Valley Home Services

We started using Valley Home Services in 2024. I got quotes from 3 local companies including Valley. We initially used them to install a whole house, instant-on Generac generator and a 325 gallon propane tank. Then I asked them to price a new propane heater and fixing an existing one. And finally, we made them our oil and propane delivery company and use them to service our oil furnace. They've been excellent to work with. They are friendly, provide excellent service and are reasonably priced! And the owner, Josh, was out to visit when the initial work was going on. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend them!

Had Valley Home Services install 3 heat pumps in our home recently. The experience was top shelf start to finish. From the initial quote done in our home by Isaganie, to several follow up questions w/Josh in the office, and ultimately a great install by installers Nick, Aaron, and electrician Dave, the entire process was a positive experience. I’m happy to report that our experience with the Fujitsu brand has thus far been as good as the install. Count us as firmly in the “highly recommend” camp. Great job VHS!!

These guys are wonderful. I had an issue with my propane furnace not completing it's cycle and heating the house properly. Some parts were rusted when I had Valley Home Heating services due an annual cleaning. They ordered the parts and were very good about turning the annual cleaning into a partial service call. When they installed the parts a couple of weeks later. The furnace ran fine for a bit, then went back to not doing a full cycle. I called and they were quick not only to get back to me, but sent a tech out at no charge to get the furnace running. He looked at the furnace, tried a couple of things then contacted someone else. It turned out to be a problem with the condensate pump (water) not clearing like it should. He quickly cleared out the pump, changed the little pellets that neutralize the water (de-acidify) and cut the drain pipe into pump because it was too long. The furnace is now running great. These guys are great, know what they are doing and are quick to help. Certain other companies would have billed me out the wazoo and come back in 3 weeks. Thank you!!

Great company, from the office, to salesman, to installers. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Recently installed two heat pumps from Valley and their price was by far the best. Greta prices and great service all the way around is rare these days. We highly recommend Valley...you won't regret it.

My overall experience with Valley home services has been excellent! Myself and my wife are middle class, hard-working people, and it is refreshing to have a company come to your home and be professional, efficient and straightforward with you! I would recommend Valley Home Services to the rest of my family,, and to my best of friends, and to anyone else out there that is looking for a heat pump or any other of the services that they offer. My wife couldn’t believe how quickly they installed our heat pump! She was amazed, as was I! We are completely satisfied with the work and the manner in which they did it in our home.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Made an emergency call because my boiler wasn't firing. I'm local, but within an hour the owner himself was here getting my boiler back up and running. He was doing it himself, so his team could enjoy the holidays. Props to him for getting here so quickly and for caring for his team. Company does well when the leadership shows that kind of Servant attitude. Every time I've had a service call, their team has been extremely knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to many more years of service with Valley!

Heat Pump installation went smooth, everyone involved (installers and electricians) were very nice and courteous. They called and said if I was available earlier, which I was and it worked out great. Received several quotes and Valley provided the best value IMO, and a new Fujitsu 15 BTU unit was placed where I wanted. Valley competitive and professional from start to finish, highly recommend.

i recently had a generac instaled by valley. they showed early, very polite, very professional and worked ike a team of beavers. in 4 hours they had completed everything and had everything cleaned up as if they were never here. this is the type of company you want to work with. in short icannot say enough good about them.

I was watching the commercial and would not want them delivering my propane. You don't pump propane with leather gloves unless you want to burn or freeze your fingers off. Suppose to wear rubber gloves. If they overlook something like that then what else would they overlook?

I'm very impressed with Valley Home Services. They installed our heat pump last fall. We couldn't be happier. The workers were very professional and they did the work in a timely manner. After they were done, they explained in great detail how to run the heat pump and how to use the remote. I would definitely hire them again and we've already recommended Valley Home Services many times to friends and acquaintances.

Update: Power went out Dec 23 2022. Generator installed by this company would not start. As before, VHS never returned emails or phone calls, despite the generator was sold with a five year warranty which is still valid. Obviously a warranty with this company is meaningless. USE SOMEONE ELSE and save yourself some aggravation!

Valley home is the best! They installed 3 heat pumps, a stand by generator and a propane heater. The installers were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They were totally considerate of our home and our needs. We will be using them this year for additional work and look forward to another great job by an extremely professional company. Everything exceeded our expectations.

I love Valley Home Services! They installed two heat pumps in my home. They sent out a gentleman to give me a quote (which was the final price also). In not too long they came to install the heat pumps. The installation went without a fuss or a mess. The installer took his time to explain the system to me. Before anyone came to my house I received a text with a picture and name of the representative. They also gave me an ETA (which was accurate) A few months later it didn't seem as if one of the heat pumps was heating as well as the other. I called the office and a very nice lady walked me through trouble shooting the unit. It worked! She even sent me the instructions in case I needed to trouble shoot it again, but said if I needed help to just call the office. I would use Valley Home Services for any service that they offer!
