the deal was with that but why even advertise it? We enjoyed our meals and would definitely go back.

Yelp
Eating at Urie's begs the question, why isn't everyone serving fried onion petals? It's the perfect amount of surface area for a delightful oniony crunch! Husband and I had a lovely lunch here next to the water. The ambiance makes up for some of the issues with service. (For example, when our food arrived, we didn't have any napkins or utensils and it took a few trips back and forth from our table to get all of the necessary items to eat our meal.) But the food was good. We shared an order of crab cakes. They were creamy and delicious. The remoulade though is the same sort of zesty sauce served with the onion petals. It's basically burger king's zesty sauce.
