I applied for a 3 bedroom townhome after seeing one available on Zillow. Paid the application fee, and waited a week before contacting the complex. Upon calling, there was never an answer. Voicemail is always full. After calling one last time,I finally got a response through text, saying they were "busy" and to call back later. I asked whoever it was I was texting about my application and if they had received it or not. I was told to wait a day and they'd get back to me. The next day came, and zero response from the texter. So I sent one around 5-6pm and immediately got a response back saying they received it. "yeah, we got it." This kind of communication went on for about a week with the "texter." (Supposedly the on site rental manager) Anywho, I asked if the unit I applied for was going to be available anytime soon. "Well, no, there's a TWO YEAR waiting list." That's not what the website said at all. It said there were MULTIPLE vacancies.
It's hard to believe that an income based apartment complex would scam poor people from application fees, but it seems like that's exactly what they're doing here. And what's worse, is that they're posting apartments for rent that aren't even available. I know times are hard for everyone right now, but why scam people who need help the most?
If I could give zero, or negative stars, I would.
Avoid this place at all costs.
