Google
I really enjoyed the pizza and iced coffee we ordered. After walking for several hours, it felt great to eat something like that. The place is quite nice, but the outdoor tables aren’t cleaned very often.

Google
Visited 04/11/25, woman working there is outstanding, she so enjoys her job and serving people. She's so patient and helpful, does well with children and even invited us back for coffee in the mornings! The fellow doing the cooking came out and helping tables and was very gracious and friendly as well. It's so good to have this alternate eating place available!

Dennis Rew

Google
Service was good but expensive pizza for frozen crust pies ($20-30). When you're hungry even cheap pizza can taste ok. Just know that it's not high quality food but you'll be filled after a long day of hiking

Lea Rose Bell

Google
When you're craving pizza, it hits the spot well enough. Otherwise, a tad doughy, not much sauce and very few pepperoni but lots of cheese. The chia tea with Oat Milk was yum and toasty after a long cold day hiking though! And got to read more about some local hikes while we ate. (I always love reading and eating!) Cute indoor and outdoor seating available, but I'd imagine it's really crowded in peak season.

Google
Awful Pizza! Worse than Domino's and they charged $28 for a large meat lovers. National Park Service taking advantage of their captured audience.

Google
After a good hike, the pizza was just what we were looking for. The staff was amazing as well as the pizza.

Google
My girlfriend and I went in this morning to get some coffee. She decided to also order a “breakfast sandwich”. Their menu shows Starbucks drinks, so we assumed the breakfast sandwiches would be similar to the Starbucks sandwiches. We got our coffee and waited a good 10 minutes for the sandwich. The workers were too “busy” talking and never gave us the sandwich. My girlfriend went up and asked about it, the worker didn’t say a word, walked to the microwave, and pulled out a JIMMY DEAN breakfast sandwich. What an absolute joke. Thank you for the microwaved sandwich 10 minutes later after having to ask you for it. Glad we gave you an extra $2 tip for doing literally nothing.

Google
This is a small place within the lodge at Bryce. If you want Starbucks - this is the place to go. There are a few tables and we ordered a pizza. The pizza is ok but the drinks were delicious. Perfect on a cold, snowy day.

Yelp
There were definitely limited food options once in and around Bryce National Park. After a morning hike, we were hungry and wanted something to eat and the options were really just Valhalla Pizza or the Bryce Canyon Lodge. Though the reviews were not great, we were hungry and we thought for the pizza could be a safe option. Upon entering the pizza shop we're immediately in a line to order. The service was ok and aligned to the review ratings. The indoor dining area was pretty cozy, but we were able to find a couple of tables for our large party. There was also outdoor seating area, but at the time, it was drizzling so outdoors was not an option. We ordered a few pizzas and a salad. The salad greens were crispy, but the dressing was a little thick and a bit too sweet. Regarding the pizzas though, the toppings were fine and were par for a middle of the road pizza shop. But the crust unfortunately reminded me a bit of the crust from a frozen pizza. At the end, many others in our party said that they enjoyed the pizza for what it was.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast and got an oatmilk latte and cranberry orange muffin. A little pricey because it's in the park but realllllly good!! Perfect this morning. They'll want up the pastries for you too. They have many alternative milks and decaf if you need it. The ladies working this morning was SO nice!! And they were super fast too.

Mikayla M.

Yelp
My mom and I loved this place for both pizza and coffee! We got pizza for dinner. I'm lactose intolerant so I was very happy to see they have vegan cheese! The vegan cheese pizza was delicious! We went back in the morning for coffee. Our coffee was delicious and the best coffee of our whole grand circle road trip despite multiple Starbucks visits on our drive.

Yelp
Delicious fresh pizza! Quick service! Highly recommended! We stopped at Valhalla Pizza for lunch in August 2024 after a hike in Bryce Canyon. We got Chicken Pesto pizza with a couple of cheese slices for the kid. The pizza was fresh and tasted great! It was gone in no time. We highly recommend Valhalla Pizza if you are looking for a quick bite neat Bryce Canyon!

Trina S.

Yelp
I hate to even post this in the thought that it's gonna become overrun with people, but this is a terrific pizza place with good solid pizza and gluten free and vegan options. you can sit inside or outside and the shade is great. Homemade bakery and coffee in the mornings.
google avatar

Marlene Y.

Yelp
Pizza was hot and fresh! Good cheese and sauce. We also ordered a Caesar salad that was ok. They offer scones and Starbucks for breakfast starting at 7:00 am. As the only pizza in the park (Bryce Canyon), you can't go wrong. Friendly staff! Seats inside and picnic benches outside too. If you order in advance, you can order take out and eat it in your cabin too.

Yelp
National parks are not known for their food. However, the pizza here is very decent. The crust has taste. I was really surprised by the pizza because it came out looking like it was from a cafeteria. It tasted much better than it looked. The coffee was also very drinkable. The food equality was about as good as it gets for a National Park even an amusement park. It is better than Disney park food options. I may even order the pizza if it wasn't one of few limited options at Bryce. It was pricey, but everything is these days.
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
Very disappointing after a long hike. I was HUNGRY but honestly I would rather eat a pizza from an easy bake oven. SUPER expensive small pizzas that aren't very flavorful. sigh.

Peter H.

Yelp
I can only give this two stars because of the crust, which was obviously pre-baked frozen - it was more like a cookie than pizza. The toppings were fair - not great, but acceptable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Christina P.

Yelp
This was probably the worst pizza I can remember having. Premade/store bought dry crust, barely any cheese or toppings. Expensive for what you got. I wouldn't recommend them. However, it appeared that one of the other dinners had a pepperoni pizza that looked fairly good.

Jim D.

Yelp
The pizza was amazing. We got the sunset Point Supreme. The Hot Chocolate was very tasty. The inside is cute and quaint. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and accommodating.
google avatar

Lauren Z.

Yelp
Yum! Loves their assortment of flavored iced teas and the pizza really hit the spot. We picked this over the lounge for a mid-day lunch, and it was the right choice for us. Would come again!

Yelp
This is one of 2 places to eat in the park, and I am assuming both are owned by the same company. We ordered the 16 inch cheese pizza and the 12 inch pepperoni pizza. The pizzas took about 20 minutes and with 3 small drinks (only size they offer), the total was near 50 dollars. I honestly don't know what I was expecting out of this but the pizza was just ok. It definitely tastes better than it looks, but definitely not worth the price. There was a lot of sauce and it was a bit messy to eat. The shop is relatively small and there are probably about 10 tables inside and another 4-5 large picnic tables outside. I overheard another customer being told it would be 45 minutes for a pizza, which is just not worth the wait. Unless you really want pizza, I would recommend going inside the lodge to the sit down restaurant, where prices are comparable and the service and food quality is better. Service was just fine at the pizza restaurant, nothing special but also nothing bad. Overall, not a terrible option in a pinch but I would recommend bringing your own food or eating at the lodge.

Yelp
Surprisingly decent pizza shop locared in the middle of Bryce Canyon National Park. Do not go in looking for a gourmet pizza, you will not find it here. Instead, it's good for a quick bite after a day of hiking or walking around seeing the sites. The pizza was better than anything else that was available in town, besides allowing us to grab lunch in the park itself.

Sam W.

Yelp
I wanted to offer a more current review. We visited towards end of October. No more pizza but coffee and pastries still open. It's basically a very limited shop with Starbucks coffee and a few pastries, which were fresh and delicious. Service was quick and efficient. Although small, it is a great option inside the park for a coffee and muffin.

Yelp
Unfortunately, this location is closed on account of Covid. Seems it has been closed for over 11 months now. We literally drove all over until we spotted the closed signs...
google avatar

Rachel E.

Yelp
We stopped here while doing a day trip to Bryce. I wanted a beer, husband wanted a coffee, and we both wanted hot food - so it works out. First, you're in the park, so don't expect anything to be cheap. With that said, the prices were fairly reasonable. A small 10" cheese was $11. A cappuccino was $5. My husband's IPA was $6. You can easily get out of here for $30 for 2. There's even outdoor seating so you can enjoy the nice weather. Husband said the beer selection was just "okay". Is it the most amazing pizza? Naaa. It's decent. It would be 3 stars if it wasn't for the location and convenience. But for inside the park, especially just a quick nosh, it's not bad.

Yelp
Surprisingly pretty good! Stopped here before our hiking adventures into Bryce. We came with 20+ people, the restaurant itself is pretty small. Our party took up the whole dining area. It was pretty clean, the server who took our order was very nice. For a little less than $50 we got a large pizza, large caesar salad, and three fountain drinks (free refills). Slightly expensive but expected since it's in a national park. The pizza had thin crust, good amount of sauce and cheese and they didn't skimp out on the toppings (A+ plus). Overall pizza was good, the rest of the party thought so as well.
google avatar

Waverly R.

Yelp
Valhalla Pizzeria is right in the park, making it a good lunch choice in between hikes! My friend and I arrived right when they opened. Even before they opened, there were multiple parties waiting to order. You can order at the counter, and the pizza is brought to your table. The pizza itself is solid. Not the best, not the worst. You can also buy snacks like muffins and granola bars if you're just looking for a quick snack to bring on your hike! There is indoor and outdoor seating and they even serve alcohol if you make sure to buy food first.
google avatar

Olystacy B.

Yelp
There are very limited choices for breakfast in the actual park (Bryce). We were hiking and needed coffee first, so we stopped here. The coffee was barely a step above Folgers instant coffee. They had a very small and blah menu so we ordered a bagel. The bagels were seriously pulled out of a franz bag. They were wet with moisture and so bland we threw them away. To add insult to injury the girl working did not say two words to us. She was slow and unfriendly. It was over 8.00 for two nasty bagels and a small drip coffee. NP can do much better than this. Come on. Meh.
google avatar

Toni T.

Yelp
This was a good place to sit down, get some tea and pizza. The kids loved it (they rates it a 5 star). We had a sausage pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. We also had a caesars salad. The salad was really good, which is why there's a picture of it mostly gone :) It's next to the Bryce Canyon lodge in a small place that has great outdoor seating. I recommend it. Price was what we're used to at a pizzeria
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
The blueberry scones were quite tasty. Just sweet enough, and the texture was really nice and moist on the inside but firm on the outside. No frosting here, just a hearty sprinkling of sugar on the outside. Coffee was fine, according to the coffee drinkers in my group. Apparently if you spend $10 here you get a free mug. The mug choices weren't the most attractive, but hey it's free! There is indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is uncovered but there are trees nearby to provide some shade to some of the tables.
google avatar

Lisette L.

Yelp
They were closed down due to COVID no idea If they will reopen someday or not. We drove around the park searching and couldn't find it. The next day we went to visitor center and one of the Rangers told us that it was no longer there.
google avatar

Anrana S.

Yelp
Best Pizza!!! Thin crust. Crispy crust. We just got a large cheese. Tasted great. Also got a pepperoni and sausage calzone. Crispy crust. Great flavor. You order at the counter, then grab a table, and then they bring the food to your table. They didn't mind that we just wanted water. Us sea level denizens need to stay hydrated at elevation.! The general manager was a bit talkative. Really- that was my only complaint!
google avatar

Lindsey K.

Yelp
Exactly what we needed to kill time before the sunset! It's a small place near the lodge with minimal seating, but we were able to snag a table, but if not carry out is easy. The pricing wasn't bad for pizza, especially that it's in the camp ground, and to me the pizza was great! No options on the crust, but the crust is more on the thin, but doughy side. The garden salad looks great too, even if you get a small they load it up. And they didn't take too long either. They also provide beer and wine, $4/ $5 for a beer and $6 for wine. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Matthew O.

Yelp
This pizza is about what one should expect from a forever resorts property, mediocre food and worse service. The place seems like they have no intention of ever seeing a customer return.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
This pizza place is a casual and quick-ish option when you're hungry after a day at Bryce Canyon. It's located in the park itself near the lodge. There is a decent amount of seating, but we opted to take our food to go and eat it back at our hotel. The guys who work here are super friendly and were a great time- they chatted with us and joked around while our food was being made and they even offered us a larger size pizza for the price of a regular sized, since they already had a pie made up. We asked for mushrooms and pepperoni and we also got a garden salad with chicken. We also asked if we could take a few of their local beers to go and they obliged. The prices are a little overpriced but for a place located inside the national park, I guess this is to be expected. The food itself was alright, nothing great. The pizza was not the worst I've ever had but certainly nowhere near the best. It could have used more cheese and the crust wasn't my favorite. The salad was decent, but they forgot the chicken so that was annoying. We didn't realize until we had gotten back to our hotel. All in all, it was fine for the location and convenience, but not a super memorable meal.
google avatar

Sarah T.

Yelp
Really decent pizza! I was really hungry after hiking in Bryce Canyon, and this was the best rated pizza place nearby. The pizza was yummy, and I was thrilled with the garden salad, because it was full of yummy veggies and not just lettuce. We also ordered a cappuccino, and it was delicious- coffee house quality. If I'm in the area I'd definitely eat here again!

David N.

Yelp
I ate here twice because they do have the best pizza in the area. They could easily improve the taste and quality with a few ingredients such as olive oil and better cheese.
google avatar

Sabrina R.

Yelp
After an afternoon of horseback riding , the kids and I were looking for a quick bite to eat . We looked at the other nearby offerings and decided on Valhalla. Valhalla is within Bryce Canyon National Park, next to the Bryce Canyon Lodge. Though it's a small place, with limited offerings: pizza, salad, coffee drinks the pizza was really good, the coffee was good and it was all served with little delay . It's also open until 10pm. Don't bother with the other places near the park.
google avatar

Tracy R.

Yelp
I order a 10" pizza overpriced for the quality and sat for 35 minutes as everyone that was iana line behind me got there food. I regret coming here but at least it was close in the park. The girls at the counter were doing their best seemed the kitchen was flustered.
google avatar

Mrs. G.

Yelp
They have gluten free pizza, enough said! But really the pizza was super tasty, just could have been cooked for a few minutes longer to make the crust more crispy. A 10" pizza and small dinner salad was big enough for us to share and be full when we left. They are 'park' prices but really not too bad!
google avatar

Dhara J.

Yelp
Came to this place twice today, and I am leaving a very happy camper. We started off the morning with a cup of black coffee and a hot mocha after watching the sunrise ('twas cold outside!). This place is the only thing open at 6:30 am. The mocha was great in flavor but wasn't as hot as we anticipated. We came back in the afternoon after doing our fairyland hike and had an amazing calzone (see picture). The crust was crispy but not burnt and the size was huge! My boyfriend and I split one. The prices seemed reasonable for being located inside the park. They also get bonus points for having free wifi. This came in real handy since service is spotty in the area. This seems like a pretty good place to stop for a quick bite.
google avatar

Thomas H.

Yelp
Not sure why the reviews are low here. My pie was outstanding, as was the customer service. One 10" pie with 2-toppings and 2-drinks ran us roughly $19. For a tourist location, I thought that was more than reasonable. Especially since the pie was absofreakinlutely deliscious!!!
google avatar

Jarrett B.

Yelp
Wow. I'm not usually moved to write the critical review, especially about one of our national parks and the services they offer. Bryce Canyon is one of my favorite places in the world, and the restaurant at the lodge is fine. However, the "pizzeria" and coffee shop are so outrageously priced as to require a review! Hopefully I can save someone else from this insult. I ordered a double espresso and some yogurt. I expected that it might be a little bit more expensive - perhaps at the Starbucks price point or a bit higher, but for just these two items it was almost $15. Double espresso $6.85!!!! And the ambience is nothing short of a double wide with peeling formica countertops to boot. Stay away!!!!

Robert J.

Yelp
The pizza here was awesome. The crust was thin , not soggy at all. My wife had a gluten free Hawaiian and I had the pep and sausage. It was delicious. We had to wait about 15 min for the food but we enjoyed ourselves out on the sunny deck. Excellent place to go!
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
Valhalla Pizza is a great place. We've been coming to Bryce Canyon National Park for 15 years and were so happy to see this welcome addition to the park's limited dining options. It's a cozy, comfortable place with a truly friendly staff and an excellent menu. Valhalla Pizza also offers free WIFI. The establishment's prices are very reasonable considering Bryce Canyon's remote location. The nearest sources of menu ingredients are Las Vegas/St. George and Salt Lake City! On our most recent visit Nicole & Scott provided awesome wonderful customer service. We LOVE this place and look forward to our next visit.
google avatar

Jackie B.

Yelp
Pizza was actually pretty good. They do skimp on toppings though. We ordered a 10" with Pep and sausage. $10 for the cheese pizza. $14.75 with 2 toppings. I'd order just a plain cheese pizza next time. The pizza is solid. Good crust, cheese and sauce. The Ceasar salad ($4.50) was good as well. Only removing a star due to the skimpy toppings.
google avatar

Susan S.

Yelp
Best crust I had in months.....I vote this pizzeria for having the most anemic looking pizza in the world. I ordered, Canadian bacon(ham) pineapple, jalapeños. No Bueno, but I was kept hostage at this glorious national park called Bryce Canyon.(a great place to be a hostage). And apparently when you are so lucky to book a room at the edge of this glorious canyon the restaurants do not have to be as good. For shame, for shame. They cook like something out of a 1950's Betty Crocker book. BTW, the pizzeria is no bigger than someone's garage, & the decor is like a Costco food stand, except a cool fireplace. Go for the canyon not for the food.

Paul S.

Yelp
Had an early dinner here before a summer evening hike on a Monday in early July. It was not crowded, the pie was right out of the oven and the service was prompt. Thin crust was a bit burnt at the edges but still edible. Overall, a surprisingly intimate atmosphere for a national park food concession.
google avatar

Onel L.

Yelp
Small homey feel pizza place away from most of the tourist. Pretty good pizza after a long hike. Inside outside seating plus beer. Giant cinnamon rolls to. Parked at sunset trail head and we walked over after hiking all morning.
google avatar

Sharon E.

Yelp
Small little hole in the wall, but great location (lol! On the park grounds). Very nice and attentive staff and food was delicious!! We loved the pizza!
google avatar

Karthika V.

Yelp
Okay Valhalla gets 4 stars! And this review is based more on the close distance to the trails, the place itself and the comfort factor of the food, the kind service, more than the food itself! Let's face it, options are limited if you are out at Bryce for a hike. This is the place to go! We combined a bunch of trails and stopped at Valhalla after an 8 hour hike (seriously, there are like 3.5 places open winter months). We kept it simple - calzone with Italian sausage and two coffees. Absolutely perfect. The calzone was huge, enough for two hungry souls after a long hike and decent coffee. Don't compare the food to something you would expect in the city, just enjoy the moment, place and the size of the calzone which itself was quite tasty! Skip subway and Ruby's inn!
google avatar

Tracie P.

Yelp
Pizza is decent. Good price. The staff are so friendly. The neighboring lodge restaurant was well above our budget, especially for a family of 4. This is right next door. There aren't any other options in Bryce for food that is affordable. I was happy to find Valhalla and we left full and satisfied.
google avatar

Emma A.

Yelp
This place is open during the winter. It is quaint and the employees are friendly. They were extremely helpful during a blizzard. Also, this is a good place to get takeout food in case you are staying at Ruby's Inn where there is only one expensive restaurant.

Gary H.

Yelp
We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. Service was very very slow. The salad was served in an aluminum tin plate, there were five tiny pieces of chicken, and the croutons were cheap store-bought salty salty croutons, and the cheapest parmesan cheese

Loren W.

Yelp
Fairly good pizza, a little greasy. Biggest issue was that we bought a 16 inch pizza and got 10 inch worth of toppings. All the outer 4 inches of pizza had was a few pepperoni. Won't be back. Will drive to Tropic for a better value.
google avatar

Joe G.

Yelp
Excellent for kids and best food in Bryce Canyon yet. I'm from California, so salads are expected to be top-notch. Pizzas are a close second for quality, so we were shocked when this place had great fresh salad, excellent real pizzas and great service! I had spent some time looking over our options for Bryce Canyon, and had compromised price and quality at Tge Lodge. The wait was 45 mins, but we were diverted to this place across the parking lot and had exquisite food! Check it out!

Jessica T.

Yelp
Okay- so to be fair- there is not much else in this area. So in comparison to the area, the food is fine. Pizza is greasy, small portions, and just okay.. passable. Coffee is also just okay. Great proximity to Bryce (on the property) so that is super helpful.
