I have been a regular customer of this restaurant and have ordered many times through Zomato and Swiggy. However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.
In my previous order, the rotis and naan I received were clearly not fresh—they tasted old and reheated. Because of that bad experience, while placing my next order, I called the restaurant politely and clearly requested only one thing: fresh food. I specifically mentioned that I was not asking for hot food, just fresh items, because reheated food can be easily identified.
The person who answered the call introduced himself as Rohit Aarya. Instead of understanding my concern, he responded arrogantly and said he cannot guarantee fresh or hot food. I again clarified that I only wanted freshly prepared food, not necessarily hot, especially considering online orders during rush hours.
When I requested to speak to the manager, he claimed that the manager was on leave and that he was the only one handling everything. On insisting again, he disconnected the call. When I called back and asked why the call was disconnected, he said there was too much crowd and he was busy.
This made me seriously question whether customers even matter to this place. I may not have visited the restaurant in person, but as a loyal online customer, I expect basic respect and honesty. The behavior of Rohit Aarya was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional, with no sense of how to speak to a customer.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, this was my last order from this restaurant.
