I’ve always browsed Vacation To Go’s deals more as daydreaming rather than actually booking my vacations through them, until a couple of friends booked and called us to go on a cruise with them. Under no time, I picked up the phone and called them, Adriene Jones was the counselor who helped me and she was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Overall experience with VTG was hands down a 10/10. The only however I have to say, is that during the cruise and after, I compared their prices with some cruise ship companies and the brochure price stated on VTG’s is nowhere near what’s shown if booked through the ship company itself. I don’t know if that’s a marketing strategy or something else, but at the end of the day, VTG had better prices anyway. All being said, 4/5 stars.
Edit: after VTG’s answer regarding original pricing, and trusting their word, it’s only fair that I give them a 5/5 stars.
