The best place on earth. Just a few hours from Sandy beaches, snowy mountains, gulf islands, Tofino surfing, beautiful gardens and the most scenic little British town ever. Also some of the best restaurants I have ever visited.

Vancouver Island is the kind of place that makes you forget about the rest of the world. Every corner feels like a different postcards like the quiet beaches, towering trees, and small towns with so much charm. The pace is slower, the air feels cleaner, and the scenery is unbeatable. Whether you’re exploring trails, or just taking a slow drive, it’s the kind of trip that stays with you long after you leave.

Living on the island is one of the best decisions my ancestors have had. The people are friendly and there is always a hike to be had. It’s definitely getting more and more costly from housing prices to gas or grocery. The transit system is terrible in all towns even in Victoria where it’s the most advanced on the island it’s still hard to get to point a to b. I definitely recommend bringing a car with you. Lots of great places to eat and places to explore.

Most beautiful island I have ever visited. It has everything...breathtaking beaches, awesome Butchart garden, unparalleled downtown Victoria, Pacific Rim National Park, Tofino Bay. Every place has its own Beaty and is a must visit. The ferry from Vancouver to Vancouver Island is very scenic. Most pictures are of the ferry.
