These people are no help at all, even to US citizens. Make sure your paperwork is all correct and with you, if not they will make you reschedule for the smallest of things. Even if you’re commuting from 3 Hours away. The appointments would be a week away when rescheduling.

It is a very nice place. People were very friendly in general. It was about 1 hour the whole process for H1B visa. The only detail was that officer did not know too much about H1B visas, she wanted to keep my petition. We had a discussion and I was right to keep it. You can bring your phone and there is parking place inside. I got my visa 3 days after in consulate at 2:45 pm.

The process was quick and easy. I renewed my passport after it had expired. They did not ask for everything that was said in the application checklist but take it just in case, the only thing they asked for was the application form ( I did ds 82) 2 passport photos and a copy of the online payment. They have onsite photos and copies as well, you can also pay for the passport fee on site. Cellphones are allowed but need to be powered off, they also have lockers on site just in case. My appointment was at 730 and I was out by 9, line was a 30 min wait but overall good experience. DHL was also onsite you pay a fee and they give you your tracking number.

Our appointment was at 8:15, but we arrived at 7:20 and found a sizable line already formed. To avoid potential delays, we recommend arriving an hour early. The process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful even though we don't speak Spanish. Be sure to leave bags behind to streamline the process and be prepared for about two hours of standing.

super easy to get to...parking is only for people with appointments(non appointments will not be allowed in)...parking is $30 pesos an hour....security guards don't let any backpacks in nor any food or drinks...no aerosol cans either...there is lockers in 2nd floor in the parking lot that you can leave your stuff there...I dint used so don't know the fee...

Great new building and location, I appreciate the parking. I would appreciate if all the information regarding the new process for the passport renewal would be provided online. It turns out there was no need for me to have waited so long for the appointment, I am able to process everything online and via DHL If I hadn’t gone to my appointment I wouldn’t have gotten all the info I need to get this done properly

The staff are friendly and helpful. The interviewer was nice and the entire process took 1 and half hour. If you go little early, you can enter little early before your appointment time too..Cellphone and electronic watches are not allowed..There are locker facilities nearby but it cost 100 peso.
