Utsubo Park

What a beautiful resort of greenery within this metropolis! A lovely garden with plants and flowers along the walkway to wander around. The lack of shades and shelter during the cruel summer is the only drawback. The main straight route, mostly for pedestrians and cyclists, is accompanied with a side curvy path for joggers if desired.

Nice park, a lot of roses, places to walk around, small river, lots of shade. Sadly that creates the perfect setting for a lot of mosquitos..

A very tranquil area. Has bathrooms and benches. A good place to read amidst the city.

Beautiful park to relax in in the middle of the city.

It truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city. Around lunchtime, the benches along the tree-lined paths are so popular that it’s often hard to find a free seat, as people on their breaks quickly fill them up. If you head toward the grassy areas near the fountain, though, you can usually find a bit of open space to relax. It’s an excellent spot for a short break during the workday, a place where you can clear your head and recharge. The park itself is also very well maintained, clean, and pleasant, which makes spending time there even more enjoyable.

Great place to do morning walks and exercises.

The park is clean and there are many beautiful roses. Good place for family picnics and bondings.

The central park of Osaka? Maybe, I have never been to NYC so I don't know :p One thing for sure is the Rose garden is beautiful. They made a small waterway in the middle of the garden and everybody can play in it. At the end of that is a fountain and in summer you can find kids playing inside. Parents and other people are having a picnic on the grass. Surrounding the park are different cafes and restaurants. Takamura wine and coffee roasters is just a few minutes away, so you can get a wine and bring to park to enjoy. There are also several tennis courts inside. Dog owners also bring there pets here and let them run around here. It's a great park to have a coffee and book :)

A huge park in the urban business area. I sometimes take a walk and have lunch here on a warm or shiny day. It is an oasis for me. I see some people taking a walk with their dogs or others running along the path. The park has tennis courts. Around the park there are a café, a flower shop, and a restaurant. Many seasonal flowers bloom and trees are planted. It is also famous for cherry-blossom and autum leaves viewing spots. Salaried workers flock there to see beautiful cherry blossoms.
