Best Stay Ever, could not give a higher rating.||From the moment we arrived at Vana Belle Koh Samui, we felt completely cared for. The resort itself is absolutely stunning – the pool and beach are picture-perfect – but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality and attention to detail from the staff.||We were so well looked after by our wonderful butler team: Romi, Frang, and Naomi. They went above and beyond in every way, surprising us with beautiful anniversary celebrations and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. A special mention to Romi, who even checked in to ensure we got home safely (and checked in on us knowing our next stop was Hong Kong, and there was a typhoon), such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us.||The restaurant team also deserves huge praise – the breakfasts were absolutely stunning, and our dinner at Kiree was simply amazing. The pool and recreation staff were equally fantastic, always friendly, attentive, and ensuring we had everything we needed to fully relax.||The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care from everyone at Vana Belle made this the best stay we’ve ever had. We left with full hearts and so many wonderful memories.||We can’t recommend Vana Belle Koh Samui highly enough – if you’re looking for a luxury escape where you’ll be truly taken care of, this is the place.

The beach is soft, quiet, and pristine — perfect for intimate setting.||The vana belle suite was very spacious and well maintained, with private pool and an amazing sea view. ||At the heart of this hospitality stands Dao - who goes above and beyond to ensure you’d feel not only cared for but genuinely welcomed. She anticipates needs with grace and offers thoughtful touches that elevate your stay. Whether it's a dining recommendation, a special arrangement, or just a warm smile and conversation, Dao embodies the spirit of Thai hospitality at its best.||The breakfast buffet is generous, fresh, and beautifully presented. Dinner options include both local and international cuisine, with the staff happy to accommodate dietary needs or preferences.||Vana Belle is ideal for couples, honeymooners, or anyone seeking a romantic and serene escape with high service standards.

Amazing service and experience at Vana Belle. Our butler C, and service manager Khun Song were beyond professional in making our stay comfortable and ensuring we were well taken care of. All the staff here are incredibly experienced, and even the housekeeping staff spoke excellent English and chatted with us on our stay, which was impressive. The service standard here is impeccable, needs are anticipated and refreshments turn down snack and amenities are provided. Just a dp but worth mentioning that of the many hotels I've experienced, this is the first property that read the pre arrival preferences to provide a foam contour pillow without a verbal request. We certainly feel at home while staying at Vana Belle and will certainly be back! One area of improvement is the hardware. The spa was under renovation when we were there and there is no kids club or activity centre. The hotel could improve by setting up more activities such as table tennis etc for guests to enjoy. Many rooms also only could be accessed by many flights of stairs (and the design of the room access should be enhanced), as the exterior of the hotel rooms looked dated. The interior of the villas are also smaller than newer properties.

My stay at Vana Belle, A Luxury Collection Resort, Koh Samui was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially C! Who gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was spacious clean and had a stunning view of ocean. The location is perfect for exploring the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Vana Belle. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The resort is nestled in lush greenery, right on a private stretch of Chaweng Noi Beach, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. You feel like you're in your own secluded paradise, but still close enough to explore the island. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with a private pool and a terrace that looked straight out into the turquoise sea. Every detail felt intentional and high-end, from the massive soaking tub to the incredibly comfortable bed. What really set Vana Belle apart, though, was the service. Every staff member we met was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Our butler remembered our names, our coffee orders, and even surprised us with a cake for our birthday. It's those little touches that make a stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet? Unreal. Everything from fresh tropical fruits to Thai specialties and perfectly baked pastries. We also had dinner at Kiree and loved the romantic, candle-lit vibe and flavorful dishes. The beach is calm and clean — perfect for swimming — and we often had it almost entirely to ourselves. The spa is also excellent if you want to really unwind. Yes, it’s a luxury property and it’s priced accordingly, but you 100% get what you pay for. If you're looking for peace, pampering, and a place that truly feels special, Vana Belle is it. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice location, pretty quiet considering it’s just off Chaweng Beach. They upgraded our room a few categories up even though we didn’t tell them it was for a birthday celebration. I think the low season helped too. Everyone from the restaurant, reception, and cleaning staff kept congratulating us, which made it feel really personal. Breakfast was good as well. The place is really peaceful with birds chirping, great for relaxing but still close enough to the main spots. The room was pretty big, and I think every room has its own pool. The decor is on the traditional side, and everything was clean and well looked after. I’d recommend this place if you want a quiet, intimate spot to relax with good service.

We stayed at the resort for 5 nights and everything was simply perfect – from the beautiful room to the spa and the delicious food. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service. Our butler, Naomi, went above and beyond, taking care of every detail and anticipating all our needs. Thanks to her, we felt completely relaxed and truly lived a dream. Highly recommended!
