I had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Dubai for two nights, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a great vibe, spacious and stylish rooms, and a very comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. What truly made the stay special was the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mansi and Uvini for their exceptional hospitality. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made me feel welcomed and well looked after. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. During my stay at V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton, I had an outstanding experience at the bar on the 7th floor, thanks to Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee is an exceptional bartender - professional, attentive, and truly passionate about his craft. His cocktail recommendations were spot on, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Beyond his technical skills, what really stood out was his warm attitude and genuine hospitality, which made the entire evening feel relaxed and special. The service was consistent, personalized, and delivered with a smile. Mr. Lee clearly elevates the bar experience and represents the hotel at the highest level. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay more comfortable. Big thanks to Rossane, Kyawt for being kind and helpful during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was nice to sleep on. Housekeeping did a good job, and everything I needed was there and working fine. The bathroom was also clean with good hot water. The hotel has a chill, comfortable vibe, and the common areas were kept clean. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, food places, and main roads. Overall, it was a really nice stay. Average at best. Don't expect a 5-star experience. My stay at V Hotel was strictly average. Vibe: Lacks any 'wow' factor. It feels like a generic, budget 4-star hotel. Breakfast: disappointing. Limited choices, poor presentation, and the food quality was average. Service: The staff made no attempt to elevate the guest experience. Amenities: A small but annoying detail—they don’t have to-go cups at the buffet. If you need a coffee on the run, you are on your own. I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for luxury or high-quality service.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. During my previous stay, I was given a room that had many issues and damages. At that time, I was assured by your staff that on my next visit everything would be fine and handled properly. Unfortunately, during my recent stay, I faced another serious issue. The behavior of the customer service staff inside the hotel was extremely unprofessional. The staff member I spoke with was shouting during the phone call and sounded very angry, which is completely unacceptable and not appropriate for a hotel of your reputation. I expected better service and a more respectful attitude, especially after the assurance given to me during my last visit. This experience has caused me great discomfort and dissatisfaction.

I spent a week at the hotel in the month of November (don't worry it was 32-35 degrees) and, to be honest, it turned out to be a really lovely experience. The rooms themselves are perfectly fine; you can tell parts of it were put together a little hastily (my bathtub couldn't drain the water), but everything is spotless and comfortable, which matters more than obsessing over tiny imperfections. What really stands out is how convenient everything is. The wellness area, the different pools, the restaurants… it all feels close at hand. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar became my unofficial post-work ritual, the kind of place where you can exhale and pretend you’re on holiday even if you’re not. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the location. You’re wonderfully close to La Perle, which is great if you’re into Cirque du Soleil (seriously, just book the ticket and go), but beyond that, you’ll definitely need a car. Let’s just say this isn’t a neighbourhood you casually stroll out of to “see what’s around.”

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. There was a slight delay in preparing our room, and without us even asking, Nagy upgraded us to a beautiful suite.
