I was there with 4 of my friends and from the first second on we weren't feeling welcomed at all. A blonde lady from the service looked us up and down with a very grumpy stare and didn't even welcome us. At the table we then had a different woman serving us who in relation was very nice. I was at vrr a couple of years ago and it was great. There was funky music playing, good vibes, good food and also good portions. This time it wasn't anything like it anymore. Quiet background music, wannabe elite guests, who can not stop staring at people who have more fun than them and the smallest main courses I've experienced so far. We then had to wait in between a bit which I don't find too bad. I had a white sausage on mashed potatoes which tasted very well, just like my starter. The problem is that it took me 10 seconds to finish my 30€ dish because there were only two bites on the plate. I feel like if you want to start having star kitchen sizes on your plate, the whole foundation of the restaurant has to be on that level first. When one of my friends then wanted to ask the blonde lady I've mentioned if we could pay, she straight ignored him first and when he asked again she made a waving gesture right in his face without looking at him, seemingly to tell him don't bother me, don't talk to me and to basically tell him to piss of without words. The most disrespectful thing I've seen in a restaurant. In the end the 50€ you have to pay for the reservation quietly were kept in. When we then mentioned it the other woman from service offset it with the rest of the bill and kept an extra 16€. Until this day I haven't seen my money.
To sum it up there wasn't good service, a toxic atmosphere and the food that actually tasted very well was almost presented arrogant. A disaster in all ways which even made me apologize to my friends for taking them there. Very shameful!
