We had a dinner there and it was amazing! I’m looking forward to being back in winter. The place bit all our expectations. The desserts are out of this world too.

A Wonderful Surprise in Ardez I was genuinely surprised by how good this place is. I started with the beef tartar — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Then came the kapuns, an Engadine specialty I don’t usually enjoy, but here they were amazing. The knödel with apricots were the absolute highlight — just delicious. The cook is clearly very talented and also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. And the view — stunning! Sitting on the small terrace overlooking the mountains and the beautiful village of Ardez made the whole meal unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Felt right at home. Small card but food is great. Had the Hirschpfeffer and was very tasty.

Kleine, feine Auswahl an Gerichten die geschmacklich hervorragend sind (Knödel-Trio kann ich sehr empfehlen!). Sehr symphatischer Gastgeber und schönes Ambiente

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit ausgezeichneter Küche und aufmerksamer Bedienung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, und das Essen war hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Das Essen war ein Traum, die besten Leberknödel die ich je gegessen habe. Dazu gemütliche Atmosphäre und netter Gastgeber! Klare Empfehlung!
