For context - I'm an American traveling Japan and I really wanted a good American burger. That is exactly what I got.
While it's a bit tricky to find the restaurant (they're on the 5th floor of the building) it was worth the walk to get here. When I walked in the owner and staff all greeted me and made me feel right at home. The owner speaks a bit of Japanese but the wait staff that were there that night also spoke fluent Japanese. Made me feel like I stepped through a portal right back to America but then looking out the window you can enjoy the skyline and views of Fukuoka.
As for what to order - I highly recommend getting a single patty (the double is huge) with bacon and cheese. Also, get fries and a coke or your soda of choice. The owner makes the bacon himself and it is crisp, flavorful, and melt in your mouth. Additionally, the fries come with barbeque sauce which is also made in house and makes for the perfect taste to cut through the richness of the rest of the meal. Lastly, if they have a special/limited burger... get it. The owner happened to be working on a chilidog burger that, if you like chili/Mexican flavors, I'd highly recommend if it's in the menu.
Lastly, some reviews claim the owner was rude, bad mannered, etc. - he's American, not Japanese. Therefore he's sarcastic, blunt, and one of the friendliest people you'll meet in Fukuoka if you stop by. If you just want the food though I'd suggest not sitting at the counter and instead in the seated dining area as that way you can just focus on the food if that is what you'd like to do.
Overall, I hope folks swing by if they're in the area as the food is fantastic and the folks are friendly. Also, my price was a bit higher because I ordered a lot of food - if you were to get the burger+Fries+Drink it would likely be about 2500-3000¥
