STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! Very unprofessional and unpleasant! This company was hired to pave sidewalks surrounding a cul-de-sac at the end of my street for a future building project. The issue is that there are currently no houses at that end of the street and there is no water on the location. So, the project manager went house to house asking neighbors if they could hook up to their outdoor water spigot to provide gallons and gallons of water for THEIR 8hr project. I have a huge issue with that, taking water that we the people pay for, these people are being paid to do this job, why should WE have to deal with them either coming to our door or taking our water?! Neighbors turned them down when they asked for water. They took matters into their own hands and walked onto a neighbors property and hooked up to their water. I took pictures of them going to my neighbors house when he was not home and hooking up to their outdoor spigot, WITHOUT PERMISSION! I sent the pictures to my neighbor asking if they gave permission and they DID NOT! During the 8hour project I witnessed several workers smoking pot while on their lunch break then going back to drive the heavy machinery while under the influence. I also saw another worker walk onto another neighbors property inspecting a car that was parked in the driveway. When my neighbor got home, they approached the project manager and asked why they walked onto his private property without permission and used his water. The worker's response was extremely disrespectful and rude. Saying- "you didn't see me do it! No proof- wasn't me" The police were notified and several complaints were made to the company. The police told them to stop what they are doing. 2 complaints to the company but nothing was done. Then a week later, they come back to finish the job. Again, same issue where these workers are going onto private property. I made another complaint to the company and spoke to Kevin, the C.O.O. of the company. He said that it is typical for them to go door to door and ask for water if there is no water on site. I have a huge issue with a company coming unprepared. They could easily arrange to have a water truck on site whether they charge the customer extra or not. If it is not our project, why should it be our issue that they don't have water? The C.O.O. of the company had no issues with his workers going house to house for water. After my phone call to the company, the project manager onsite approached me and asked my why I made a complaint. Being very arrogant and seeing nothing wrong with what they are doing. This company is unprofessional and in no way, shape or form courteous. Stay clear!
