I went to V elements spa near Gate 45 in terminal 3 and was attended to be Maggie. She was absolutely wonderful. It really helped to have a massage in between my two long haul flights. One thing for management to note was that since I came close to midnight, Maggie was working all alone. And so when she was working on me, another customer who was sent from terminal 1 showed up demanding that since Maggie’s colleagues in terminal 1 had sent her here, she insisted that she should be served. It’d be great if there was better communication to customers in place to inform them that therapists might be busy and thus, they might be expected to wait till the therapist is free. This will protect the therapists from unnecessary penalties that are incurred from disgruntled customers who are annoyed about the long commutes between terminals.
