Vacation Inn

We were 3 couples with 3 children, stayed here for 3 nights during last week of Dec. Positives: Great location, 2 mins from Golden Temple & quite close to Jalianwala Bagh & shopping street. Breakfast was quite tasty. Decent service. Negatives: Room quality was poor with water leakages in multiple rooms as well as problem with hot water availability in one of the rooms. Ola/Uber will charge you extra for pick up & drop due to location

This hotel is at excellent location, just 5 mins walk to darbar shaib , rooms were cleaned, linen, towels and bathroom all were super cleaned. Room service is very quick . Im not giving 5 stars because there is no ventilation in rooms and because of this sometimes room stinked. I hope, next time they have proper ventilation system.

I am absolutely shocked by the condition of this hotel room. The pillows were extremely dirty, and when I removed the pillowcase, the pillow inside was stained and covered with dark spots. This is completely unacceptable and clearly unhygienic. The bed sheets and pillows smelled terrible, as if they had not been washed properly. The entire room and bathroom had a strange, disgusting odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay there. There was no possibility to ventilate the room. There was no proper ventilation in the bedroom, the bathroom, or even in the hallway. The air felt stale and unpleasant the entire time. The cleanliness standards in this hotel are far below acceptable levels. I would strongly advise others not to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay here for a day. The room was spacious enough for two people and was kept very clean and tidy. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Golden Temple, making it very convenient. The property also provides elevator access. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The room was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures, which felt misleading. The service was very poor—the staff was hesitant even when we asked for basic things like extra towels, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all. The only positive aspect is the location, as it is close to the Golden Temple. I would not recommend this hotel unless location is your only priority.

Budget hotel to stay.Basic amenities like toothpaste, shampoo etc missing and can be bought from medical just opposite to hotel. Many small hotels in same lane. Service was good and fast. Since it's a narrow lane many cabs do not come inside but main road is 2 min 2 walk.

Jst 5mins walk from Golden Temple, Jallianwala Baugh and the main market. Expect some irritating noises from neighbouring rooms in case they accommodate a family or people playing loud music. Overall seemed satisfactory given the price.
