Vail Village is hands down one of the most beautiful places in Colorado and easily one of the most stunning Austrian-style villages in the entire USA. The architecture, scenery, and overall charm create an incredible atmosphere that feels straight out of Europe. The vibe is lively yet relaxed, and simply walking around the village is an experience in itself. It is definitely a very expensive destination—hotels are super pricey, and so are the bars, restaurants, and ski resort—but the beauty and experience truly set it apart. Everything is well-maintained, vibrant, and full of character. A big plus is that you can easily walk to the nearby Lionshead Village, which adds even more to explore. Overall, Vail Village is an absolute must-visit. Even if you’re just strolling through, the views, atmosphere, and unique charm make it unforgettable.

I visited Vail Village in December and honestly loved it. The vibe was great, especially during the holidays. The ice skating rink was fun and added to the whole winter feel. The town itself is beautiful, super charming, festive, and just nice to walk around. Definitely a great spot to visit in winter.

Absolutely breathe taking spot. Also happens to be a beautiful skin resort/ shopping area. Tookcmy wife here for her birthday and we almost did not want to leave. The scenery is magical and very Christmasy , we absolutely love this place and will come back every chance we get

The most chic mountain town I’ve ever been to! The vibe is incredible and the scenery is unbeatable. Make sure to visit during New Year’s Eve or Easter — the energy is amazing and the people-watching is top-notch.

Village itself is nice. Good vibe and nice to walk around with a lot of shops. Problems? 1. Parking fee is at its extreme! Parked about 3-4 hours and paid $62!!! I never paid such a high parking fee ever in my life! 2. Restaurants are not that many compared to other shops. Other than that, it's OK. I would rather go somewhere else if I had a choice.

Hmmmm. This maybe an unpopular opinion but did not like Vail this time around. Liked back in in November 2019 but not this time. It was shoulder to shoulder, over crowded. 100% full of tourists from other places in the world. Nothing against that. Just felt like a crowded day at Disney world. Won’t be visiting there again. Snowmass was a much better experience this time around.

So fun and cool. Vail village makes you feel like you are in another country. 🇩🇪🇨🇭🇦🇹I have visited every tourist town in CO and this one is one of my top 3 favorites. I love that everything is in one place within walking distance. It feels very clean and safe everywhere you go and I love the river that flows through town.
