We were so looking forward to this stay… it turned out to be a very bad decision. We often pick rural settings as our stay so we can enjoy some quiet and nature time. Unfortunately from the first night we started finding centipedes in our room. Happens somethings right? Except it kept happening and many. By the second night I would not get up or go to the bathroom without scanning around. By the way, no door to the bathroom ( conveniently a detail not shown in the photos of the room). It became a very uncomfortable experience, not knowing if I would find centipedes in my clothes, shoes. We flagged to the staff but this goes beyond cleaning. The room was damp and dark. In the third night we hit our limit - as we lay in bed and I turn around, there is a centipede an inch of my nose! Disgusting. At 1am we packed and left - calling other hotels for a last minute room. Out of of booked 6 nights we stayed two having left on the 3rd. We were charged over 400 euros per night - expecting a boutique rural hotel. We had to spend money in another hotel, last minute in high season. Valley Club declined our request of a full refund, offering one night refund and a discount for a future stay (really?!). I replied again but so far no answer. Their excuse is that it’s rural and I don’t have photos - I was not documenting because I was not planning a complain - big lesson learned. Be aware of staying here - there is a change it won’t be pleasant and you will waste your hard earned money. I am sure Valley Club will think of a great excuse ( again) to reply to this review… don’t be fooled.

Everything is booked, accommodation, flights and car to move around the island for a few days to celebrate my birthday. Sounds like the perfect plan. All is going well until we get a call from Valley Club Ibiza 15min before arriving to the hotel saying they had a problem with the ac and wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. Saying they would have to cancel the reservation and for me to look for another place to stay. IN THE MIDDLE OF AUGUST, in Ibiza! Right when I was ready to unpack and start relaxing the nightmare started. The receptionist called asking for me to please not head to the hotel. I kept going as I was just 15mim away and believing there would be a descent solution to the inconvenience created by them. Arriving there I realized the hotel is extremely understaffed. Taking me around 15min to find the first employee in the premises. Who received me in a very dismissive attitude and with very little empathy given the circumstances. Without offering not even a glass of water or anything the receptionist started telling me there was a problem with the ac, therefore I would have to go and find another place. To which I replied: I have no problem if there’s no ac. I can sleep with the windows open or just a fan would do. And she insisted saying that was not an option. It seems to me the reasons were clearly other… either double booking or discrimination. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I have ever had traveling and with a hotel/ receptionist. I never felt less accommodated and welcomed in a hotel I booked and paid! BY THE WAY: The hotel took several days to return my money. This is just unbelievable and unacceptable. Beware!!!

A nice hotel but very overpriced for what it offers. The place is pretending to be on the high end side but fails to deliver on the promises and expectations the price and the pictures evoke. Staff was overall nice but the rooms, pool and garden area are neglected and partially dirty. Our room was ok (our bathroom was old and smelly, when adressed the staff did what they could to remedy the situation). My friend on the other hand had a smaller room that can only be described as a basement cave without windows. The included breakfast had very limited options but the food that was on offer was of good quality. Just make sure you get there early or you might be out of luck. We still had a good time and don´t regret staying there but I personally think Ibiza has better options on offer within that price range. The place has the potential to be great with more attention paid to details and some overhaul of the rooms.

We wanted to spend a part of our Honeymoon at Valley Club Ibiza. Based on the great ratings and the pictures we expected the Boutique to be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we were very disappointed from our room and the facilities. The room was obviously in a very poor condition, as you can see in the pictures. The owner wasn't supporting at all. Although the grievances in the room were obvious, the owner stated "This is the room you've booked". I already made other recessions in the past for other hotels or services. All of them were very good ratings. This is the first time I am rating negatively.

This is not worth the money. We had several issues with our room including an air conditioner that didn’t work, a foul sewer smell in the bathroom that spread to the bedroom, staff not very responsive to the issues, particularly the smell, the pool was murky and not clean, the location is far away from anything. No restaurant at the hotel so you have to leave to eat dinner. Room a good size but decor average.

One of the most charming hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff and owner are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble ! The hotel itself has been renovated with a lot of love and care (and it shows) all whilst respecting the charm and warmth we admire of the Mediterranean style. A calm and relaxing place to stay with a delicious fresh breakfast. We can’t wait to come back and see you all again ! Antoine & Fiona :)

We stayed at the agroturismo for 4 nights in May and it truly surprised us - the website does not do it justice. It is stunning - and so peaceful and quiet. You cannot beat the location either, it is in a wonderful spot in the north of the island. Our room was so beautiful, with a huge, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, with a double sink. The staff are so charismatic and lovely, they really made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is plentiful, and tasty, with good coffee, bread, pastries, cheeses and salumi and fruit from the gardens (the surrounding gardens and allotment are beautiful - with the largest lemons growing from the trees than I have ever seen!). The pool area was always very quiet when we spent time there. There are 3 large double beds, and loungers, and an honestly bar well stocked with cold drinks. We cannot fault our stay here and will definitely be returning next time we visit Ibiza - we wouldn't stay anywhere else!

What a wonderful place, I immediately fell in love with this old finca. The surroundings are beautiful and there is this orchard where you can pick your own oranges and lemons. I stayed here 5 nights and everything was perfect! Romana, the manager is so friendly and always willing to chat and she had lots of tips for my day trips. The breakfast was very complete, great coffee (important!), nice crispy bread, fruit salad, eggs any style, and more. I could even borrow some stuff I forgot, what a great service! 100% recommended and I'd definitely go again. Thank you so much Liliane and Romana!
