The people the attention and the service is premium -not just top notch. If you are blessed with booking a stay here; book the ground floor (2 level suite). Absolute perfection.

We had a very nice experience at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Gokay even walked with us and helped us order street food. The manager assisted with a difficult transfer when we were leaving. He arranged to get us to the other side of the city during multiple street closures. I’ve never been more impressed with any hotel staff. They deserve recognition. Our stay was magnificent.

Amazing!! Staff: Gokay,Ilgaz, Bilal and all the rest are world class!!! Being on the water is magic, the breakfast is as good as the view. Steam bath in the room is a huge highlight after a long day on your feet sightseeing. Bravo 👏

The location of this hotel is truly unique, just on the Bosphorus, at one of the calmest part of the strait. So, having breakfast here sounded like a great idea and my friend and I, we chose this place to meet. There is valet service available, so parking is not problematic but you are obliged to opt for this service as otherwise, there are no parking lots nearby. ||As for the breakfast, the breakfast menu is pretty rich and from traditional Turkish to international cuisine, you can find pretty much all you might think of at breakfast. But the service is very slow. Despite the fact we were one of the only 2 tables at the restaurant, we had to wait a lot for our orders. I don't know if it's the kitchen or the service, but there is obviously a flaw at that process. I can not imagine the service level at a day when the place is crowded. ||As for the ambiance, yet the location and the views are superb but the rest is pretty ordinary, it's not a place with character unfortunately. But nevertheless, it can be considered for breakfast and lunch on days you know it's not going to be crowded.

We had dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing but the service was disappointing. The team is not experienced, they dropped an entire tray twice in one evening. Looking at the prices I expect high quality with no room for excuse.

What a wonderful hotel. The decoration is spectacular and the staff very warm and friendly. |I stayed in the Pallas room and the view to the Bosporus at night is almost unreal. I only had the chance to try the breakfast restaurant and breakfast was superb. All dishes nicely presented and all served at the table.

The dinner served with the backdrop of the Bosphorus view was particularly extraordinary. This hotel impressed us with its impeccable service and unforgettable atmosphere. We highly recommend it and are already planning to visit again soon.
