Vaima makes the best cocktails on the island - the Pina Colada is heaven sitting out on the tables watching the sunset is what the CI is all about. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Beware - it’s windy so come prepared.

Wonderful spot! We had such a lovely dinner here - get a table outside and you’re right on the most beautiful beach. Good cocktails and I had a delicious and huge creamy seafood pasta. Lovely staff too.

We visited in June 2025. A short 400m walk from our accommodation was the dinner choice. We rocked up with out a booking and we're lucky to be seated as the restaurant was almost full, especially outside on the sand. We had the grilled fish, seafood curry and beef Wellington. The fish was plated on beans and carrots. Fresh from the ocean to plate. Full of flavour with a fresh chutney drizzled over the fish. The curry was absolutely full to the brim with seafood. Squid, prawns, oysters, scallops and mussel. The curry sauce was mild but flavoursome. My son ate the beef Wellington and said the beef was cooked to medium and was full of flavour. All meals were large and reflected the price of the meal.

Good choice for dinner tonight. All the food was good and everyone enjoyed the food because Dad paid!

Amazing dinner! All the food was outstanding (best seafood curry I've ever had) and the staff were so lovely. We sat right on the sand on the beach with the most stunning views & atmosphere. 5 stars for everything!

What an awesome place - fantastic outside view especially around sunset. Staff are lovely, menu is to be expected with some good options, and the infamous seafood curry is amazing! Great view, great atmosphere, great food.

Vaima Restaurant and Bar is a true island gem! We enjoyed amazing prawn appetizers right on the beach with stunning sunset views and the sound of the waves. The food was fresh and flavorful especially the seafood and the cocktails were perfect. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. A perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a relaxing evening by the ocean. And the owner was very accomadating helping us to find a rare 3dollar Cook island note. 🌅🍹🍴

The food was very delicious. Beef Wellington and seafood curry and pork belly . Awesome customer service from Fijian people. The view is amazing of the calm sea. Will be back again for more. Cocktail was delicious and strong. Awesome place.
