Utama Spice

Absolutely loved my experience at Utama Spice. The store feels calm, clean, and genuinely aligned with natural wellness—everything smells incredible and the product quality feels thoughtful and intentional.  Mudani was the highlight of the visit—so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took time to understand what I was looking for, explained the ingredients/benefits clearly, and helped me choose scents and products that actually fit my needs (not just what was trendy). I left happy, confident in my picks, and I’ll 100% be back.

I had the pleasant experience of making my own skincare alongside the amazing nuri! She was so helpful and made the experience so enjoyable and educating! I learnt a lot of about the essential oils, uses, benefits etc. I was very pleased with my results!

I stumbled across Utama Spice while walking up Monkey Forest Street and I’m so glad I did! I made my own body spray and it was such a fun experience. The staff were lovely, it was super easy, and the best part – I get to bring home my own fragrance of Ubud for under $7AUD. Such a gem of a find!

One of the best stores in Bali for natural, and sustainably made products . I bought some bud spray, shampoo, cocoa butter and incense. They make sure to support the local economy and produce locally. Very cool that you can refill your bottles whenever you run out of soap/shampoo or other products

I ordered essential oils via whatsapp and the service was super smooth. The informations were clear and the process was extremely easy. I live in north Bali so I needed a delivery. I checked their catalogue, sent my order and I was super surprised to receive my order the day after, on a bank holiday, right at my door! Amazing service thank you

Cannot recommend these products, at least not the shampoo. I bought the shampoo #6 and it’s worthless. My hair is much greasier than it was before. I've used other fully natural shampoos in the past and never had anywhere close to this result. Looks like they never even tested their products. I will have to throw this in the trash. Complete waste of money

The store smells sooo good! Very welcoming people. They have amazing scents and products! I bought two essential oils to bring back home :)
