It was a very expensive 4-star hotel, in which I had to ask myself how it got those 4 stars. The check-in happened normally. The room was also ok at first, but already after the first night, I had some doubts. ||For my taste, the bed was too soft, and the pillows were too big. After checking the wardrobe, there were other pillows. By taking them out, I found a bag of empty beer cans. I complained at the reception about this, but apart from the fact that it was noted and apparently reported to the manager. The staff didn't bother with more than a simple excuse. I don't know how they clean, but this doesn't invoke a lot of confidence in the cleaning personnel. ||A far worse topic is the hotel restaurant. With its 4-star price and it's 2 star kitchen, I was shocked with the quality of the food as well as the service. I ate in that restaurant 3 days in a row, and after 2 days of starters and mains, I resigned from a starter on the 3rd day, and I went to Quick on the 4th. Simply because I had enough of this restaurant. We ordered around 8.30 pm and our food arrived an hour later. I had to give my starter back once because I got one bone and a piece of nerf and grease (irish short ribs). In general, the food wasn't very fresh, and it didn't taste as good as it sounded.|| To summarize, it was an expensive disappointment.|
