Nice little holiday village good for wonter activities. Great skiing options. If you are not a pro, you can do snow tubing. Great to checkout ICE HOTEL while you are here. Super busy during holidays and weekends. Parking available in overflow lots for those days!

My family enjoyed a three night stay over the weekend of October 3 - 6, 2025 and we were not disappointed. We stayed in a family suite that was spacious, clean and well adorned. The room was top notch. Our “Tropical” package included passes to the water park on two days. We had full use of Bora Parc without lines or waits. We all had a great time. The hotel staff were excellent and indulged my efforts to speak en francais. The staff were bilingual and happy to switch to English when required. La receptionist, Louise, est tres gentile est professionelle.Merci! The hotel restaurant The Captain, has a nice selection of food and the poutine (very large portion) was excellent. This is a great resort to visit, with excellent amenities, close to Quebec City and a very professional staff. Merci beaucoup. On reviendra bientôt!

Our stay at Village Vacances Valcartier was nothing short of amazing — the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and top-notch hospitality. The resort has everything you could possibly want for a memorable getaway: a luxurious hotel, a world-class indoor waterpark, an incredible spa, and a variety of dining options all within the same property. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities you’d expect from a premium resort. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The indoor Bora Park was the highlight for us — tropical vibes in the heart of Quebec! The slides, lazy river, and wave pool were so much fun, and everything was well maintained and safe. Dining at the on-site restaurants was another treat — great food variety, generous portions, and a cozy ambiance that made every meal enjoyable. Plus, having access to the spa and all the inclusives really made it feel like a complete luxury experience.

Reminds me of 'The Venitian' in Las Vegas. When you enter the Vacation Village area, the covered dome area. Lounge, Shopping, Spa, Bar, you got it all under one roof! Then you have the magical Winter Park, Ice Hotel there for some winter activities and skiing

This is a 100% must-visit place with kids if you’re in Quebec during the winter! We came from New York, where there’s plenty of tubing, but nothing like this—24 lanes is impressive! The lifts are super cool and very fast. I recommend coming between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.; there were absolutely no lines. After 2 p.m., it started getting busy. The views are amazing, everything is very well organized, and it feels extremely safe. My 4-year-old even did the black slopes with me with no problem. Huge fun for both kids and adults!

After visiting the ice hotel we decided to check out the tubing. Being a ski family who has visited several tubing areas, this one ranks as one of our favorites. The lifts up are easy, if not funny, to use. You just plop yourself down on a moving tube and it hauls you up. The entertainment comes when someone miss judges the speed and distance of the tube It is a two part lift to get to the very top. The top has a few dozen runs varying from single tubes, rafts, and giant multi person tubes that spin. Just choose which ones you want to try and go nuts! There is a small lodge with food and drink on the top to warm up and refuel. After a couple hours we were worn out and ready to call it a night.

Waterpark was awesome. We enjoyed this park thoroughly when visited Quebec. Park had many water rides which were enjoyed by kids. It had warm water too so didn’t feel cold. If we are visiting as tourists I suggest you to go early(around 09:45) so that once park opens then you can get one of the shades. Also have some food snacks with you. Overall you will definitely enjoy the park.

Pretty dang cool facility! We chose to do the indoor park (Bora Park) on a Sunday at the end of July. We got there right at open and stayed for about 3.5 hours. That was enough to tire out both of my kids who were 13 and 10. No lines for any of the slides! We got a cabana but honestly it is not worth the price. If it were busier, yeah maybe it would have been nice to hide out there for a bit, but really they are not worth it. There was one teenager in the kitchen and one working the till at the restaurant so it took a while to get food, but all things considered it wasn’t too bad. We don’t have anything like this where we’re from and the kids had a blast! It was an extremely expensive day factoring in the cab rides to and from Quebec City too.
