As soon as I arrived at the V Hotel Dubai, met and escorted by the management. Being a Hilton Diamond all the perks delivered. Special thanks to the management and housekeeping team led by Mr Faisal, Ms Hirmani and another girl sorry forgot her name floor manager, Nabeel, Ali and Shelly. Also, big shout out to waiter Mr Nasir whom also looked after me well.||All the staff welcomed me warmly, was greeted, polite, friendly and the hospitality was awesome.||Executive lounge staff was also nice and always greeted me. The views wonderful and I also tried the breakfast extra items on the menu delicious.||I stayed in Valor suite had breathtaking views, was incredibly spacious and luxurious, easily one of the best suites I've ever stayed in.||I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr Nagy Nagaty, leading from the front ensuring a vibrant atmosphere and perfect stay. Likewise, Mr Prabhat, Mr Faisal and Ms Oumaima ensured had the most cherished memorable stay.||In all honesty, I couldn't fault a single aspect of my stay. The staff, management, the service, the amenities, the food - in all aspects was impeccable. I can't wait to be returning and would love to return with my family.||I can't thank all the staff enough. Me and my wife arrived at the hotel, after booking for two nights for a Dubai staycation. When we checked in, Mr. Gerard warmly greeted us and after he found out that it's the first time to visit V hotel, he offered us a room upgrade. And boy, was it an upgrade... we got one of the premium rooms towards the pool side. The room was huge, and really cool and futuristic looking. At night it was very quiet and we did have an excellent sleep.Breakfast was great, a lot of variety for the food. Kudos to the chef who custom made my omlette order, it turned our exactly how I wanted it.We went to the pool complex nearby, and with so many available pools there was no shortage of space. I enjoyed the pool bar as well.Overall the staff was attentive and very friendly, and never had any problem.
