First off, the food was phenomenal. Everything else was lackluster or worse. Tried to phone in reservations, but the phone went straight to voicemail. Went online to "reserve", managed to send email and got confirmation that email was received, but no confirmation of reservation, so we went anyway and took our chances.
Showed up at 5 pm and were told they were "full" although 80% of tables were empty (there were reservations for "later"). They did not have our emailed request and wouldn't accommodate at regular tables. They told us we could eat at a high top in the bar if we wanted.
It took forever for server to show up, took forever to take our drink orders, took forever to get our drinks, took forever to take our food orders... No bread showed up until the food came and I asked where it was (oops, sorry). Again, the food was great. It took two and a half hours from showing up through eating and paying our bill and at least half of the tables that were empty when we showed up were still empty at 7:30 (I guess they were still waiting for those ever important "later reservations").
They apparently treat people with 8:00 PM reservations like gold, to the point where anyway else who shows up sooner is useless to them. Customer service basically sucked and cluelessness abounds. Hope they get their act together soon, as, again, the food is great. However, it's like they don't really want the business. They need to improve their table turning time and figure out reservation time management.
